Yousef (1/5): - The location is the only positive point; everything else does not justify the price paid. This experience will not be repeated. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. We booked a two-bedroom apartment with a living room, both rooms with king-size beds, but upon arrival one room had a king bed and the other had a queen-size bed. Despite this, the staff claimed they consider both rooms as king, which is incorrect. We were five people, yet only one cup and two plates were provided, forcing us to buy our own items. Additionally, we were asked to pay extra for an additional blanket, even though we had already paid for an extra bed. I would not recommend staying here and will not repeat the experience. The only positive point is the location next to the mall. The experience leaned more toward an Airbnb-style stay rather than a true hotel apartment standard. There is room for the property management team to upgrade the level of service and place greater emphasis on improving the overall guest experience.
Mansour (5/5): رحلة أولى وستكون الأخيرة من غير عودة - الموقع مع موظفة الإستقبال السيدة إبتسام فقط . لم أتوقع أن الإقامة فيه ستكون بذاك السوء للأسف إذا أستثنينا الإستقبال من السيدة إبتسام وكلامها الرائع الجميل يبقى الفندق ينقصه الكثير حيث أن النظافة هى آخر أولوياتهم حيث وجدنا المطبخ ملىء بالقذارة منذ النزيل السابق أيضا الغرف جدا باردة صقيع ( نحن فى الشتاء ) ولم يكن هناك عازل ، أيضا نظام التلفزيون لم يكن يلبى رغباتنا من حيث الريموت ( المعقد ) بطريقة تشغيله والقنوات الضعيفة ، نهاية فى الإستقبال الذى أتى بعد السيدة إبتسام ( الأخ المصرى ) حيث حضرنا عنده وكان ممسكا بجهازه النقال ولم يرد علينا وبعد ساعات رجعنا وسألناه بطلبنا تأخير المغادرة ساعة فقط أجاب وبنبرة غير مريحة وبأسلوب جاف ليس بإستطاعته إعطاء وقت إضافى !!!

GHADAH (6/5): مخيب للآمال لو برجع بتأكد انه ال Hotel وليس ال Residence - المرافق كانت ممتازه من سبا وشاطئ وقرب من المركز التجاري الشقه نفسها كانت غير نظيفة وجدنا بقايا اكل على الكنب والسجاد وعمود الستاره مكسور تسبب في جرح يدي ، رائحة الدور بالكامل مزعجه ومكتومه (رائحة قلي ومأكولات بحريه) اثناء الحجز لم يكن واضح ان الشقه غير مخدومه فندقيا يوميا كنت اشيل القمامه لمنطقة التخلص خارج الشقه بطريقه مربكه

Majed (10/5): Everything is excellent except for the pool. Please take care of it - Perfect Please pay attention to the swimming pool. The housemaids go into the pool with their clothes on, and some women use it while wearing abayas. They also use the pool chairs without any purpose they just sit on them and don’t sunbathe. Children are supposed to have their own designated pool

Abdullah (3/5): Pool Not good for kids ! - Great place , but I have another prob This place is not family friendly , what I’ve seen in the pool are things that I didn’t see in more liberal countries ! My kids were swimming and some guys were smoking and cursing inside the pool ! Spoke to the guard and he was busy with his phone. Took my kids to the sea and there was a man and a lady doing funny stuff ! Had to take my kids to another hotel to enjoy more family friendly pools.

Husam (2/5): In summary it was the worst stay I had in the last 10 years with booking. - The location and furniture details and facilities. When I booked I booked under the Address Name. But after the payment I discovered that it is a third party real estate company renting the apartment. Imagine that for the entire stay nobody cleaned my apartment or changed towels or cleaned toilets. This is misleading for the customer a 5 star hotel implies room service and house keeping by default. And I talked to the hotel management on site but nobody made any effort.

Simone (8/5): We have stayed at this resort three times now and loved each stay. Will be back again! - The apartment is very well appointed and decorated beautifully. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were modern and clean. The beach and pool at the resort are lovely and the staff are fantastic. Thanks especially to Stanley and Ibrahim :) There is lots of space between the sunbeds at the beach and plenty of shade. The new Japanese restaurant Sumosan is fantastic and the restaurants in the mall are excellent too. The room was not cleaned on a daily basis and charges applied for extra cleaning or towels etc. For the price paid, this should be standard. The main bathroom shower door leaked a lot, even without the water spraying onto the door. This needs to be fixed as it is a safety hazard.

Deema (1/5): Worst place to stay in bahrain - Its location only The whole apartment was full of noise from the windows making cracking sound the whole day and night that we couldn’t sleep. We had to buy ear plugs so that we can rest and sleep peacfully 😅 The AC also was making sounds, they came to fix it but not fixed, they just wasted our time

Boodai (8/5): Great for families. - The location it’s connected to the mall. Its has direct access to the beach. The apartment is spacious and has fully equipped kitchen. There was a weird smell not everyone will notice. The bedsheets had a smell like it wasn’t fully dryed when washed. However, everything else was good.

Faraj (2/5): This is not a hotel. You are renting a person’s apartment and you have to adhere to the owner rules. No specific policy - It’s close to the mall. Swimming pool is amazing The description is clearly misleading. You’re dealing with a personalized policy as those apartments are owned by people and managed by company. They implement the owner policy, and that may be different. There was no housekeeping, no tea or coffee complimentary, no extra towels. With the same price, one can get a lot better experience. Have we known that in advance, we wouldn’t book it.

Badr (2/5): Terrible service for the first time ever in ADDRESS - Location There was delays of more than 45 min to check in as the room wasn’t ready. Bathroom soup and toothpaste wasn’t available during the second day. They told us is chargeable. Extra blanket wasn’t available, they told us with extra charge. Getting our luggage for check out was delayed for 30 min until I had to come to reception. The service is not good. Breakfast menu is limited and run out fast. Not enough seats for my family at the restaurant

Laura (9/5): Superb - The location was great, the pool was fabulous and the beach was lovely. Our apartment had 4 bedrooms and was very spacious with great views and comfortable beds. The shower in the master bathroom flooded the bathroom floor every time we used it.
Hamed (5/5): Expensive housekeeping! - Location Expensive housekeeping small & overcrowded pool, smelly rooms and the beach can be improved. The MG mall is nice but not yet full with shops and restaurants. It’s mainly high brands.

Anwar (10/5): You can order any thing from the supermarket in the Galaria for free delivery. I highly recommend it, studio for couples - Excellent for family, couples, and kids. The place is quite clean and luxurious. The beach and water is so clean.Sea activities are amazing and my kids loved it so much.

THESE THINGS ARE FREE IN OTHER HOTEL APARTMENT, i need to take the trash by myself every day👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 Im from Qatar and will never come to this hotel again and will not recommend it to my friends and my family
