• Lars (10/5): Absolute great property, we would not hesitate to go back! - The property is absolutely great, we loved it! It was clean, neat, extremely well equipped, beautiful, beautifully maintained garden, calm, and a shop is 50 meters away. Private parking on the property. The property is surrounded by a fence and gate entirely. We absolutely have nothing to complain about. Some points to take into account: - the beach is 20-25min by foot. - in the late afternoon, mosquitoes turn up. It didn't bother us much. Furthermore, this is true for the entire region.

Fica muito próxima dos locais mais animados de Varna, bem como de praias mais tranquilas. Foi uma experiência a repetir, caso volte a escolher a Bulgária como destino. Recomendo vivamente este alojamento. Gostei de tudo.

• Vihren (10/5): The perfect place for rest! - Awesome place for relax. Loved the green grass outside, the coffee machine with Nespresso capsules, bathroom, rooms, everything was designed and arranged with a lot of thought. Even came to my mind to check if the property is being sold out :) The place I imagine I can live at. At some point while staying inside, looking through the window we were surprised to see 3 guys in the yard going around and trimming the grass. We understand that this is something to be done regularly by schedule but at least we could be informed about that in advance or the guys could have stayed outside asking to be let in. This spoils the feeling of what you rent a whole property for - to have privacy.
• Ivana (10/5): Amazingly modern, spacious, and lovely villa :) - We were absolutely flabbergasted by the amazing, cute villa and huge garden when we entered the property for the first time :))) We loved everything about the property: a very comfortable coach in a spacious living room, a kitchen and dining room equipped with absolutely everything you can think of, two cozy bedrooms with super comfortable beds, and amazingly spacious and modern bathroom. The garden itself and the veranda are top of TOP! Two places to park the cars inside and a small supermarket opposite the property are both very nice surprises that are added on top of the initial positive surprise of this modern villa. The location is really strategic, far away from city noise and close to all the good beaches above Varna. The host was super friendly and helpful, and this attitude of him added to the initial overwhelming positive experience 😊!!! We highly recommend this place, and we will be back next summer 😎🌞✌️ We liked everything, so nothing to complain about.
• Nata (10/5): Great location to rest! - the location itself is great. you have your private secured parking (all garden is secured with cameras), a large place with green grass and a small but nice swimming pool. Inside the house there are different kitchen equipment, dishes, big refrigirator and dish washing machine. there is also a washing machine outside in a special room and you can dry your clothes outside (not sure how it works when it rains or it's cold :D ). We were spending most of our time outside on terrace, swimming pool or just sitting in deck chairs. the distance to the seaside as per booking descritpion is wrong. it is actually about 1,7 km on some strange dusty road. There were some ants inside the house but we discussed with the owner and he said he will remediate this. we also got a bonus from him for this inconvenience
