• HANEOL (10/5): 로마 성인 5인 가족 여행 최고의 숙소 - 로마에서 성인 5인 가족이 머물 숙소를 찾기가 정말 힘들었는데, 이곳을 발견한 건 행운이었습니다. 한국인 리뷰가 없어서 처음엔 고민도 했지만, 막상 가보니 고민이 무색할 정도로 완벽한 숙소였어요. 우선 호스트인 Emanuela와 Andrea가 정말 친절합니다. 필요한 점이나 궁금한 사항은 WhatsApp을 통해 메시지를 보내면 답변이 매우 빠르고 세심하게 챙겨주어 머무는 내내 든든했습니다. 룸 컨디션은 말할 것도 없이 깨끗하고 집 자체가 따뜻해서 좋았습니다. 특히 세탁기와 건조기가 모두 구비되어 있어 장기 여행 중에도 빨래 걱정 없이 정말 편하게 지냈습니다. 조리도구도 넉넉하게 준비되어 있어 가족들과 식사하기에도 좋았고, 위치는 스페인 광장과 매우 가까워 쇼핑이나 투어 이동이 최고였습니다. 주변에 까르푸 마트와 맛집도 많아 생활하기 정말 편리해요. 마지막 날 짐 보관까지 흔쾌히 도와주시고 따뜻하게 환대해 주셔서 가족 모두 행복한 기억을 남기고 갑니다. 로마 가족 여행을 계획하신다면 이 숙소를 적극 추천합니다! 다시 한번 Emanuela와 Andrea에게 감사의 인사를 전하고 싶습니다.

• Rajesh Anand (8/5): very comfortable - a lovely bar with breakfast just round the corner. The porter is just below and available for any thing. The Host is super responsive in providing more amenities if needed. Right in the centre of Rome, Spanish Stairs is a few minutes away and the Spagna Metro Station is just a few mins walk. Excellent location.

• ALAN (10/5): The comfort of home in Rome - Our stay has to get a 10 out of 10 as we had no faults, the location was perfect, the apartment was amazing and in addition to toiletries there were some dishwasher and washing machine capsules, coffee pods, some cornflakes and crackers which I thought was a beautiful touch. there is nothing I did not enjoy or like about out stay.

• Marzena (10/5): - Upon arrival, we were greeted by Mr. Andrea. We were able to drop off our luggage before our official check-in time, giving us time to explore Rome. The apartment was very close to Metro A and sights, the Spanish Steps, the Trevi Fountain, and we even walked to the Colosseum. We also enjoyed strolling through the Villa Borghese, which provided a nice getaway from the hustle and bustle of Rome. There is a cafe just around the corner from the front door, which was excellent. Emanuela was very responsive, provided information ahead of time about check-in, and was helpful with arranging private transport.

• Daniela (10/5): Quiet & comfortable apt in the vicinity of the Spanish steps. - Apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Fully equipped - in the kitchen and bathrooms. In the centre centre. Within 30-45 mins walking distance from most the historical sights. You can enjoy the Rome atmosphere. Emanuela was very attentive. Good that you can store your luggage on the date of arrival and departure in the house. There is also a nice pizza & cafe place around the corner. There are matrimonial beds so be ready to share the blankets. But they are so big that you do not need to worry.

Very good communication with the host, both before we travelled, and during our stay. The one way airport transfer was an added bonus with the driver meeting us at the door for our return to the airport. Nothing, the apartment and location were exactly as expected.

• Patrick (2/5): Very Disappointing. Terribly rude apartment manager who was very difficult. I - Large apartment in a good location. We had a number of problems ranging from some cleanliness issues to a broken toilet. The issues were resolved, but the situations really had a negative impact on our stay. The owner did try to address the problems, but she was not on site. She had a manager that we had to deal with who was very rude. In a word, the experience was disappointing especially since the apartment was so highly rated. At almost $600 per day, I did not find it a good value. The owner states we were argumentative, however it was quite the opposite. The apartment manager disputed hair that was found on the bed covering as my wife was actually showing it to him! He instructed us to remove the sheets and place them in the hallway, which we did. The owner then claims we "threw" the sheets in the hall and did not put them in a plastic bag. We did as the manager said. He did not provide large bags or even suggest bags, we placed then neatly in the hall outside our door. Then came the hallway bathroom circus. When we texted the owner, she implied we didn't know how to correctly use the toilet. It wasn't until I sent her a video of the water constantly running in the toilet that she decided to call the manager. He arrived but couldn't fit it. A, few hours later he came back with the business associate of the owner, but he could not fix it. Finally around 16:30 the manager arrived with a plumber. Guess what.....the plumber didn't have the parts to fix it. The next morning the manager , plumber and a cleaning woman arrived about 8:00 AM. The woman provided a key to the safe in the apartment to secure our valuables, but by that time I was not comfortable with so many different people in the apartment. Finally around 9:30 the plumber finished and the woman stayed to clean the mess in the bathroom. It took 25 hours and 4 different attempts to fix the toilet. It was a terrible disruption to our vacation to say the least.

Spacious living room and dining area enough for eight people and a fully stocked kitchen with complimentary snacks and beverage. Beds were comfortable. Chairs and sofas made gathering easy and enjoyable. Perfect location!

• Stephen (10/5): Fabulous location, very comfortable, spotless and spacious apartment - The property is in a fabulous location, whilst only a couple of hundred meters from the Spanish Steps it is tucked away in a very cool and quiet street and makes for an idyllic retreat from the heat of Rome at the end of a day’s exploration. The air con is brilliant and the apartment was beautifully clean, generous in size and very comfortably furnished. Big comfy beds and excellent showers. Ten out of ten !! Nothing not to like about this property

• Jane (10/5): Great apartment - It was a lovely apartment literally round the corner from the Spanish Steps. The apartment is as the photos, well maintained and clean. The host Emmanuela was only a message away and had stocked the kitchen with biscuits, cereals, treats, wine etc which was very generous. Andrea was always there if we had any questions and helped us with our luggage. The metro and taxi rank were very close to the apartment. Lots of cafes and shops near by. We will definitely stay there again. Thank you Emmanuela and Andrea. Everything was great. The only very minor thing was the WiFi wasn't great in the bedroom, however it was fine in the lounge area and we have no complaints.
• Mark (10/5): A MUST BOOK - This place is highly recommended. Great communication and quick to respond. Location is absolutely great. Right next to The Spanish Steps, walking distance to Villa Borghese, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon and Plaza del Popolo. Colloseo is not that far either (30 min walk). They even have snacks and drinks ready for us. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Property is very clean. Nothing. Absolutely nothing.

Nice mgr greeted us, checked us out and all went smoothly. Perfect for a few nights with our extended family. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a sofa sleeper. Would be nice for a long term stay as well - comfortable for 2 or 3 couples. Nice well-equipped kitchen (we didn’t cook). Nothing.
• Brian (10/5): a beautifully appointed property with every convenience supplied for our visit. we would definitely stay here again and - this lovely property was more spacious than we imagined. there was so much thought and detail that has gone into the property and the little things that the owners have done to make our stay so comfortable was really appreciated. there was nothing to dislike - it was fantastic!

It was very comfortable, beautifully decorated with some lovely ornaments truly outstanding and in an excellent location. We were also impressed with the extras that were provided such as shampoo, conditioner, breakfast nibbles, milk, water, tea bags, coffee pods,dishwasher tablets,washing up liquid etc etc, the list goes on. The attention to detail was truly fantastic and meant we had everything we needed. There is nothing to dislike about this property.
