• f8c58f202aff72f68d32ddf23fb14c4e (7/5): 有種住校每天被檢查衛生的即視感，但除此之外一切安好 - 住宿方使用的是電子鎖，所以提前提供資料後可以遠端辦理入住，對於行程延誤或有變動時保留了很大的彈性，住宿的地點離中央火車站不遠，交通方便 可能是住宿政策和溝通上的問題，即使掛了請勿打擾的牌子，住宿方的清潔人員在每天早上9點左右一定會進房間收垃圾、重新鋪床、確認物品狀態，所以個人物品一定要收在行李箱裡或他的盤子裡，床上、洗手台上及地板上如果有零散放置物品會被視為租客沒有盡到自行整理房間的義務，而這一點是住宿方很在意的，所以每天出門前一定要記得整理房間，清洗杯子、倒掉電水壺的中的水、因為房間沒有垃圾桶所以垃圾要丟在洗手間的垃圾桶內、回收物…這就不確定要放哪裡了，但是一定不要集中放在地上，因為會被視為沒有整理房間，這點請務必注意

• María (9/5): Fantástica - La recepcionista Elena encantadora, la limpiadora muy amable y quien nos preparaba el desayuno nos hizo sentir muy a gusto. Hay un descuento en el restaurante de al lado del hotel que también es muy simpático
• IMM (5/5): Goede locatie, verwacht geen enkel comfort - Ontbijt werd in een koffietentje op de hoek geserveerd. Cappuccino met een zoete croissant. Heel lekker en een vriendelijke oude heer die de winkel bestiert. Accommodatie is heel erg basic op een redelijk rustige en centrale plek in de stad. Het is een saaie kamer, bedden zijn erg hard, alles is wel heel schoon. De badkamer is vreselijk. Kraan op de wastafel heeft geen zeefje, douche verschrikkelijk. Weinig waterdruk, de temperatuur van het water switchte in twee seconden tijd van ijskoud naar gloeiend heet, op welke stand de kraan ook werd ingesteld. Het was hierdoor niet mogelijk een douche te nemen. Badkamer, bedden te hard

• Gabriela (1/5): Extremely Disappointing. Never again - I booked a room for three people, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing stay. The room was extremely cramped and not clean. There were holes in the walls and the floor, and there was no shower screen, which made everything quite inconvenient. To top it off, the staff was extremely unfriendly. We arrived late at night, around 1 AM, and it was already an issue for them that we checked in so late, even though our flight was delayed. The cleaning staff also barged into our room early in the morning, even though we were still inside. When we went out for breakfast, which was included in our booking, and consisted of just coffee and a croissant at a nearby café, we came back to find the cleaning staff still there. Then, the hotel staff accused us of damaging the floor, which was completely false and felt like an attempt at extortion. Even after we left, they kept messaging us about it, which ruined our entire trip. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. It was the most stressful experience I’ve ever had.

• Viviana (1/5): - Con degli amici avevamo organizzato di prenotare due stanze in questa struttura, di cui una con check-in tardi alla sera. Avevo scelto questa guesthouse poiche´ garantiva tale servizio con il pagamento di un supplemento all´interno della descrizione. Tuttavia 3 giorni prima di arrivare scopriamo che non possono piu´ garantire questo servizio. Totale inflessibilita´ da parte della gestione dell´hotel per venire incontro alle necessita´ degli ospiti per via alla fine di una mancanza della struttura. Siamo stati costretti a cancellare la prenotazione e cercarci un altro alloggio all´ultimo minuto. Unica nota positiva, la receptionist che ci e´ stata quantomeno di aiuto nella comunicazione con la gestione dell´hotel e abbiamo avuto un rimborso. Percio´ fate attenzione, perche´ se per esempio il vostro volo arriva in ritardo e non riuscite a essere in struttura entro l´orario di check-in indicato (senza supplemento), il check-in vi verra´ negato.
• Erika (8/5): Ett boende med bra läge som passar för den som vill bo enkelt och prisvärt. - Prisvärt och bra läge. Förstående och trevlig personal, både städpersonalen samt alla andra. En normal italiensk frukost. Mysigt att åka in en gammal hiss upp i ett äldre italienskt hus.

As Áreas comuns do prédio onde a Guest House está inserido podiam estar mais cuidadas. O pequeno almoço que está incluído é muito fraco, era preferível que os donos do Guest House tivessem um preço superior e permitissem tomar o pequeno almoço no Restaurante Barbablu de que são também proprietários. Restaurante esse que é muito bom. Todavia para o turismo que fomos fazer a Roma, as condições estavam ótimas.

I don't recommend at this point she shouldn't even work at this hotel because of her manners The fridge didn’t work, the AC was turned off during 36°C heat, and the remote didn’t work either. When we asked for help, the manager was rude, dismissive, and rolled her eyes at us. She made excuses instead of fixing anything. We didn’t feel safe or comfortable the whole time. This stay ruined our 7-day trip. I’ve never had such a bad experience do not book this place.
• Mark (8/5): Lovely stay in Rome - Location - was very good. 10 mins from train station. 20.to.30 mins walk to main attractions. We used bus and open top tour bus. Room - this is a simple bed and necessity facilities such as shower and toilet. Wi fi. And fridge. Was great for what we wanted. Building - lovely original building with old style elevator. Please bear in mind can be a wait as only one lift. Push button open door operation. Was fun for kids. Staff - excellent very welcoming and could not do enough. Cleanliness- was great . Bed made everyday and towels provided. Breakfast- located 3 mins round corner. The staff were excellent and you get a lovely croissant and pastry of the day with juice and coffee. We loved it. Overall - key points we thoroughly enjoyed our stay . Please remember things not a normal hotel but an adaption in one floor and side of building with a clean and welcoming corridor. Recommended for people wanting to see rome and not stay in room. Thanks for the great stay 😊👍

• Timothy (9/5): A very good place to stay and tour around Rome for a couple of days. - Very accurate description of the facilities. Staff were very accommodating and nice. We enjoyed our visit and this was helped by the people we met there. Breakfast is offsite but really a minor thing. It would help to have coffee and tea within the rooms.

• Dawn (7/5): Lovely well priced guest house in a great location - Ideally placed for all the attractions, could walk, use bus or metro very easliy. The room had all basic facilitie for a good price which meant we had more spending money to do all the attractions, enjoy food and drink. As we were travelling from one city to another and had small back pack type luggage toiletries would have been a bonus, there was a soap dispenser but it never had anoything in it All four of us being in one room but we knew this on booking and made the choice to save money.
