Ranfft (5/5): Nicht zu viel erwarten ! - Die Lage war Top Normalerweise gibt man eine Bewertung ab, wenn sehr enttäuscht oder sehr begeistert ist. Beides ist nicht der Fall, weil wir aber auch nicht sehr anspruchsvoll sind. Die Apartments werden unserer Ansicht aber besser dargestellt als sie wirklich sind. Wir sind auch nur dort gelandet, weil uns von Anbieterseite 24h vorher abgesagt wurde. Wir haben das Penthouse Apartment bekommen – mit Dachterrasse! Aber ich möchte möglichst sachlich die Unterkunft beschreiben: Wer vor dem Haus steht ist schon beeindruckt, ein altes Stadthaus wie man es sich vorstellt. Man kommt ins Treppenhaus und ist wirklich beeindruckt, wahnsinnig groß, hell und top renoviert (einzig die Waschmaschinen für alle Apartments stehen auch im Treppenhaus, allerdings gut versteckt) Oben angekommen im Apartment Aurora (das Penthouse) startet es mit dem Gäste WC, welches man nur über das Treppenhaus erreicht. Nur eine Toilette, ohne Spiegel, Seife von Vormieter und kein Handtuch – aber eine zweite Toilette mit schief montierter Klobrille für Notfälle. Auf der nächsten Etage angekommen befindet sich das Bad und das Schlafzimmer. Das Bad war ordentlich ausgestattet, vielleicht auch von unseren Vormietern. Die Duschtür ließ sich nicht ordentlich schließen, aber es war sauber. Das Schlafzimmer war okay, allerdings war das Bett sehr hart und als das Nachbarhaus bewohnt war, war es sehr laut (wir vermuten eine Wasserpumpe). Außerdem hatten wir nur 3 kleine Kissen und man konnte das kleine Fenster nicht verdunkeln. Ganz ober befand sich Küche Wohnzimmer und die Dachterrasse. Das Wohnzimmer war spartanisch eingerichtet, hat aber seinen Zweck erfüllt. Die Küche, es gibt genug Geschirr und Besteck für 2 Personen und einen Geschirrspüler, wer aber kochen möchte ist auf 2 kleinen Platten herausgefordert. Ein Topf und eine kleine Pfanne, das war es. Es gab keinen Ofen und keinen Abzug, allerdings war eine Microwelle, Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher vorhanden.

Stefanie (10/5): Great owners, excellent location, great amenities, and excellent restaurants within walking distance in all of the old 3 - Excellent location in the 3 cities across the water from Valletta. A classic Maltese building in a quaint street within walking distance to the waterfront with lots of restaurants. Close to the ferry to Valletta, buses down the street and many small grocery stores nearby. Also has a washer and dryer. Wonderful owners and very responsive to your needs.
ISABELLE (9/5): I felt comfortable and slept well. Plan to return to same flat on another trip. - Spacious, clean, well-equiped. Very good bed, bathroom and double-glazing windows. Efficient exchanges with the landlord. Some of the lighting isn't perfect. This flat is on the 2nd floor, no lift so not suitable for everyone.

Alicia (8/5): Quick and supportive host and lovely place, simply for our purposes next time we’d opt for more central - Good enough location next time we would probably hire a car, and everything we needed. Nothing.
Ver (10/5): - I had a great stay at Glen Residences in Malta! The neighborhood felt safe and peaceful. The apartment had everything I needed, and not only. Clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. WiFi was strong, which helped a lot because sometimes there was no phone signal. The host was helpful and responsive and agreed to check in a little bit earlier.
Andrew (7/5): Clean and Functional Apartment (Penthouse Apartment) - Good location, near to the waterfront and just up the road from the bus terminal which took us straight into Valletta. Supplied with soft drinks and water on arrival plus toiletries in the bathroom. We were only supplied with one bath towel and one hand towel each for our entire stay (7 nights). Another bath towel each would have been more hygienic. Very little effort has gone into making the apartment feel inviting. It felt empty and bland; particularly the lounge area (see pictures).
Orlin (7/5): Good - I liked the interior, kitchen appliances and the furniture. The location is a disaster. Very unpleasant, you cannot open the windows because you watch straight to the foreign neighbours, low street lightning. It is next to the bus stop, which takes 30 minutes to bring you to the city centre. Other option is to use a water taxi which station is 15 min. fast walking away from the facility.
