Majas oli olemas väga hea juhis lähedal asuvate vaatamisväärsuste, ujumisvõimaluste ja muu vajaliku kohta. Pererahva poolt on kõik läbi mõeldud - isegi sääsetõrjevahendid olid olemas.

- Aleksei (10/5): - В домике все удобства, вдвоем очень хорошо, можно ещё 3-го ребенка, но больше людей уже будет тесно. Понравилось что все новое, неуставшее и чистое. Отсутствует навес для дождливой погоды, в дождь нужно идти к дому хозяев под навес.
