• Sáhó-Fekete (6/5): - Elhelyezkedés, terasz. A WC /fürdő egy üvegfallal záródott, mely nem zárt teljesen. körben rés maradt. Ez a képeken nem.látszott, nem is jelezték eme hátrányát a szállásnak.

• Viktória (9/5): Szuper kis lakás, a belváros szívében. - A lakás elhelyezkedése kiváló, pont a belváros közepén, ahonnan minden séta távolságra elérhető. Mivel az 5. emeleten van a lakás így csendes is, nem szűrődik fel a sétáló utca zaja. A kilátás is nagyon szép. Tiszta és nagyon kényelmes volt a szállás, a konyha mindennel felszerelt. A ház belső, zárt udvarán ingyenesen lehet parkolni. A tulaj nagyon kedves, minden kérésünket teljesítette. Ha máskor is Nyíregyházára megyünk, biztos, hogy itt fogunk megszállni. Nem volt ilyen, mindennel elégedettek voltunk.

• Mariann (10/5): - Nagyon szuper kis szállásunk volt, felszereltségével maximálisan meg voltunk elégedve. Mivel a szállás a városközpontjában található a kilátás is nagyszerű volt. A vendéglátónk nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt velünk. Tényleg olyan volt minden ahogy a leírásban hirdették. Köszönjük.

• Miklós (7/5): - Nagyon jó helyen van, tiszta, jól felszerelt. A fürdőszoba ajtó csak egy tolóajtó, ami nem záródik rendesen. A hálószobai tolóajtón hiányzik az üvegezés.

• László (9/5): Remek! - Kellemes fogadtatás, tiszta, rendezett, jól megközelíthető. A külön hálófülke jó adottság és vonzó volt a kiválasztáskor. A hang és fényhatás azonban nem volt jól elkülöníthető a háló és nappali helység között. Érdemes lenne ezen javítani!

• Dávid (10/5): - Tökéletes helyen van Nyíregyháza belvárosában, minden sétatávolságra van és az állatkertbe is 20 perc alatt el lehet jutni busszal. Az apartman nagyon tiszta, modern és az erkély gyönyörű. Semmi negatívat nem tudnék mondani róla.
• Henriette (9/5): Máskor is ezt a szállást választanám, ha Nyíregyházán fogok járni. - A melegvíz hiánya.
• Ion (10/5): Foarte plăcut apartamentul! - Locația superbă, apartament spațios și balcon spațios, bucătăria dotată încât am putut găti, spațiu pentru dormit confortabil, curat, lumină bună. A fost aproape perfect. Personal am simțit că putea fi și mai curat la baie, poate cu prosoape mai noi, dar soțului meu îi s-a părut chiar în regulă totul.
• Tünde (9/5): Nagyon pozitív benyomással távoztam. - Kiváló központi elhelyezkedés. Több olyan dologgal találkoztam ami nem szokványos ( pl. méz,kétféle kávé választék, kávétejszín, stb.) Nem volt ilyen .

• Alexandra (10/5): Remek elhelyezkedés, tiszta és jól felszerelt - Tiszta, kényelmes, elhelyezkedése tökéletes, a szállásadó pedig nagyon kedves.
• padlabu (10/5): Tiszta, rendezett, kényelmes és nagyon jó helyen van. - A szállásadó kedves és rugalmas, a szállás jól megközelíthető, remek helyen fekszik és szép a kilátás is. Igaz csak egy éjszakát töltöttünk ott, de mindent rendben találtunk, másoknak is szívesen ajánljuk! Nem volt ilyen.

• Róbert (10/5): - Az apartman a főtér közepén fekszik , üzletek vendéglők , megállok 1-2 perc sétára . A lakás nagyon tiszta , jól felszerelt és a teraszról gyönyörű a kilátás . Kommunikatív tulaj , bármi kérdés van szívesen segít . Ajánlani tudom mindenkinek !!

• Rose Flower (8/5): Csak pároknak ajánlom - Az elhelyezkedés és a terasz. Minden közel van. A mosdó üvegajtaja nem biztosít intimitást. A háló nagyon kicsi, gyakorlatilag egy légtérben van a nappalival, a kettőt elválasztó tolóajtón még üveg sincs.

Has some little flaws like the door and no hair dryer, but I was satisfied - - it has a gorgeous view on the church - placed right in the center of the city - clean, bright, modern renovation, cozy and comfy - free tea, espresso coffee machine, shampoo - the owner is fast for answers - the bed in the living room is not the best - without heating it with the air conditioner it could be cold - the door is tricky and as far I remember, it wasn’t specified anywhere - no hair dryer

• Mahdi (9/5): Probably the place to stay in Nyíregyháza - The location was in the heart of the city. The apartment was clean and nice exactly like its photos. The kitchen equipment was great, I liked how there was all the stuff that I needed. The view to the city center and church from the balcony was amazing. Nothing, maybe just a little bit the price.

Great and clean interior with air condition, large church view balcony, cozy big sofa and bed, and equipped kitchen with water boiler, coffee machine and microwave. • Mcmillan (10/5): Exceptional - We spent 9nights at Szabo Gyorgy apartman. Everything was perfect. The location, comfort, communication. The apartman also has A/C which worked great. Gyorgy was nice enough to take us to the train station which was a huge help. Thank u for everything. I highly recommend this apartman. Heni&Matt

• Charles (10/5): Exceptional - Good interchange with host - there's a lovely verandah with views of the verdant centre with church. There's even sun beds. Coffee machine but no coffee although instant sachets Note there are shutters so darkness possible. Sunday morning church bells and clock chiming all the hours but not the hosts fault!

• János (10/5): Perfect Apartment in the Heart of the City - Excellent location, nice and flexible owner. Small acts of kindness. Although not in the description, but towels and iron included. Hot water is generated slowly, but the owner informed us before, so it was not a surprise. When the hot water arrived, it was working perfectly.
• Peter (9/5): Silent, modern apartment in the city center - Perfect location - right in the downtown. Private parking is available - can be important on weekdays. The interior of the apartment is brand new. Fully equipped kitchen. Great view on the city center from the balcony. A bonus is the silence - no noise from the street. The host was really kind and supportive; the communication was perfect. We struggled with the warm water - not the fault of the apartment but the central system of the building. The bed was not my favourite - but this is subjective.
