• Krishna Thota (10/5): Lovely Apartment with Stunning Sea-View Terrace - The apartment is clean, modern, and exactly as pictured, with a beautiful sea-view terrace. It’s in a great location—quiet yet close to the old town and beach. The terrace is spacious and perfect for relaxing mornings. The host is very friendly and responsive. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend it for a relaxing coastal getaway.

Location was great and yes a few steps to the door but that’s Dubrovnik. Dina was a great host checking in with us during our stay. Hoping to return one day & would definitely stay once more.

• Hannah (10/5): Family trip with teenagers. - Perfect for our family of 5. Close to old town. Easy to communicate with owner. They helped us with transfer from the airport. The driver Ado was very nice and helpful we booked a boat trip with him, that really was fantastic and the highlight of our trip. The apartment has a beautiful view and is very clean. The housekeeper Amela was friendly and let the children play with the turtles. From fam. Memic-Lawrance .

La vue sur Dubrovnik et la mer est superbe et la terrasse était très agréable avec 2 salons de jardin (1 avec table basse, 1 avec table standard). Les chambres sont spacieuses et lumineuses. La clim fonctionne très bien. Il manque quelques équipements dans la cuisine par exemple, une poêle et des assiettes. Pour un logement de cette taille, il est dommage qu'il n'y ait qu'un toilette et en plus dans la salle de bain.

• Genevieve (8/5): Bon rapport qualité prix mais avec quelques déceptions… - L’emplacement surtout! Super proche de la vieille ville et avec balcon offrant une vue magnifique. Aussi, l’air climatisé est très efficace et apprécié. Aussi, nous avons eu beaucoup d’aide lors de notre arrivée et la communication était très efficace et aidante! On paie le prix pour des gens qui ont abusé avant donc les produits nettoyants (lave vaisselle et lave linge) ne sont pas offerts et il n’y a aucune possibilité d’entreposage des valises et aucune flexibilité et ce, malgré une heure de check out ultra tôt. (Trop tôt) Pas idéal quand on est en vacances et surtout, nous avons dû payer très cher pour un deux heures d’entreposage. Décevant… Aussi, les matelas sont moyennement confortables.

Clean, great location and incredible communication and great advice on activities and where to eat- they even provided help on securing reservations- if wanted. Nothing. It was in a great location with a beautiful view of the City Walls and the beach.

• Helen (10/5): Beyond Expectations ,the best holiday location ,will return !!! - The location was very central ,from the front door to the transport hub, cable car ,airport buses ,etc was only 35 steps away .the views were awesome ,you look out of the window looking over the old town ,you were only 115 steps to old town ,the shops ,markets cafe's etc.I can not express all our views as every aspect was beyond expectations .The people though out our stay were friendly and very helpful ,the area has an amazing relaxing atmosphere . nothing

• Jane (10/5): Fabulous Spacious Apartment in the Best Location! - The location was excellent! It was so close to the old town and beach - restaurants, bars, etc. Air conditioning was great as it was so hot! Spacious, clean and comfortable. Views from the bedrooms were absolutely stunning of the harbor and Old Town. Our neighbor below us, Amilie, was so friendly and my kids enjoyed feeding her many turtles! At night, many people had to get buses to their apts, we were able to walk up just a few steps. We loved it all!!

There are a lot of steps so wouldn’t do if mobility problems but it wasn’t an issue for us. Easy walk to old town and nearby restaurants. Wi-Fi was a little slow.

Located near the base of the cable car it was a short (5 minute) walk and you were in the old town. Highly recommend.

This is the best apartment I've ever stayed in. I strongly recommend it. Nothing. The stairs to the apartment are a bit steep and long, but that is normal in Duvroknik.

• William (10/5): Modern, light filled, comfortable with nautical touches and harbour views. - Comfortable, modern apartment with nautical touches; harbour views with open terraced areas give Magnolia Sea View a pleasant holiday feel. Magnolia’s bedrooms large with views. The indoor lounge area off the terrace comfortable. The series of stone stairs leading upwards from the harbour of Dubrovnik to the apartments were memorable each day, and tackled little by little are manageable and good exercise. For self catering we could not find any large supermarkets in Dubrovnik old town area. The residential area above Magnolia apartments is interesting to explore around sundown. The many streets of stairways which lead upwards from the harbour/port area, terminate in a quiet lane Gornji Kono which runs roughly east west and provides further elevated harbour views and level strolling.

• Seattleguy (9/5): Wonderful stay in Dubrovnik - Property is in a wonderful location and offers reasonably good views of the old-town. Even though it is slightly away from Old town, the location offers a lot of peace and quiet and is convenient to all as long as you don't mind walking/climbing stairs. As far as Dubrovnik old-town is concerned, the old adage of there we had to hike both ways seems is true. Dina & Adnan are very friendly and fun people. As is our habit, we were in regular contact with them so they knew when we were arriving - which was earlier than the official check in time. Even though they have had back-to-back bookings, they managed to get the apartment ready for us just as we arrived. They were working around the property, so they personally handed us the keys and showed us around. On the last day, due to late departure, they kept our bags for us while we were doing activity in old-town. Adnan took us on a tour of Mostar (for a separate charge) as well as drop us at the airport (for a separate charge). He is fun, has a lot of information about the area and is a good conversationalist. For the first night, Dubrovnik greeted us with thunderstorms and lightning display. It was fun watching all that break over the old town and Adriatic right from the comfort and safety of the apartment and try to capture some pictures. All in all, a great stay, would love to stay there again next time we are in Dubrovnik. There are two things I can point to -- - Beware that you need to climb a few stairs to get to the apartment. It was quite ok for us, and not an issue at all. - There are good breakfast options just down the stairs, but for meals one does need to venture further out.

• Richard (9/5): Very enjoyable and relaxing. - Very clean, very close to the old town and hosts were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Other positives: washing machine, dishwasher, air con, outside terrace, great views, large bedrooms. We stayed for 12 nights and new linen (towels and bedding) was offered during that time. We found plenty to do in Dubrovnik for the days we were there. There were no fundamental problems. The cooking facilities were a bit limited (2 hobs and a microwave). As a general note, Dubrovnik is quite expensive.

It was very nice to find tea and coffee in the flat. MAGNOLIA APARTMENTS is the best choice indeed. All main locations in dubrovnik is very close to the flat's location.

• Naomi (10/5): Stunning Views, Central Location - We had both the one and two bedroom apartments both of which we immaculate and had everything you could need. The photos on booking.com don't do the place justice especially the outdoor space, garden and stunning views over Dubrovnik Old Town. There is even a family of turtles in the garden space ! The location is fantastic. Situated at the entrance to the cable cars as well as the bus stop for the airport shuttle. On this street there is also a bakery with a very small supermarket area. There are other bigger supermarkets in walking distance but convenient if you just need a couple of cans of beer ! 5/10 minute walk to get within the city walls and as Dubrovnik goes, the number of stairs to get back to the apartment could be a lot worse ! Ana sent clear instructions for accessing the apartments and responded quickly to any questions. She also sent a number of recommendations on top of the helpful info booklet in each apartment. Do not let the small number of reviews put you off making a booking as you will not regret it !! Nothing
• Terence (10/5): Outstanding location, views and facilities. Would recommend 100% - Location, views, facilities and host were all exceptional. A truly amazing property. Lots of information on the area upon arrival and recommendations from the host were much appreciated. The location was a few steps from the cable car and a six minute walk to the old town. The views were surreal. Absolutely nothing.

• Deepth (10/5): Best Hosts at Best Location - The apartment is newly furnished with all facilities for a family with kids. Kitchen, Air conditioning and small Garden make it complete. The view from Garden to old town is calming and beautiful. The cable car is just 2m away. Bakery and fast food shop which runs till late night are convenient . Best part is that hosts Adnan and Dina are wonderful people with kind Heart. They treat you like family and will take care of any need including Airport pickup. By the way Dubrovnik is very beautiful ! Nothing
