Guest Reviews
- Elisabetta (10/5): -
- Anders (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent location in Parma. Great, clean, quiet and pleasant rooms. Well organized and flexible checking in/out
- Anthony (10/5): Exceptional - Thr apartment was very well appointed and equipped. There was everything to make meals, the location was a short walk to the opera house, la Pilota, the duomo and other key sights. We lacked nothing in the apartment and the super market was.close by.
We liked having a washer, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. We liked everything at the apartment and in Parma.
- Isabella (10/5): Exceptional - Host was wonderful, helped with dinner bookings! Great property and amazing location
- Cathieb (8/5): Nice place to discover Parma - The host was very helpful, we did not meet him on the day of our arrival, but as we had problems using some appliances, he quickly came, was very helpful and solved our problems. The apartment is nice but a bit dark during the day. This could be a good thing when it is hot, but less pleasant in october.
- Federico (9/5): Superb -
- Stephen (8/5): A good base to explore a historic city. - A very good location, close to the cathedral and the palace complex. Also nice cafes nearby for breakfas and/or lunch. Our host recommended a good restaurant for dinner on our first night - a Sunday. The "secret garden" was pleasant, but really got the sun for only a short time in the middle of the day.
- Nina (10/5): Exceptional -
- Freddie (9/5): Great location for historic sites and parking garage. - Lovely, large apartment in walking distance to all the major sites. Communication with management was excellent from start to finish. Only seven minute walk to Parcheggio Dus where we parked our car for three nights (12 euros per night). Nearby the apartment are many eateries. The building itself is quiet and very secure. Nice kitchen with everything you need. Easy to spread out in a large space with separate bedroom.
- Joanne (9/5): Superb -
- Franca (9/5): Superb -
- Paul (8/5): Our stay was thoroughly enjoyable. - The apartment was comfortable, roomy and in a good location. Giulia was friendly and helpful.
- Margaret (9/5): Superb -
- Michael (10/5): Exceptional - My wife and I stayed here for 26 nights and loved it! The hosts are wonderful and helping. Good folks, indeed. The accommodations are very nicely located, comfortable, clean, have all the important amenities, and quite. We're very happy we found it and would love to stay here again.

- Predrag (10/5): Wonderful time spent in apartment and Parma - The best location in the center of Parma. Very good Italian breakfast. Warm and cozy apartment.
- Predrag (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice
- Christine (10/5): We enjoyed being in Parma, and staying in the middle was lovely. - Il Giardino Segreto is central, quiet and comfortable with excellent WiFi. The owners had thoughtfully provided all we needed for breakfast. As British tea drinkers, a kettle would have been nice; otherwise it was all brilliant.
- Kelly (8/5): Good stay for a few days! - Location was great!!! Breakfast could have been a little better. Took a while to figure out coffee maker, tv and stove! But Amedeo was so helpful! Called us a taxi a few times! And he answered my questions right away!
- Jan (9/5): Superb - Very nice and quiet place, but still in the city center, few minutes walk from train station. Quite good self-service breakfast, many options (corn flakes, bread, etc). Apartment is comfortable and spacious. Kitchen very well equipped and very clean, bathroon very spacious and clean. Really nice place to stay! As the apartment is on gound level, a bit cold from floor(legs) - tiles everywhere. But good socks and shoes solve the problem :-)
- Cecilia (8/5): Very good -
- Mark (8/5): Great Location and Garden in Central Parma - Great choice for staying in central Parma (the location is terrific, you can be at the Duomo - or anywhere in the old town really - within 5 minutes walk). The garden out back is the highlight, and the apartment itself is quiet and spacious, with a nice modern bathroom and breakfast bar area. Parma is a great 1-day choice as well, we loved our time there. The garden is great but could be better maintained to be honest (we had to give the table and chairs a quick clean before use). Whilst some of the apartment has been modernised, there are some further touches that would elevate it to a real gem (e.g. the floor is a bit dated).

- Maria-argyro (10/5): A week in Parma - A very beautiful appartment, totally equiped, clean and very close to the city centre.
The host was very kind, helpful and on time to give us the keys and explain everything about the appartment.
The facilities was equal to the description shared in booking.
I recommend it for sure.
Thanks for the hospitality! ...
- Katie (9/5): Great for a small family - We visited Parma with our 10-year-old daughter, and the apartment was perfect for us. The apartment was very quiet, and the patio was a lovely place to have a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. The location was very good: it was easy to get to the Duomo and other sites, and near a grocery store and several cafes and restaurants, but not on a busy street. There was milk, tea, coffee, and yogurt in the kitchen, or ask for a coupon to have a coffee and pastry in the vegan cafe across the street. Amadeo was flexible and accommodating. Would recommend.
