Guest Reviews
- Edly (4/5): - Sink was broken. Tight bathroom space. Was given bottom bunk after request. But a couple items were either discarded or stolen. Overall 3star.
- Lisa (2/5): - Upon arrival it was fine with slight communication issues but that wasn’t a big deal. Later that evening is when everything happened. I went to my shared room which staf didn’t tel me it was co-ed. Someone moved my bag of my bed placed it on another with it open and gone through. I went to enter the shower which is located in the room a female literally jump in front of me a nd said you snooze you loose. I normally wouldn’t mind but I’m here for medical purposes and I am sick which is obvious if you saw me. So I said it’s okay went to the the rest room on the other side just to have someone try to open the door several time and start yelling Ang and screaming. I am not into drama at all nor was I physically or mentally in the mood to handle anything right then. I didn’t get to shower or use the restroom I decided to place a a stay near the airport which was rather expensive but at least it was safe and I know I would get a good nights rest with out feeling in fear. Before all my testing and doctors appointments.. on top of everything thing else the grocery I had delivered was was legt because I needed to leave there because I did feel threatened and unsafe. I hope the owner see this and will put the appropriate trained staff in place. Be a at the time of occurrence there was any staff person around which made it worse. Thank you but No! Thank U! Bottom line you get what you pay for and sometimes you have to do with out just to survive.
- Petronela (10/5): - We had amazing experience at this clean quiet and safe place we had a double bunk bed room clear with air conditioning and shared bathroom. The host was friendly polite and professional. We really recommend this place as very safe best price and quiet . We thank you Art Gardens Wynwood !
- Mark (10/5): - This property provided the basic necessities and did a very good job of it. Clean room and bed, good kitchen, and a nice area outside to sit in. The place was quiet. The shower only had cool water and I wish I had brought my own pillow, but overall I was pleasantly surprised given the low price.
- Blessing (10/5): - Great place, great people, clean and quiet.
- Bernis (2/5): - No es como en la foto
- Matthew (2/5): - James, the manager, is racist.
- Matt (2/5): - James is a horrible manager.
- King (10/5): - I appreciated the short stay I had at this location. The staff was very professional, courteous and communicative.
The location was kept clean, and certain things like the bathroom/sinks/extra commodes setup was well thought out.
- Verified traveler (4/5): I would not stay here. - The hotels.com email said to expect entry instructions 72 hours before the stay. This did not happen. I tried calling numerous times but was stuck outside the locked gate for a long time in a sketchy neighborhood. Once I finally got in touch with the caretaker he acted like I was the one inconveniencing him. They do not have any designated area to secure bags. They have small lockers that could fit a small purse, but you need to provide your own lock. None of this was on the website. There was a sketchy guy on the bottom bunk. The toilets are definitely not to code - there is not enough space around them to even sit with the door closed.
- Nicole (10/5): 15 min ride from airport, clean, & affordable - Property was modern and decorated nice. Reminds me of hostels in Hawaii. I stayed in a room with 3 bunk beds, so not much walking room and only 2 long staying roommates. I got in after midnight and was let in by ringing the doorbell, fell asleep within 20 min. And headed to the airport by 7am so great for a few hours stay. I do not know about the shower, fridge, cooking, mingling situation. But it’s better than a $210+ stay by the airport for just the night!
- Zeke (10/5): - Staff is very attentive.
- Zeke (10/5): - Clean, safe and functional. It is run well by on site manager.
- mathieu (10/5): - very good organisation
- JERZY (8/5): - Very nice hostel a few minutes walk from Allapattah metro station. Near the shop. Inside clean, hostel well-kept, there is an equipped kitchen, dining room and garden.
- Emma (2/5): - the manager is extremely rude, was uncomfortable during my stay, and verbally abused me
- Jon (10/5): Excellent for a hostel - If you keep in mind it is a hostel, you will be pleased. If you're looking for a 5 star hotel resort experience, you will be disappointed... and you're dumb... it is a hostel. The manager is pleasant and extremely accomodating. It is generally quiet and i thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - u share the house and rooms with other ppl. Will not give you a refund for whatever your reason is. DO NOT RECOMMEND
- Luis (2/5): - The listing and description for this location is misleading. Nowhere on the Expedia page stated this is a hostel stay. I called in to see if any lockers were offered for luggages and they confirmed didn't have lockers big enough for luggages. I did not bother to stay at this location.
- Carlos (10/5): - Nice place, clean, safe
- Juan (10/5): - It's a quiet place. The staff, Chris and Mateus, are very helpful. They go an extra mile in order to provide you a nice experience.
- Keenan (4/5): - The hotel was within walking distance from the trian station
- Shirley (10/5): - Nice
