The kitchenette is well equipped and everything you need is available (iron/ hairdryer/etc).We have visited lloret de mar 3 times and this was our favourite stay so far

• TEMPLIN (10/5): - Everything was spotless, modern, and comfortable. Quiet, safe area. Easy access to key and entry. Everything worked as it should - not a given as all of us know from experience. I enjoyed the layout and light in the living room area - and even a peek of the ocean. Walking distance to beach. Elevator was standard size (not a mini). Full size refrigerator. Large smart tv with many good entertainment choices - you can even cast (mirror) cell or tablet to tv for more options. Coffee machines (espresso or a kettle). AC worked great. Professional operation. Reception was friendly and quick. Only thing missing was a washing machine but definitely not a deal breaker with the quality of everything else.

El apartamento es bastante espacioso, la cocina con una nevera grande para largas estancias y muy completa en cuanto a detalles para poder cocinar. El dormitorio tiene varios muebles para ropa y zapatos. La cama muy cómoda. En el baño te dejan champú y gel, y en la cocina te dejan lavavajillas y bayeta. Todos los utensilios para poder recoger. Estaba súper limpio y tiene mucha luz por todos los ventanales que tiene. Y lo mejor de todo, es que tienes parking disponible. A la llegada, el anfitrión, Pere, ya nos estaba esperando y es una persona muy profesional y simpática, con la que te quedarías horas hablando sobre todo ,de Lloret de Mar. Por todo esto nos gustaría volver. Nos gustó todo.Para repetir.!!!!!!

• Gerard (9/5): Superbe sejour en dépit d'une météo défavorable. - Nous étions déjà venus l'an dernier dans cet établissement et nous y avions séjourné avec beaucoup de plaisir. Cette année nous avons bénéficié d'un appartement orienté différemment, avec vue sur la mer. La propreté des lieux et l'équipement de la maison sont toujours d'une qualité irréprochable. La localisation de l'immeuble est parfaite à 200m de la plage et à quelques minutes des rues commerçantes et des restaurants. De plus, Père Planas et son frère sont des plus sympathiques et toujours prêts à rendre service. Énorme avantage supplémentaire, on peut disposer d'un parking situé au bas de l'immeuble. Nous reviendrons certainement l'an prochain

El único problema fue que durante la estancia el ascensor no funcionaba y la reserva era para 2 personas mayores y estaban en una tercera planta, dificultando su movimiento por ahí. Pere, al finalizar la visita, les ofreció 1 noche gratuita si volvían a hacer una reserva con ellos, se agradece mucho el gesto pero es verdad que pasaron 1 semana teniendo que usar las escaleras, 3 plantas, con 76 y 81 años.

• Chiara (9/5): Lovely apartment in Lloret de Mar - The apartment was nice and clean, tidy and cool in the Spanish heat. It has everything you need to cook by yourself if you want to. Pere, the host, was extremely kind and friendly. It's a little humid if you don't keep the a/c on 24/7 so it was hard to get the swimsuits to dry, despite the heat. There is a reserved parking space, but sometimes there were more cars than spaces, making it difficult to get out. Minor inconveniences, though!

The car parking space was much appreciated as car parking seems to be very difficult and expensive in Lloret. The apartment is in a quiet, safe location, a short walk to the beach. Everything was good!

Very clean and nice apartment. You can see the ocean from the window. Toiletries and hairdryer included. 2 water bottles in the fridge was a nice touch. Iron and ironing board available on the first floor of the building to share with other units. Host was always quick to respond. Bed and pillows were a bit too firm for our taste.

• Igor (9/5): Great Place for Vacation - The apartment is close to the beach. There are a lot of nice restaurants and a big local supermarket nearby. The apartment is very clean, bright, and comfortable. Our stay was great. The host is very amicable and helpful. Definitely recommend this apartments complex.
• Sergiu (8/5): Very good - Location is excellent, away from the tourist noise, short walk to beach, grocery store (capraboo), restaurants, and sites/attractions. Building appears to be in fine condition (stairs, elevator, parking, etc), seems like exterior has undergone some renovation not too long ago. Host Pere was friendly, easy to communicate with, prompt, and to the point. Apartment was very clean, large functional living area, with modern/new TV, coffee machine, fast wifi. Included parking was very useful as nearby parking lots were often full. Air conditioning was efficient, we kept it at 25C, and, at times, it felt chilly, when outside was unbearably hot. Laundry facility in the building was convenient and simple to access in absence of same in apartment. Bathroom and kitchen could use a lift. While they were clean and functional, age (guessing around 20 years) is taking its tall. Kitchen is basic, no dishwasher, or washing machine, although there is space and connections for them. Couldn't find some basics such as oil or bottle opener. Left a bottle opener we bought for others to enjoy. In the bathroom, shower would require attention sooner, before it becomes unpleasant. The weirdest was the ventilation in the apartment. Every now and then, an unpleasant/sewer smell would appear for a few minutes. Felt it once every night/early morning, bad enough for both of us to wake up, and open windows. Also felt it during the day a few times.

• Roman (10/5): Exceptional - Very cozy apartments with conditioning and kitchen. That's the quite part of the town so there's not much noise. The beach is several minutes walk from it. There's a supermarket is also nearby.
