• Jeroen (8/5): Fijn, ruim appartement voor drie personen in een hele lekkere buurt. - de locatie van de accommodatie is perfect. Het ligt net buiten het echt toeristische gedeelte. Fijn om niet tussen de honderden toeristen te lopen. Veel horeca in de buurt met locals. Er hangt een riool lucht in het appartement. De douche kent geen afscheidingswand/gordijn, waardoor je na iedere douche de halve badkamer/toiletgedeelte moeten droog maken. Parkeren in de straat is uitgesloten. Wij hadden pech dat er net met grof geschut aan de overkant gewerkt werd en we daardoor maximaal 5 minuten de auto voor de deur konden parkeren. Dat was wat hectisch.

• Netty (8/5): Geweldig en aanrader - Schoon en ruim en de locatie was perfect. Geweldige Portugese restaurant op de hoek van de straat en een geweldig Marokkaans restaurant op 5 min afstand Er waren bouwwerkzaamheden aan de voorkant. Onoverkomelijk en tijdelijk mr dat is het enige minpunt die ik me kan bedenken
• Raquel (8/5): - La comodidad. Es como se ve en las fotos. Muy limpio y el personal muy atento. Para 5 personas es muy ajustado. Un solo baño para 5 es un poco incómodo. Mejor ir menos personas.
• Gamond (2/5): - L’appartement est cosy, décoré avec goût, propre et lumineux. La literie est vraiment appréciable. L’emplacement est agréable car il y a plusieurs petits commerces/lieux touristiques à proximité. D’importants travaux de démolition, en cours depuis un moment, ont lieu juste en face de l’immeuble, avec du bruit toute la journée dès 8h du matin. Les hôtes n’en sont évidemment pas responsables, mais c’est une information importante à signaler pour des vacanciers. J’aurais apprécié que cela soit mentionné dans l’annonce ou communiqué par l’agence. Lorsque j’ai signalé ce problème dès la première nuit, la communication avec l’agence/hôte est devenue minime. Par ailleurs, l’appartement est assez mal isolé du bruit : on entend les voisins ainsi que la porte d’entrée de l’immeuble. La paroi de la douche pourrait être améliorée afin de ne pas mouiller tout le sol. Enfin, il manque quelques équipements de base dans la cuisine (passoire, sel, torchon,…). C’est vraiment dommage pour les séjours actuels mais ce sera certainement mieux pour les prochains.
• Zaynab (10/5): Un pur plaisir ! - Le séjour dans l’appart était parfait, tout était propre, équipement au top, emplacement proche de toutes les commodités et hôtes très agréables et disponibles. Tout était nickel
• Hamilton (8/5): My friend and I had a lovely time getting to know Seville and all it has to offer! The apartment itself was very clean, - The property was very clean, spacious and modern, with a nice location. The shower was slightly awkward, with a shower head that couldn’t quite reach high enough for those above 5 foot 10. We had to tilt it at an angle to avoid splashing the floor.
• González (6/5): Mucho entusiasmo al entra pero mucha decepción al irnos - La ubicación por estar en el casco antiguo, aunque con la obra al frente no creo que sea muy tranquilo Lo voy a resumir en tres puntos 1- no es un apartamento para 5 personas por un día podría estar bien pero 4 días. 2- el servicio que ofrece muy básico y muy justo, no había nada pero nada para la limpieza, ni un cubo de fregona por lo menos dado que la ducha no es cerrada, tuve que gastar dinero extra para las cosas básica el lavavajillas, estropajo, bayeta, etc. Y 3- la distribución muy mala el baño en la entrada, al tener que dormir la quinta persona en el salón tenía que presenciar el desfile de personas toda la noche por eso vuelvo a repetir no es para 5 a lo sumo 3 o 4 y muy ajustado y otra cosa se tendría que informar en la plataforma donde se ofrece, la inexistente posibilidad de aparcar un coche cerca ni en la vía pública ni en parkings privados, esta es nuestra opinión.
• Leonori (9/5): Appartamento comodo vicino al centro ma in zona tranquilla - La posizione perfetta, la cucina e il soggiorno grandi e completi di tutto. Il divano letto per la quinta persona è assolutamente inadeguato, piccolo e scomodo. Non abbiamo mai ricevuto risposta alla nostra richiesta riguardante il phon guasto e in una vacanza con due donne non è stato bello.
• Arantxa (9/5): - Lo que más me gustó fue lo confortable que es. Las camas son fantásticas. Hemos dormido de maravilla. La zona es muy tranquila y silenciosa. Por decir algo la inclinación de la escalera de acceso. Es un primer piso y mi madre, que tiene 83 años, le costaba un poco subir y bajar.

• Jean Michel (9/5): On recommande - Appartement joliment décoré et bien équipé. Literie confortable, appart très propre. Le quartier est calme et bien placé, 20 minutes à pied du centre. Merci à Pablo pour son accueil et sa recommandation On aurait envie de dire rien, et on peut dire rien qui ne dépend de l'établissement mais juste un bémol... les voisins du dessus (bruit de chaises qu'on déplace) mais sans dépasser 22h.
• john (8/5): Nice stay in Seville - Good location Spacious flat Close to old town Beds were a bit hard I wasn't informed that I needed to pick up the keys from an estate agent before checking in until the evening of our check in. We were a late check-in so it made it stressful as I had informed the owner over a week before so there was plenty of time to advise us ahead of time. A bit of a sewer smell at times through the ventilation.

• Paolo (7/5): Esperienza positiva - Un bel appartamento ristrutturato, gentilezza e disponibilità da parte dell'host, tutto sommato consigliato Posizione non molto centrale (ci vogliono 15/20min a piedi per Las setas), il quartiere è però vivace frequentato da giovani con dei localini ler mangiare aperti fino a tardi. Un po' di rumori fastidiosi del palazzo e dal piano di sopra
• Olga (10/5): - Die Wohnung ist einfach wunderschön – unglaublich gemütlich und sauber, mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und bis ins kleinste Detail durchdacht. Man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause. Die Lage ist perfekt, ein Supermarkt ist nur drei Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Pablo war immer erreichbar und hat uns sehr hilfreiche Tipps gegeben, zum Beispiel wo man parken und gut essen kann. Ich bin absolut begeistert und kann die Wohnung von Herzen weiterempfehlen!
