• Slobodan (10/5): - Divna komunikacija sa domaćicom Milenom koja je izuzetno ljubazna i predusretljiva. Iako sam bio primoran da otkažem posetu zbog iznenadne bolesti supruge, predložila je povrat troškova na šta inače nisam imao pravo. Žao mi je što nismo bili ali sam imao izuzetno pozitivno iskustvo, iskrena preporuka...pozdrav i ocena 10.
• Marco (10/5): War wieder sehr schön :-) - Wir sind regelmäßig in Graz und immer bei Milena. Dieses mal in Wohnung Nr. 3 - es ist ein bisschen wie heim kommen. Die Wohnungen sind alle relativ einheitlich eingerichtet, man findet sich sofort zurecht.

• Ralf (10/5): Schöner Kurzurlaub in Graz - Schöne geschmackvoll ausgestattete Wohnung in hervorragender Lage. Ideal für einen Städteurlaub zu zweit. Unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit der netten Vermieterin. Check in flexibel durch Übergabe der Haustürschlüssel in einer Schlüsselbox. Nichts!
• Ursula (10/5): Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und empfehlen auch sehr gerne weiter! - Sehr unkompliziert bezüglich früheren check-ins, sehr freundlich, Lage im nahen Kunstviertel sehr angenehm, super sauber, angenehmes Ambiente. Wir kommen gerne wieder! In der Küche gab es zwar einen Geschirrspüler, jedoch keine Geschirrtücher.

Very Cosy as name indicates :-) There was very good parking option available, payable in addition, but overall it was a great add on to have stress free weekend. Are was pretty calm and peacefull. Big balkony was another cool feature. No concerns, liked really everything.

Everything about it is excellent - location, easy check-in and check-out, clean and safe building, amenities, cleanness and comfort and most of all - Milena's kindness, responsiveness and professionalism. I felt very welcome, enjoyed every moment and will chose this place certainly again. Full and warm recommendations. Nothing could have been better.

The owner was very helpful And the location was easily accessed by bus #58 & 63. There is a bus stop at the end of the street. There are two supermarkets close by. The Old Town is walkable in less than 15 minutes. It was all good.

Everything about this apartment was absolutely perfect. This place is really cute, just as it looks on the pictures here. It is perfectly furnished and equipped with everything you need. Just 5 minutes walk to city center and hip places but still in quiet neighborhood. Don’t forget to enjoy morning coffee on the balcony. I was glad I found this place.

Direct 20 min walk from train station. Very near Spar grocery and short walk to old town area. The accommodation is centrally located in the Lend district. An bus stop can be reached on foot in about 3 minutes. Communication with the owner of the apartment 100%. The apartment is furnished with great taste, very clean, large bathroom, comfortable bed. A very good choice. Supermarkets and restaurants can be reached within a few minutes on foot. The apartment is very quiet because the street that runs past the building is not a permanently used thoroughfare. There is also a parking space that you can rent. I will book the apartment again for my next stay in Graz.
