- Joshua (5/5): Unfriendly staff and terrible WIFI. - Location is good. Wifi did not work and staff were unwilling to fix it. When checking in the staff did not speak English and there was a lot of confusion. Bathrooms were not clean.
- Feng (10/5): Warm and helpful staff - 环境安静、房间整洁，工作人员十分热情，笑容灿烂。我是入住后去找前往亚庇的大巴，才得知大巴不是每天都有，为了赶车我只能少住一晚，提前一天退房。我怀着试试看的心态跟前台商量能否退还一晚的房钱，没想到对方非常痛快地答应了。真切感受到了旅馆主人的真诚与热情！在异国他乡，这让我很温暖。

Very noisy place as you can hear the snoring of the room beside and the wall idolation is super bad. Was a long week-end and the kids ( don't know if they local guest of family of the owner) were running until past midnight Didn't really enjoy my stay especially the noise. The water and light are cut from time.to time. Don't recommend it at all
- Yan (3/5): 小气的商家 - 有洗衣机 不接受信用卡支付，刚进门的我没有那么多现金，好像今天不给钱就不让你住的架势，害得很累的我又去取钱，真差劲。淋浴没有热水，原来店家加热器关闭，不是每个人都愿意洗冷水澡的。第二天我洗之前打开了，等了半小时去洗，店家又给关闭了。无知的商家，这能省几个电？还有厨房根本不能做饭，这不是骗人吗？洗衣服吧给一点点洗衣粉，谁还能吃洗衣粉吗？

- Yan (8/5): Budget brunette accommodation with a proper room! - The location is right next to Gadong night food market - basically the only place in BSB that has proper night life. No windows in my room, so an alarm clock is necessary.

- Evi (7/5): Oké - Goede locatie vlakbij veel restaurants en supermarkt. Naar het waterfront is het wel een eindje lopen. Niet te duur. Ruime kamer met goede inrichting. Er is een keuken bij en grote koelkast. Zeer gehorig (dunne wanden). Bed kraakt heel erg. Matras is heel dun en houten bodem, dus keihard, ik heb slecht geslapen. 1 mannen- en 1 vrouwen wc/douche (ik heb wel niet hoeven te wachten). Maar omdat de douche en wc in 1 ruimte zijn is dus alles compleet nat. Geen wc papier in wc. Airco maakt veel herrie.

- Maxim (6/5): OK for a short stay - Decent place for the price During the entire night the electricity was out which meant no air conditioning nor ventilation. Not a pleasure with the heat and a windowless room. Whilst it might not have been the fault of the accommodation, there was no no communication whatsoever, not even in the morning or day of. The shower is placed before the toilet so one often has to go through puddles of water to get to the toilet.

- Robert (4/5): Not worth the money - The staff was very friendly, only when I asked for changing room, the didn't react at all We had the double room with a private bath and toilet. The room was directly next to the balcony with the washing machine, to the kitchen, and the shared bathroom and toilet facilities. So it was very loud, especially the laundry balcony got busy after 10 pm what made sleeping impossible. So better pay 10$ more and get a decent hotel room

- Liis (9/5): Superb - + Excellent little hostel. They accommodated our late check in which was nice of them. We had a private room with private bathroom - good size, clean, modern setup. Room had no windows but was well ventilated. Good wifi and shared area incl water refills. We could use washer and dryer free of charge. Just across the road from massive mall with food court, supermarket etc. - Little far from BSB center I.e not walking distance.
- Shane (6/5): Pleasant - Location is good. The owner seems kind and friendly. This is definitely a hostel. The common space needs to be a place for everyone. It was occupied by one person who played YouTube on high volume 2x speed all day. Rules need to be made and maintained so that other guests enjoy their stay. I checked out one day early. The blocked toilet didn't help either.

During our stay one bathroom was not working for a while so it was a bit difficult since there are only 2 for the whole property. Common area is super small and just next to the rooms.

- Camille (8/5): Would recommend - Staff is very responsive and quick, the shared space is very useful and constantly cleaned throughout the day. Filtered water is offered as well. The location is right next to the night market, the mall, and restaurants. The affordability of this accommodation also makes it totally worth it!! The bed is not the most comfortable, and you can hear people in the shared spaces if they are not being careful.

- David (7/5): Nice guest house outside of the city centre - Iman, who runs the guest house, is an excellent host who is eager to help in any way he can. The rooms are comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked with dishes and appliances, and there's even a washer and dryer, free of charge. I didn't like that there's a camera in the common bathroom area—that seems inappropriate to me. I also noticed that some people smoke in the toilets, and the guest house should be stricter about that.

- Sylvie (1/5): Stay away if you want back pain and concrete pillows and bed you can go. - Near the night market. It is far from downtown. The bed and pillows are hard as concrete. I asked for another pillow. (I should have ask for another bed also). My matress was only good for the garbage. I can’t believe they put people on that matress. Lack of respect for their clients. Unbelievable. I didn’t sleep most of the night and woke up with back pain. The most important thing in an hostel is the bed. They don’t seem to care. The place has a very small sign outside. It is almost impossible to find. Even the taxi driver can’t find it. I have to ask a store close by. They said block B, but that block is not identify. I sent messages to them and they didn’t respond. I rarely went to a place where they don’t give you at least a coffee. NO COFFEE. Really??? You can see that they don’t care about people but it is just about money. I just waste my money there. I needed another night in Brunei. No way I will stay here. I went next block to EZ guesthouse, Block J, who is well identified and I had a wonderful night with COFFEE and an amazing bed and pillows for cheaper price.

Short-staffed, so no one was there when I tried check in and no instructions were left for me. If I didn’t have cellular data service, I would have been stranded. Rat on the balcony. Extremely thin door/walls. Was woken up at 6am by other guests chatting loudly in the hallway. Rebranded as a guesthouse, but known locally as a hostel and definitely more of a hostel experience.
