Sarah (10/5): - Le cadre est à couper le souffle, avec une rivière paisible qui apporte une vraie sensation de sérénité. La ferme est à la fois ultra moderne et pleine d’authenticité, ce qui la rend vraiment unique. Un endroit parfait pour se ressourcer et se reconnecter à la nature. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !
Lena (6/5): Moyen - La dame qui parle anglais est très accueillante, la chambre été propre à notre arrivé. Le restaurant est magnifique ! La piscine été vide alors qu’il été écrit que c’était ouvert au mois d’avril avant notre réservation.. on a été très déçu car quand nous sommes arrivés il faisait beau. on a pu payer qu’en cash.. chose qu’on avait pas prévue dans notre budget quand nous avons retirer de l’argent en France (ici frais bancaires) Il n’y a pas grand chose à faire dans la ville.

Clean fresh air, mountains and greens will restore you menthal health and condition. It's a perfect choise for these who tend to combine village life and confort. Have no ideas)))
Murat (5/5): Pas prêt - La localisation est en pleine nature, l'hôtel est beau et propre - le personnel n'était pas au courant de notre arrivée alors que ça faisait 3 jours que nous avions réservé - le wifi et la télé ne fonctionnaient pas ainsi que la lampe du salon - nous avons voulu faire une balade à cheval en famille en pleine nature, la balade a duré maximum 30 minutes au lieu d'une heure et dans le centre du village (aucun intérêt) Ils ont voulu nous facturer la totalité en nous rejetant la responsabilité. Déni de responsabilité - ils ne sont pas prêts à accueillir des touristes étrangers
Heike & Hugo (10/5): - Hübsch angelegte kleines Ressort mit viel Platz. Wir waren in einem Dreieckshäuschen - sehr komfortabel und schön eingerichtet. Verandas, Liegestühle und bald auch ein Pool, alles hübsch gemacht. Unglaublich liebe Besitzer und sehr leckeres Essen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Direkt am Fluss Vjosa gelegen. Liegestühle und Sonnenschirme am Fluss wären noch toll.

Nida (7/5): - The little house was nice. It had a very comfortable bed with AC and a fridge as well. It was clean as well and the surroundings were stunning. There is a river close by with sun-beds for free. They have horses and two very cute small dogs. I wish I knew that they were renovating the place. It didn’t look like the pictures at all. It said it had a pool but it was closed cause they’re building a new one. The place is probably going to look amazing once it’s done but it wasn’t worth the price at all because of the renovation. If we knew, we would’ve chosen somewhere else.

Sam (10/5): Geweldig en super gastvrij. - Erg mooi. Heel erg welkom gevoelt. Super gastvrije mensen die er alles aan willen doen zodat jij je op je gemak voelt. Ook zijn er dieren. Wat een echt boerderij gevoel geeft. Wij zijn wezen paardrijden en hebben genoten bij de naastgelegen rivier. Prijzen zijn goedkoop en zeker voor wat je krijgt. Niets, wij raden dit verblijf zeker aan voor iedereen die op doorreis is.

Narayan (8/5): Amazing location! - Amazing location. The river is so nice. The animals are fun. The people who work here are super sweet. Unfortunately the accommodation wasn't completely finished when we arrived. The pool wasn't available. The host informed us in advance, so that was professional. Once the new swimming pool is finished. And everything else is built, this place will be a true paradise!
Žiga (9/5): - Odlična lokacija z zelo udobnimi hišicami. Osebje prijazno, vedno pripravljeno pomagati. Razen konjev, račk, 2 psov in 2 pavov drugega ni, vendar niti ne potrebuješ. V neposredni bližini je prijetna reka Vjosa ki je prijetna ohladitev v poletnih dneh. Restavracija je neverjetna, hrana je vrhunska, postrežba hitra. Jahanje konj v ogradi je vsak večer za goste brezplačno, nama so sli celo toliko na roke da so nama dovolili jahanje dopoldan pred odhodom. Vsekakor pohvale in priporočam naprej! Bazen je bil žal v prenovi, kljub temu da je bilo navedeno da je v ponudbi, kar je bil minus predvsem za otroka, ampak se je zadovoljila tudi z reko.
Tatiana (5/5): Godt og skidt - Stedet ligger meget smukt med adgang til at bade i den nærliggende flod. Moderne bygning med reception og morgenmadsrestaurant, lige som hytterne også virkede relativt nye. De var i gang med at bygge en ny pool, som helt sikkert bliver dejlig som supplement til floden. Det er et mindre sted med kun syv hytter, hvilket passede os rigtig godt. Det var praktisk, at der var morgenmad inkluderet, da der ikke var andre steder at skaffe sig morgenmad i nærheden og hytterne ikke har køkkenfaciliteter. Sengene var fine og a/c virkede godt. Personalet var venligt og stedet har bestemt potentiale. Da vi var der, var det i bund og grund en byggeplads pga. den nye pool. Det var lidt ærgerligt. Vi havde på forhånd fået at vide, at poolen ikke var åben, men vi havde ikke fået at vide, at det var fordi de var ved at bygge en ny. Der er meget støj om natten fra hunde der gør. Det er ikke farmens egne søde hunde, men derimod vilde hunde og hunde i den tilstødende landsby. Vi havde ørepropper med, men selv det var ikke nok til at kunne få en god nats søvn. Vi fik ikke de hytter, som vi havde booket og betalt for. Derudover har hytterne ikke de faciliteter, som er angivet i beskrivelsen. Det er i bund og grund bare et hotelværelse og det betyder, at prisen simpelthen er for høj ift. det man får. Den ansatte med ansvar for hestene, smed sten efter en af hestene og det var ubehageligt at være vidne til. Hestene står derudover bundet fast hele dagen udenfor med meget lidt mulighed for at bevæge sig og uden umiddelbar adgang til drikkevand, selv om der er brændende varmt.

The Farm is in the small city/village and it's very authentic experience. It's perfect for the kids,they have a lot of animals and kids have a lot of space to play.

Galindo (10/5): Exceptional - Nice place, fresh air. Good food and friendly staff. The location is very beautiful and very easy to find.This place is comfortable for everyone especially for the children. It have a lot of space to park the car. I recommend this place for every event.
Ani (1/5): Terrible - The only positive aspects of our stay at your farm were the horses and the dog, Bobo, as well as the hospitality of the staff member, Oni, who was friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, these highlights were overshadowed by a series of disappointments that significantly affected our experience. We booked almost a month in advance at this farm, and our experience was terrible. We arrived around 10:30 pm and were greeted by Oni and three dogs. Upon entering the villa, we found it completely dirty, and despite booking a 2-bed villa, we were given a small, poorly maintained villa with only one queen bed and a small sofa. The villa was unclean and full of spider webs. The next morning, we decided to give the place a second chance and spoke with the owner, asking them to clean the villa and remove the insects. She agreed, but when we returned later that evening around 10 pm, the villa was still in the same condition. The following morning, we waited for two hours to make the payment, and after not seeing the owner, we had to leave the money with Oni because she never showed up. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had in my years of booking user.

Muhamed (10/5): Exceptional - The pyramid house for a couple was a small miracle, comfortable and beautiful, from the balcony you can see the beautiful river and the horses on the track, the mountains and the garden, everything was clean, the prices were very good, the breakfast was simple but very good, the staff really very polite, there you can ride a horse in nature, it was a unique experience, rafting was also very nice, in the dinner there was Greek music, a romantic atmosphere, a couple who like the peace of nature and animals, you will have a really nice time magical places there

Daniela (4/5): Disappointing - The nature close to the ranch is beautiful , and you can easily go for a stroll or a dive in the river. I also liked the fact that they are pet friendly. We waited more than 30 minutes for our booking , even though we were more than an hour past the checking time. When we noticed, they were just cleaning it. Also, we booked a villa and were given a bungalow. Lastly, the toilet seat was broken. Thus, we could barely use the bathroom.

Barbara (8/5): Perfect location for family holiday - Sancho farm is in a wonderful location in nature. The location is quiet and very pleasant to stay. Our family liked the swimming pool and the horses and puppies the most. The owners of the farm were friendly. Breakfast was modest. The heat made a lot of the food soft and melting. The house we were in was very nice, but the floors were not clean. Unfortunately, the owners spoke very little English, which made communication difficult.

They claimed they could not do anything and blamed it on us cause we were last minute booking, when clearly the problem happened due their poor management
Mila (10/5): Exceptional - the farm was very clean and beautiful, from 18:00 to 19:00 you can go horse riding on the track for free, it was fantastic, the pool was small but very nice, the food was really good and the staff was very polite, always smiling and ready to serve us, the prices were very economical, a real beauty to spend a few quiet days with the family, the best choice, we will certainly come again😍😍🥰🥰

Peter (8/5): Very good stay in Albanian nature. - Lovely place in Albania. Very beautiful nature and place is full of very friendly animals. The whole farm was very well maintained. Our kids loved it. The house we stayed in was very nice. They have good pool and the river is fun to swim in. I would recommend to anyone who visit this part of Albania. The grade would be better if we would not have this strange last morning. We came for breakfast (which was ok on day one) and there was almost nothing in the buffet (four piece of small cake and two piece of bread. We were four). When we asked for some eggs they receive a bit strange look but they prepared some additional stuff. Again. Would higher grade but for me everything above 8 needs to provide very good service on top of a great environment.

Eenast (9/5): Nice farm next to the river - The farm is really nice, with lots of space, animals and amenities for children.Cabin is big and nice, breakfast is good. Food is tasteful and people are really nice. It's next to the river, with some nice walking opportunities around. A bit pricey for what you get. The cabin is not that well maintained - people were smoking on a sofa, drawers are falling apart. Not such a thing, but one would expect a bit more taking into account the price. All in all nice experience!!!

Eric (9/5): Beautiful place, nice food and relaxing location suitable for kids, house needs minor fixes. - Fantastic food, the location is beautiful and the overall family-friendly atmosphere, kids are safe to roam around. Really good sleeping mattress and cosy sleeping room, AC heating worked excellent. The bathroom door handle was missing some screws and came off, was hard to close. The bathroom could use a towel stand and hangers.

Stefanie (10/5): beautiful property and nice host, suited for children - it is a beautiful site with wooden cabins and Finn huts. we had a lot of fun riding horses, enjoying the pool and generous Greek salad Moskitossssss
Fabio (7/5): Pleasant, peaceful but not as advertised - Nice spacious bungalow, modern and new. Possibility for the children to ride the ponies, washing machine and wifi fully working. Peaceful location and well-cared-for animals. Awkward arrival as apparently no record of our booking, so one of bungalows (the owner’s?) cleaned in a rush - and not thoroughly. Staff not confident in English nor any other language apart from Albanian but generally helpful. The older gentleman caring for the horses with the younger guy were particular helpful and welcoming. Breakfast a little limited in choice and presentation compared to other places we have stayed. Pool much smaller than advertised and we could not use it during our stay as it was being cleaned. Water sports offered were basically at your own guidance/risk – a few kayaks left on the side of the muddy river and a dusty pedal boat. Overall there was a sensation of “improvised” hospitality, and definitely overpriced when considering the above.

Ana (6/5): I had an issue with this property - We had an issue with this property. When we arrived we were told that all the rooms were full. When I showed the confirmation via Booking, the person in charge told me to wait for his boss ( all via google translation, the person didn’t speak English) while waiting we met another couple in the same situation, but they have been waiting for 3 hrs for the boss. The boss never arrived. After an hour waiting for an answer, they told us that the villa we reserved was available but needed to be cleaned. We ended up having the villa we reserved. The whole situation was unclear and uncomfortable. It is a nice location with beautiful horses that guests can ride for free. breakfast was poor, no fridge in room
