• Anne Marie (6/5): Ça va pour une courte nuit - La situation géographique Le canapé lit était inconfortable au possible, lit à l étage guère mieux. Pour le petit dej pas de thé et ni bouilloire ni casserole, dommage quand on n aime pas le café. Des cheveux un peu partout. Dommage car bien situé même si très bruyant

• Andres (6/5): Personal no cordial - Me gustó la ubicación Las personas que nos recibieron tuvieron un comentario desafortunado e innecesario, a penas llegamos a la propiedad dijeron que si no nos íbamos a las 10 am para el check out llamaban a la policía, lo cual nos pareció totalmente extraño y desafortunado. Primera vez que me tratan así en un hospedaje. Una lástima. Al día siguiente a las 9 am llega la chica de limpieza a tocar la puerta y le dijimos que todavía no eran las 10 que espere que nos acomodemos, a los 10 minutos vuelven a tocar molestando. El lugar estaba bien, el trato fue lo que arruinó la estadía.

• Federico (8/5): Buono l'appartamento, Napoli sempre bella, peccato per il disordine urbano. - Posizione indubbiamente perfetta per visitare Napoli: proprio all'inizio di spaccanapoli, ma vicina alla stazione, in un piccolo vicolo comodo a tutto e vicino a pizzerie, centro storico e luoghi di interesse, tutto raggiungibile a piedi. Rapporto qualità-prezzo ottimo per la zona. L'appartamento è al piano terra, quindi accessibile anche a chi ha lievi difficoltà di movimento. È ricavato in una stanza con soppalco, con un bagno ampio, con arredamento abbastanza recente e in buono stato. Gestori gentilissimi e disponibili. L'appartamento è uno dei tipici spazi del centro storico di Napoli, ricavati in palazzi storici: ha spazi con poche finestre, un po' angusti, ma è la tipicità della città ed i gestori hanno saputo fare un buon recupero per renderlo vivibile. Purtroppo invece la zona circostante e in generale il centro storico appaiono degradati e molto chiassosi se paragonati ad altre realtà urbane italiane ed europee: scooter e auto sfrecciano ad alta velocità in centro fra i pedoni, i marciapiedi e le strade sono dissestati e c'è immondizia e sporco ovunque. Sono stato a Napoli moltissime volte e il disordine, lo sporco e il comportamento inaccettabile di scooter e auto restano secondo me un difetto, da cui la città dovrebbe liberarsi se vuole davvero migliorare l'esperienza dei visitatori.
• Julie (5/5): - Emplacement au coeur de la ville. L'hôte était gentille et il était facile de communiquer avec elle. Cet appartement ne correspondait pas à nos attentes ni à nos besoins.
• Hans (5/5): For et kort ophold - to overnatninger, så var det fint. - God beliggenhed og prisen var fin. Jeg synes at der i opslaget står to værelser - det er nok at omskrive virkeligheden. Stedet består af et rum med køkken, spisebord, sovesofa til to. Samme rum har en hems med en dobbeltseng. Hertil et stort badeværelse, men ikke mere.

• Lorena (7/5): - La posizione in centro, vicina la duomo e spaccanapoli, proprio dove la cercavamo noi, per vivere Napoli. Le scale per arrivare al soppalco con scalino troppo stretto.
• Nadja (7/5): - Perfect location. The kitchen is very poorly equipped, without a single knife. The apartment is almost impossible to ventilate and there is always a very bad air in it, a smell of damp. Very poor insulation, you can hear noise from the street.

• Arvind (1/5): Not recommended at all - It is located in the historical block close to famous eateries OTHERWISE BOOKING THIS PALCE WOULD BE ONE OF YOUR WORST DECISIONS OF YOUR LIFE The room was small, dark, and very very poorly ventilated, creating a constant gloomy atmosphere—it felt like night even during the day. The space was damp and unclean, with dirty linens and a musty bathroom that lacked basic hygiene essentials like soap and even a toilet brush. The air conditioning was ineffective, and the room was not soundproof, making it difficult to rest due to constant outside noise. Cell phone reception was unreliable. The host showed little interest in the guest experience, appearing focused only on collecting the city tax in cash. The setup was unergonomic and unsuitable for a comfortable stay, especially for families. As for breakfast— a cruel joke. Overall, a highly disappointing experience. Not recommended.

• Daniel (7/5): Good for a very short stay in the heart. Could definitely be improved. - The location is the biggest positive. The facilities are comfortable too. The noise from outside was very loud and constant. Breakfast included was not breakfast. The owner wasn’t very helpful at all, only cared about getting the city tax.
• Kayleigh (9/5): Superb - Host was absolutely fantastic, really responsive to any request or query. The location is excellent and a great base to explore naples. The coffee was incredible and a great coffee machine. Overall a fantastic little place . As other reviews state, it can feel a little damp due to the streets being so small not a great deal of air gets into the apartment.

• Monica (5/5): First and last time :( - The bed was comfortable. Basically you have what you need. We were trying to close the sofa-bed but we did didn’t know how to do it. Then we left it half close. When 2 people from the staff came, they were blaming us that we broke it, and they didn’t let us go, until they realized it wasn’t broken. They were very rude. The bathtub was dirty. And you can see the black mold in the tiles wall and the faucet. Gross. Many noises outside in the middle of the night and early in the morning people screaming.
