- Daniele (10/5): - In un primo momento stavo annullando la vacanza per motivi personali, il signor Carmelo mi a convinto a restare, e cosí abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole in questa casa vacanze. La posizione è eccellente, comoda e perfetta per visitare la zona, vicino al centro, con una vista e una tranquillità che rendono il tutto ancora più speciale. La casa è molto bella, curata nei dettagli e dotata di tutto ciò che serve per sentirsi come a casa. Un ringraziamento particolare al signor Carmelo e a sua moglie, persone squisite e sempre disponibili: ci hanno accolto con grande gentilezza e attenzione, facendoci sentire subito i benvenuti. Consigliatissimo, torneremo sicuramente!
- Pierluigi (10/5): - Abbiamo soggiornato presso AV Apartments e ci siamo trovati benissimo! La struttura si trova in una posizione davvero strategica: la zona è tranquilla, vicinissima a minimarket, bar e diversi esercizi commerciali risultando perfettamente equidistante dai due lungomare, perfetta quindi per muoversi comodamente a piedi sia verso le spiagge che verso il centro. L’appartamento è spazioso, funzionale e arredato con gusto, con ogni dettaglio curato per rendere il soggiorno piacevole e confortevole. Un altro aspetto che abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo è stata la pulizia, davvero impeccabile. Consigliatissimo a chi cerca una soluzione comoda, accogliente e in una location ideale per vivere al meglio la zona.
- Dario Maria (9/5): - Ottima posizione, a pochi passi dal centro, con tutte le comodità a portata di mano, anche la spiaggia principale dista pochissimo, non c'è assolutamente bisogno di prendere la macchina per nulla, proprietario gentilissimo e disponibilissimo La comodità del materasso della nostra camera, per i nostri gusti era un po' duro
- Gianluca (9/5): - La camera si trova in un appartamento recentemente ristrutturato e molto pulito, a 10 minuti dalla spiaggia Pietre Nere e a due passi dal centro. Bellissimo il terrazzo con vista mare. Proprietario gentile e disponibile.
- Rosario (9/5): Perfetto - Ottima posizione nel centro e disponibilità parcheggio, ottimo il padrone di casa e disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. Colazione nel bar convenzionato con struttura ottima Consigliatissimo.

La camera era pulita, confortevole e avendo l'esposizione sul cortile interno anche silenziosa. L'host Carmelo è stato molto disponibile. E' possibile fare colazione nel bar sottostante.

- Mia (8/5): Skøn badeferie med fantastisk mad. - Lejligheden lå rigtig godt ift. strand, hovedgade og restauranter. Vore lejlighed havde balkon i skygge hele dagen, hvilket var skønt. Vi kunne godt have brugt nogle bedre madrasser. Vi syntes de var for hårde. Nogle bedre hovedpuder ville også have været godt.

- Agnes (10/5): Exceptional - The location was quiet, what was highy appreciated. The terrace offers an amazing sea view. The room and all the place was clean, air-condition offers a great relief during hot days. Nearby there is a shop with a very friendly staff and quite good offer. The owner of the place, Mr Carmelo was very friendly and helpful. We were missing toaster.

The room was comfortable and had a large balcony overlooking the sea 👌 the kitchen was well equipped and the apartment was close to the center where there was many restaurants and shops.
