• Geneviève Sanchez (9/5): - La disponibilité de la propriétaire.qui propose des chambres récentes dans une maison d'aspect traditionnel. L'absence de petit déjeuner alors qu'il existe une salle avec tables en rdc. Aucun bar dans le quartier.

• Felicia (10/5): A place where I would like to come back for a longer stay. - It was a very nice and comfortable room, with new furniture, comfy bed, very clean, nice bathroom with shower cabin (which is rare in Bulgaria). Everything was a big, nice surprise! Also, the ladies from the hotel were nice and friendly.

• Anton (6/5): Usable, but not convenient. - The location is great. The room itself is good size, clean and have most of what you would need. The bed was very comfortable, and the double pillows were nice bonus. Although some important things (in the bathroom) seems to be rather tricky to use, which reduced the convenience. The toilet tank was tricky to use, it often released the water too slowly to clean anything, and also filled slowly, which made it annoying to flush well. The shower's switch was also tricky, and it turned out if you first turn on the water then you can't switch the shower on, but you have to switch it with the water off, the turn it on, and then most of it goes to the shower head, so that you could take normal shower. But what ruined the good impression with our very arrival was that we were almost immediatelly told that checkout was at 11am, and there's no breakfast, which the offer on booking said 12 and breakfast incl. So there wasn't a big problem, but series of small issues that ruin the overal experience, which is a shame because the hotel has potential to be much better!
