• Anthony Lynch And (9/5): - I was very sceptical about the accommodation because I usually stay in hotels. I was so happy, the accommodation was so clean and comfortable. The host I contacted once with very fast response. The wifi please don’t rely on even after contacting the host there was no better. We had mobile data so we decided we were not going to try to have the host fix it after the second time because we want to relax not wait and communicate with the host. Other than the wifi, I definitely do recommend the accommodation. I would definitely stay there again.

• Kamelia (6/5): Clean,good location,but smaller than expected - We loved the area around the building. We really like the toilet and bathroom and the washing machine. I would recommend the stay for people used to very small apartment or single travellers. Public transport was near by and getting to Tokyo Sky Tree for food and shopping was very convenient . I think the owners did what they could with the space of the ground floor apartments,we had toothbrushes,soap and bathrobes, but if you expect a bedroom with a place to calmly sit and eat some food, it didn't match our expectations for the size of the room. We did not expect to be on a ground floor, opening the windows meant every person passing could see inside,and I lacked sunlight to have privacy, making the feel of the room a bit not good. The room was actually smaller than in the pictures. The table was in a corner and we couldn't use it for food or even move it, because there was nowhere to move it to. The couch was not comfortable for sitting. If people upstairs are home you will hear it. 2 of the evening we were woken up at the middle of the night by our upstairs neighbors. This brought us a little more frustration. I think the owners did what they could with the space of the ground floor apartments,it was kept clean and tidy. We just did not expect ground floor, a construction next to our building with noise from 9 am to 6pm and smaller room. In a picture I am uploading is my side of the bed with the window,you can see the room I had to move around the bed was around the size of 39 slippers shoe size (28 cm) On another picture I am showing the difference free space between the bed and the couch,which was maybe around 50cm.

• Aaron (7/5): Comfortable, small, charming apartment a reasonable distance from Central Tokyo - Comfortable, small apartment in a very quiet and secure area. We had everything we needed and were very pleased with our stay While everything was accessible by train, you are a reasonable distance out to most attractions. We found ourselves travelling roughly 50 mins to most locations. The apartment itself was small but that was part of the charm!

• Michelle (9/5): lovely location, but small space - the big tv facing the bed: amazing! comfy bed. the host came through for us because initially they told us there was an error so we had to cancel, but thankfully they made arrangements and we got the unit, very thankful for that! the walk from oshiage station to the property is amazing, because the skytree is right outside the station. location is greatttttt! yeap the reviews are right, there is no elevator, and we got the top floor, but it's alright we didn't have alot of luggages to carry, and the stairs is not too bad haha the room is quite small, we could open a cabin size in the closet, but we had to move some furnitures around just to lay flat our large luggage T.T it's okay for 2 of us, but we wouldn't recommend people/group for more than 2 luggages to book here? seriously our room got no space, and we had to hop around haha

• françoise (2/5): Odeur dégoût dans un logement et manque de réactivité du personnel - La localisation près de 2 stations de métro La non réactivité du personnel Sur 3 chambres réservées, ménage pas fait dans la première à l’heure du check-in ni 3h après malgré relance 2ème chambre sans accès à la wifi pendant tout le séjour 3eme chambre avec forte odeur d'égouts tres désagréable. Malgré multiples mails, pas de solution immédiate. Proposition d’un rendez-vous 24h après pour évaluer le problème... mais personne n’est venu

• 育綺 (10/5): - 剛進房間暖氣就開好了真的很貼心，29寸行李箱可以順利打平很棒，浴室的暖氣功能很好，熱水也很足！浴室的乾燥功能剛好讓我們洗好衣服直接晾乾😗 洗衣機很乾淨沒有奇怪的味道，浴室、房間、冰箱也都很乾淨😌 地理位置很不錯，離押上站走路10分鐘左右而已！ 如果有下次還會再入住的❤️

• Eloise (9/5): Degelijk appartementje 👌🏼 - Goede prijs kwaliteit. De kamer was zeer proper, niet groot maar in orde. Heerlijk badje. We konden onze bagage vroeger afzetten. Inchecken met het sleutelkastje was zeer makkelijk. Vlotte communicatie met de host via booking.com Kleine 10 minuutjes wandelen van Tokyo Skytree & Oshiage metro station. Rondom het appartement wel 7-11 winkeltjes maar verder zeer rustige, kalme buurt.

• Amalia Astrid (10/5): Super Recomendado - Tiene buen espacio, consideren q en tokio son pequeños y este estaba muy bien. Tenía cama matrimonial y un sofá cama, closet, cocina pequeña, baño y lavadora. Me gusto mucho mi estancia aqui además dq quedaba cerca de estaciones del metro y a 5.min caminando del tokyo skytree. Sin duda lo recomiendo y me volvería a alojar aqui

• Patricia Mabelle (6/5): It was ok. - It’s on the first floor. Dryer works well. There’s an issue with the window beside the bed when someone smokes outside, the smell easily comes into the room. You can clearly hear footsteps from the room upstairs, and even the sound of luggage being rolled around at 4am, which was quite unpleasant.

Teníamos que tener la calefacción 24 horas encendida porque se colaba el frio por las ventanas. El sofá cama es muy incómodo, incluso para un niño. Al quejarnos nos dieron un tope pero también era incómodo. No nos querían dar factura de la estancia. Hasta que Booking no les ha llamado tres veces, no nos la han proporcionado. Ha sido una pérdida de tiempo para todos. No había espacio para abrir la maleta. Ni mesa ni sillas para sentarnos, por lo que si cocinas algo en la cocina, te lo has de comer en la cama.

Since the apartment has a kitchen, it should provide a small table / couple of chairs for eating/ sitting. We had to sit on the bed to eat 😕. Also, we couldn’t use the laundry machine as English instruction was not provided.

Dünyanın en pahalı şehirlerinden biri olan Tokyo ya göre fiyatı normal geldi bana. Gönül rahatlığıyla kalabilirsiniz. Oda biraz daha büyük olaydı iyiydi biraz küçük ama işimizi gördü😀

• Michele (3/5): Assolutamente da evitare per 3 persone - Struttura pulita e ordinata, davano tutto il necessario e hanno sempre risposto immediatamente ai messaggi Camera impraticabile per 3 persone, quasi da truffa, abbiamo odiato il soggiorno solo per questo, tuttavia la consiglio per 2 persone, avrebbero potuto fornire altre lenzuola e asciugamani per un soggiorno di 10 notti ma niente, 2 asciugamani a testa, una finestra aveva il vetro spostato con uno spiffero gigante e ce ne siamo accorti solo grazie al freddo congelante di dicembre

I do highly recommend of this house, and also they got iron! We also cook before we check out ! Love! For me it is very understandable for the square fit when live in Japan. I have no problem!

Very modern and easy to get there, easy to move around, very convenient if you want to stay closer to Skytree and the Narita airport, you have 2 main stations few blocks away. Perfect if you are traveling alone or with a partner.

• Domenico (7/5): Soggiorno in quartiere residenziale tranquillo a Tokyo - L'appartamento era più piccolo di come sembrava in foto ma questo non è stato un problema. Era pulito e dotato del necessario ma mancavano alcune cose . La parte migliore era il bagno, comodo e ampio con lavatrice e asciugatrice. La posizione è comoda sia per i luoghi da visitare che per i servizi come metro , ristoranti e negozi. C'è anche il treno vicino che porta diretti all' areoporto di haneda .Il quartiere è tranquillo, sicuro e silenzioso. Consigliato per due persone. Se il divano letto fosse stato più comodo e il personale piu presente e disponibile avrei dato un voto migliore. La cosa peggiore è stata l'assenza di personale. Non si è mai visto nessuno e la comunicazione via mail è stata lenta e non esaustiva. Non è stato semplice capire il funzionamento del codice e il ritiro delle chiavi non è stato dei più intuitivi. Abbiamo faticato ma alla fine siamo riusciti. Dei signori cinesi sono venuti più volte a bussare da noi e poi da altri inquilini perché non riuscivamo ad entrare nel loro appartamento e i proprietari non rispondevano alle telefonate . In appartamento c'erano tazze, piatti e posate solo oer due persone mentre noi eravamo in tre. Dovevamo fare a turno per bere e mangiare. Il terzo letto era un divanetto molto piccolo, corto e scomodo. Nostro figlio non ci stava dentro, uscivano le gambe . Quando si apriva il divano non si riusciva a muoversi. Per tre adulti è scomodo.

• Florencia (9/5): Great value for money :) - The location is great, you have 7 eleven close by, and the station about 15 min walk. It has a washing machine, which is a great plus if you’re travelling for more than a week. And enough space in the shower (with toilet in a separate room). It was a bit small, I was expecting more space for suitcases. But there’s a closet. And in the end, everything is small in Japan. For two people it was good enough, but I wouldn’t recommend it for 3.

• Gemma (9/5): Buena comunicación y relación calidad-precio - La ubicación es excelente, tienes la estación de Oshiage SkyTree con muy buena conexión a menos de 10 minutos a pie, el barrio es muy tranquilo y cuentas con multitud de tiendas y supermercados cerca. En el barrio hay izakayas deliciosos y muy buenas opciones para comer. Nos tocó el apartamento de la planta baja y era un poco más pequeño que en las imágenes, aún así para dos era ideal.
