Iqbal (4/5): Disappointing - 1. The caretakers behaviour was very good. 2. Kitchen facility was good. 3.The building looked beautiful. 1. The location was so poor. The road was narrow. 2. No air condition in dinning room even no celling fan was there. 3. The water of the washroom was too hot in day time. 4. Overall this was not budget friendly.
Shemul (7/5): For the price, it was satisfactory but not exceptional. A solid 7/10!" - Stayed at the penthouse in Sylhet and overall, it was a decent experience. The location was convenient and the view from the penthouse was beautiful. The space was clean and well-maintained but there were some areas that could use improvement such as water pressure in washrooms was much slower ,had to switch in the water pump 2-3 times a day and a bit more attention to detail in service
