• Adriana (10/5): Superb - Apartament nou renovat intr un bloc de locuințe cu tot ce iti trebuie Terasa mare si încăpătoare! La 5 minute distanta de mers pe jos de faleza. Noi am avut masina inchiriata si am avut loc de parcare special al apartamentului. Foarte multumiti! Personalul foarte prietenos! -

• Waldemar (9/5): - Doskonały kontakt z obsługą, mieszkanie czyste. Czekał na nas poczęstunek. Na wyposażeniu są w okresie zimowym cieplejsze kołdry. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. W kuchni jest jeden bardzo duży garnek i jedna bardzo duza patelnia. Przydałby sie mały garnek, mała patelnia i nóż kuchenny oraz nieduze ceramiczne miseczki. Z naczyń stołowych jest kilka talerzy płytkich i głębokich.

• John (6/5): Nice apartment near to Larnaka - The Customer service via whatsapp is excellent. The size of the apartment. The TVs for watching via a laptop (netflix, appletv) really good. Lighting in the apartment was nice. Cleanliness. Walking distance to Larnaka centre. We were allowed a late checkout which was great. A little hard to find. Two single beds were unbelievably squeaky. They should be replaced. The neighborhood was a bit rough. The shower wasn't very good and not a lot of hot water. (3 people stayed). The silicon should be replaced. No small pan for cooking, only gigantic ones. Thr curtains let all the light in the morning. The TVs didn't seem to show local or international channels? No good local shops nearby.

Walking distance for the center and one beach, very good parking side. The sourrondings are not so good but you go to The appartment only to sleep.
• Maria (10/5): Fantastic Stay, Great Location - Clean, modern, spacious, close to beach and Main Street for shops and restaurants. Communication with the owner was also fantastic. We prefer longer stays in apartments with all the familiar household requirements which this place had eg, hoover, iron, washing machine etc etc. I would definitely return and will highly recommend to friends and family

• Alex (9/5): Hidden gem in an up and coming area of Larnaca - A very nice newly renovated apartment close to the airport. Great size and facilities. Our first time to Cyprus so we were unsure of the area but found some great restaurants along the water even though coming here directly from the airport we thought we were away from everything. Great communication from Periclis and we really appreciated the fact that he let us have an extra long checkout on the day we left. Periclis asked for feedback which we gave him directly. Would not say there was anything we would rate as bad at all...

• Alex (10/5): Returning to this property again, great location and great service from the owner - Good location, close to restaurants but on a quiet street with no noise. Renovated flat with modern finish. The owner was very helpful and accommodating.

• Alexandros (10/5): Modern, spacious flat in a great location. - The property is well located, in a quiet street for a good night’s sleep but in close proximity to the sea side, restaurants and bars. Clean and spacious, the flat was clearly renovated recently to a high standard. Host was very accommodating and responsive.
