Много любезен и отзивчив домакин. Личи си, че са се постарали да създадат добре разположени апартаменти ш като цяло ми хареса. Само банята е тясна. Но не е фатално.

• Enki (5/5): - The price was very reasonable and the location perfect in the city center, but compared to what the studio offers, the price cannot be higher. The room was very poorly furnished and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. It was broken and made a loud noise with every movement, making it impossible to rest. I am pregnant and unfortunately could not sleep at all during my stay because of this. We stayed for 4 nights and no one came to change the towels or sheets. Only on the last day, after I personally asked the cleaning lady, were they changed and she was very kind and apologized for the oversight. Another issue was the bathroom, which was so small that it was nearly impossible to shower properly. The photos online look fine, probably because of filters, but in reality the place did not meet my expectations at all. Perhaps the affordable price reflects these conditions.

• Isabel (3/5): - Близо е до магазини Много мръсно и неподдържано място. Стаята е тясна и няма гардероб за дрехи. В кухнята има единствено кана за вода, няма нищо с което да се притопли храната, нито да се сготви, няма и никакви вилици, има само лъжици. Банята е много тясна и мръсна сякаш никога не е чистена, тоалетната чиния е без капак, седалката е повредена, прозореца на тоалетната е нисък и е в общия коридор за всички гости, няма никакво лично пространство. Бяхме отправили предварителна заявка за детска кошара и заявката беше одобрена предварително, но когато отидохме на място такава не ни беше предоставена. Не разполага с паркинг и трябва да паркирате сравнително далеч на обществен паркинг и да пренасяте багажа си по доста стръмни баири. Не препоръчвам!

• Andreea Ioana (7/5): Ok - The location is very good, close to the Main Street in Neos Marmaras. The staff is also very friendly, Harris being very helpful when we needed something. You can also park in front of the building if you are lucky to find a spot. The internet is not working at all (WiFi nor data) in the family rooms, situated in the semi-basement. There is no phone service at all. It wasn’t very clean: we stayed here for 8 days and the floors were never mopped nor swept. The bathroom was also pretty dirty. The sheets and towels are only changed once every 3 days. The bathroom window has no mosquito net so we were invaded at some point. The family room (the one in the semi-basement) also had a huuuuge mold stain above the fridge. For us the cleanliness was a big issue

• Brunella (10/5): Sei giorni a Neos Marmaras - Posizione centralissima rispetto al centro di Neos Marmaras, ricco di servizi e attività, e in un punto defilato e silenzioso tali da garantire riposo e relax. La nostra stanza era molto piacevole: ben arredata e pulita. Gentilissimi poi il nostro host Harris e i suoi genitori: molto disponibili e pronti ad accoglierci sempre con il sorriso. Siamo stati davvero bene :-)

• Sara (10/5): Would recommend to everyone. Super friendly host, really nice place, near everything. We really enjoyed in our stay :) - Everything was perfect. The host helped us a lot with our car, because we had a problem with it, showed us a lot of good places nearby, and was always at service. Studio was comfortable, clean. Parking is near, so it's really perfect place to stay in Neos Marmaras. Only problem that we had is with internet speed, because our apartment was in level -1, so we hadn't mobile service, and wifi was slow at time when all of guests were in the apartments.

• Razvan Ioan (7/5): As reveni in statiune dar in mod sigur nu la aceasta proprietate. - Locatia. Se poate ajunge foarte usor la faleza si port, in zona cu magazine si restaurante. Primele 3 zile nu am avut cu ce sa ne invelim in conditiile in care noaptea era racoare. Prosoapele au fost schimbate abia in a treia zi atunci cand am intrebat despre acest lucru. In camera am avut trei paturi dintre care 2 unite si unul separat - cele 2 paturi unite erau de inaltimi diferite astfel incat intre ele exista o diferenta de nivel considerabila. Parcarea la proprietate este doar pentru 2 masini in conditiile in care exista mai mult de 10 camere

• Denisa (6/5): Accetabil, dar cu siguranță nu vom reveni. - Mi-a plăcut foarte mult amabilitatea personalului – mereu zâmbitori și gata să ajute. De asemenea, locația este foarte aproape de mare și de port, ceea ce a făcut șederea și mai plăcută. Din păcate, au existat mai multe aspecte care ne-au nemulțumit. În primul rând, nu am găsit niciodată loc de parcare. Locurile erau insuficiente și nepăzite, astfel că dacă plecai cu mașina, seara nu mai găseai niciun loc disponibil la întoarcere. Baia a fost un mare minus – ușa era din sticlă, se bloca des și nu asigura deloc intimitate. Practic, era ca și cum baia era în mijlocul camerei, orice sunet și miros se transmitea direct. Ușa nu se putea încuia, ceea ce a fost foarte neplăcut. Spațiul din baie era extrem de mic – între chiuvetă și toaletă abia încăpea o persoană. Cineva mai corpolent se strecura cu greu, ceea ce este un mare minus pentru confortul general. Pernele au fost extrem de inconfortabile, în ambele camere pe care le-am avut. Nu ne-am putut odihni cum trebuie din cauza lor. Prosoapele nu se schimbau zilnic, ci doar de două ori în tot sejurul, ceea ce nu este suficient pentru o unitate de cazare care se respectă. De asemenea, nu am avut aragaz, doar frigider și chiuvetă, ceea ce a îngreunat posibilitatea de a ne găti ceva simplu.
• Oana (8/5): - We arrived around 11 AM and had booked a family room even though we were just two people. We were warmly welcomed and allowed to check in earlier than the official check-in time, thanks to the cleaning lady who made an extra effort to prepare the room for us. Harris was extremely kind and helpful from the beginning until the end of our stay. He responded very quickly to all our messages and requests through the Booking app. The location offers three parking spots in front of the building, but there is also a larger parking area nearby. It’s very close to the center of the resort, which was super convenient. The room looked exactly like in the pictures—spacious, clean, and with enough storage space for luggage and personal items. The terrace was very generous in size, perfect for having meals or drying clothes. The cleaning lady came every day to take out the trash and replenish toiletries. After two days, she also changed the bed linen and towels, which we really appreciated. The only things we missed were an iron and some newer cutlery. The ones in the drawer had some rust marks and could use an update. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and we would definitely recommend this place!

Baiatul de la receptie foarte ok. Foarte murdar, la baie un miros de urina in permanenta, bucataria slab utilata( o singura oala , si aia imensa), paturile scartaiau si se simteau arcurile. Peretii murdari si urme de igrasie. Lipsa locului de parcare. Nu recomand aceasta cazare si nu m-as mai intoarce vreodata. Necesita renovare 100%.

• Stefan (10/5): Perfect for a week's stay in Neos Marmaras - Very clean room with spacious terrace and a small kitchen with fridge that was perfect for a week's stay. Extremely close to the street where the restaurants and bars are, yet quiet in the evenings due to its location. Also close to a free parking in case street parking is not available. The bathroom is a bit small and the mattress wa s a it hard but it's not a deal breaker.

• Елизавата Черненко (9/5): To sum it up, we had a great vacation staying at Aegean Blue Studios. - We really enjoyed our stay at Aegean Blue Studios. It was just two of us and a small dog, but we had a family room with a small patio and kitchen, so it was plenty of space for us. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Beds were reaaaally comfortable, we had a good sleep every night. Location is amazing, up the street you may find free parking lot in case there is no space next to the hotel, and just two minutes down the street is the main street with lots of restaurants and the sea. I would say everything is 5-7 minutes away by foot. 4 minutes by car to the beach. And we only had a good impression about the host. We didn’t like that there is no shower curtain in the bathroom, after taking shower water was literally everywhere and the room looked like it needed cleaning. And it would be nice to have bigger trash cans in the room.

The room was spacious, clean, and had a charming terrace that was perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The sheets were changed regularly, and everything was well-maintained throughout our stay. The location is excellent—right in the heart of Neos Marmaras, with shops, restaurants, and everything you need just a short walk away. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a great place to stay if you're visiting the area. Highly recommended! • Lisa (4/5): Notfalls für 1-2 Nächte akzeptabel aber nicht zu empfehlen - Das Schlafzimmer war schön und modern eingerichtet. Die Betten waren bequem. Das Personal war hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Ausstattung der Küche war mangelhaft. Vieles haben wir erst auf Nachfrage bekommen und die Sachen waren stark abgenutzt. Es war im Zimmer extrem laut, weil die Abwasserleitung der restlichen Zimmer direkt durch unsere Küche verlief. Durch die Lage im Untergeschoss war auch der Straßenlärm am Morgen beim Frühstück sehr störend. Das WLAN hat gar nicht funktioniert. Erst sagte der Besitzer es liegt am schlechten Internet im Dorf. Dann vertröstete er uns auf eine Reparatur. Aber es wurde innerhalb von drei Tagen nicht besser. Der Badspiegel war gebrochen. Parken ist nur auf der Straße möglich. Abends muss man teilweise lange suchen um einen Parkplatz zu finden.

• Emre (7/5): - Ücretsiz otoparka ve şehir merkezine yakın konumu, oda genişliği ve imkanları güzeldi. Banyo çok küçük, duş almak ve tuvaleti kullanmak çok zor. Klozetin ve çöp kutusunun kapağı kırıktı.

• PedroMarquezV (8/5): Good place to stay! - Very nice place, good location, free street parking in front, easy check in, clean and comfortable room. Dog friendly! The bed was quite uncomfortable (consider changing the mattress). Would be nice to offer a few coffee pads since there is the machine. Everything else was good.
