Risultato: svegli alle sei di mattina con luce a giorno e 30 gradi in camera. Per altro, con odori atroci provenienti dal bagno. Non volevamo nemmeno fare una recensione negativa, ma quando abbiamo fatto presente tutto ciò allo staff, non ci hanno nemmeno rivolto delle scuse, figuriamoci un risarcimento per la notte da incubo. Sfortunatamente avevamo già saldato in anticipo.

Wir kommen wieder. - Grandiose Aussicht, tolle Lage, sehr sauber, Parkplatz in der Nebensaison kostenfrei auf der kleinen Einbahnstraße vor dem Hotel, sehr nettes Personal. Wir waren in einer Junior Suite im 4. OG. Alles relativ neu renoviert. Wasserkocher hat gefehlt, bei uns hat TV nicht funktioniert ( haben es aber auch nicht vermisst), Schade, teilweise schlechter Geruch aus dem Duschabfluß.

• Silvia (1/5): - The location is very nice. Avoid!!Double Bed is a joke!! In Italy, this is known as una piazza e mezza or a "priest's bed" (letto da prete), literally meaning one and a half places.  What is disturbing is the comment of the receptionist on check out. I simply pointed out that the bed is small and this is a 4star hotel. Didn't sleep all night. I booked a double bed for 2 people. She was persistent at saying this is normal bed. It would be much better, simply to apologize in the name of the hotel and show understanding. The DISTURBING is that she asked me where do I come from. What does that have to do with anything? I traveled many countries... Better trained staff for 4 star is needed. And a little compensation should be first step of apologizing. Sleep is one of the key points when booking hotel isn't it?

Das Personal war von der Reinigung bis zur Reception sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. In 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuss über eine schöne Promenade im Zentrum. --

Nous avons regretté qu’il n’y ait pas de menu de Pâques, ni d’attentions chocolatées comme il y a quelques années. Mais sinon, le personnel et l’hôtel sont tjs aussi bien !

Abbiamo prenotato e pagato la stanza idro, ci consegnano la stanza con doccia. Facciamo presente, cambiano con quella corretta cioè con idro dando colpa a Booking. (Ma leggendo la prenotazione Booking non ha sbagliato). Usciamo dopo una bella passeggiata, al rientro, ci dicono di cambiare di nuovo stanza perché l’Idro si sono accorti che non funzionava, tornando in quella con doccia non prenotata. Conclusione dopo aver rifatto notare che non avremmo pagato una cifra così alta per una stanza non prenotata, ci hanno ridato i soldi e ci hanno detto di trovare un altra struttura, alle 20,00 di sera. L’ arredo è datato, le immagini su internet sono diverse dalla realtà. Solo la posizione è bella solo per il mare.

• Marek (5/5): A complete disappointment - A hotel with a great location is situated right on the beach. We booked a junior suite through Booking.com for two nights for my wife birthday, which was supposed to have both a terrace and a balcony. Upon arrival, however, we discovered that our room only had a small balcony, even though the reservation clearly stated both a terrace and a balcony, and the photos also showed a terrace. A complete disappointment, it was not possible to change the room, and cancelling the reservation would have meant losing the entire payment.

• Hannah (8/5): Charming beach front hotel with lovely staff and fabulous food. - The hotel is well maintained with comfy beds and a nice atmosphere. Staff are really obliging. Breakfast is great and the food in the restaurant is excellent and decent value for the standard. It's a nice walk into town (about 10 mins) and everything is accessible.m Hotel casts shadow over most of the beach except the front rows by about 3.30.

• Daniel (9/5): Great - Everything was excellent, food, location, parking, electric charging station, facilities, etc. The lifeguards were a nuisance, never watching the sea, always grouping together 3 people or so, smoking heavily some stinky cigarettes, and also fighting with the hotel owner when he reprimanded them for the exact same thing. The moment the owner left the beach, they returned to business as usual.

• Gennadii (9/5): Pleasant Hotel with Minor Inconveniences - The hotel is located in the quietest area of the town along the coast. The apartment was spacious, and the bathroom was modern and well-equipped. The room was very clean, and the cleaning staff were polite and attentive. The hotel has an excellent restaurant with a friendly and welcoming team. There were lifeguards on duty at the beach throughout the day, even though the sea entry is gently sloping. Everything was fine but: The breakfast offering was extremely poor. There was no variety — we could either eat what was available or skip it altogether. The menu remained unchanged throughout our stay and would only be acceptable for a single-night visit. The room was booked for three adults, yet only two sets of slippers and two glasses were provided — only the towels were available for all three guests. We had a confirmed reservation for private parking, but the lot was already full upon arrival. A receptionist asked me to leave my car key so they could move the car "once a spot became free in an hour." I heard this same explanation every day for the next four days before finally retrieving my key. For the entire stay, I had to use street parking, which was consistently narrow, busy, and challenging. To be fair, I did manage to find a free space each day.

It said that they had a parking but in reality there was no parking available and we had to drive around town and search for a spot. It is said that the hotel has a beach but they charge 25 per person which is more expensive than other Lidos nearby. Definitely not the best value for money
