• sacramento (1/5): Péssima estadia - O apartamento estava sujo. As fotos enganam. Os armários não fechavam. O WC tem um cheiro terrível. A entrada do prédio é horrenda. A localização não é de todo má. Mas as condições do apartamento são terríveis.

• ANTIGONI (9/5): - Η τοποθεσία, το μέγεθος του διαμερίσματος και το γεγονός ότι ήταν ανακαινισμένο ήταν τα πλεονεκτήματα του διαμερίσματος. Η καθαριότητα ήταν επαρκής αλλά όχι καλή. Τα μαξιλάρια ουσιαστικά ανύπαρκτα. Η καθαριότητα στους κοινόχρηστους χώρους πολύ κακή. Ένα μισοφαγωμένο σάντουιτς, μια σπασμένη κρεμάστρα και ένα κουτάκι αναψυκτικού ήταν πάνω από 24 ώρες πεταμένα έξω από το ασανσέρ. Και η τεράστια τηλεόραση ήταν καμένη. Προσφέρθηκαν να την ελέγξουν αλλά ήταν ξεκάθαρα καμένη η οθόνη. Ας την φτιάξουν για τους επόμενους...
• Openhost (6/5): Apartamento céntrico pero con muchas carencias - La localización del apartamento está bien. Es bonito y cómodo Al apartamento le faltan muchas cosas: en el baño no hay jabón de manos, ni de ducha. En la cocina no hay te, café de cortesía Pasamos frio, la calefacción funcionaba bien y el climatizador no calentaba nada. No había mantas en las habitaciones. No vuelvo

• Ivone (8/5): Uma semana em Madrid - Excelente localização. Central, perto de tudo. Nada falta ali perto. Estação de metro á porta do alojamento. O apartamento estava sempre quente e confortável. Não deixaram mais do que uma toalha de rosto e uma maior para o banho nos 7 dias que lá ficamos. Também não deixaram ficar nem produtos de higiene nem sequer uma capsula para fazer café. Tivemos de as comprar e acabamos por ser nós a deixar ficar algumas para os próximos hóspedes. Como no Booking diz que o apartamento dispõe de produtos de higiene gratuitos, não levamos nada e no dia seguinte tivemos de ir comprar. Nem sabonete havia para lavar sequer as mãos. O apartamento não tem máquina de lavar roupa, o que é um menos numa estadia de uma semana… sobretudo quando não deixam toalhas nem lençóis para muda… outra coisa que faz imensa falta é colocarem cabides para as toalhas e para a roupa do dia a dia. Quando tomávamos banho, tínhamos que levar uma cadeira da sala para pôr a roupa lavada e os pijamas que tiramos, pois de resto, só se os puséssemos no chão. As persianas dos quartos também estão estragadas, pelo que existe sempre luz no quarto, o que dificulta o sono. A cama de um dos quartos tem um colchão com um alto que a torna muito pouco confortável.

• Matilde (9/5): - Appartamento molto moderno e accogliente, perfetto per 4 persone in quanto molto spazioso. Posizione strategica grazie alla presenza della metro sotto casa! Eravamo in 4 ma gli asciugamani che ci hanno lasciato erano solamente per tre persone, la casa non era molto pulita, presentava capelli e polvere in giro. Le tende nelle camere fanno passare tutta la luce quindi è difficile dormire la mattina e la posizione su una delle rotonde principali è un po’ negativa in quanto si sente il casino della strada.

• Dave (7/5): Very pleasant stay in central Madrid. - Good location. Quiet despite being on a busy roundabout. Comfortable beds. Not keen on the stairs/lift. Fittings were in need of some maintenance é.g. Cupboard doors, shower head. Some instructions for the cooker hob and coffee machine would been helpful. A tea towel and spare bin liners would be useful.
• Stefano (7/5): - Mi è piaciuta la posizione vicina alla metro e il bagno comodo. Non mi è piaciuto il rumore che viene dalla rotonda perché l'appartamento si affaccia sulla strada , il riscaldamento non lo potevamo controllare quindi l'appartamento è risultato freddo soprattutto le camere e non erano presenti altre coperte aggiuntive. Il wifi dell'appartamento non funzionava, consiglio di usare quello di un altro appartamento con la stessa password.

• Marjory (6/5): Acceptable accommodation but feels overpriced for the standard. - In a central location and comfortable beds. Good size of apartment. Lack of/limited amount of basic utensils cooking/eating (eg no sharp knife to cut bread or fruit). No cloths provided to wipe surfaces or dry dishes. Cleanliness could be improved - some areas dusty and dirty. Significant levels of noise from other apartments and outside.

E al nostro arrivo c'era ancora la donna delle pulizie e dopo un viaggio lungo avremmo voluto che la casa fosse pronta. Cuscini scomodi pochi utensili in cucina e la macchinetta del caffè non funzionava! Condominio molto rumoroso sopratutto di notte
• TERESA (9/5): DESCANSO - La ubicacion correcta, mucho lio para las llaves, no recibi el mensaje a tiempo con la clave. El taxi nos dejo en calle embajadores en lugar de Glorieta embajadores y nos tuvimos que bajar andando con las maletas hasta el sitio. LLame por telefono para que me indicaran la direccion correcta y tardaron un cuarto de hora o mas en llamarme, cuando recibi la llamada ya habiamos encontrado el sitio correcto. No tenian aire acondicionado en los dormitorios, habia un ventilador. Por lo demas todo perfecto
• abdelhakim (7/5): - Ĺes chambres et leur vue donnant sur la place Embajadores, appartement d’une bonne surface pour quatre personnes, localisation bien desservie par les moyens de transport, mais quelques insuffisances... La localisation n’était pas précise sur map , le salon est sombre avec une petite fenêtre qui donne sur l’intérieur de l’immeuble. Les ustensiles de cuisine n’étaient pas suffisants, pas d'articles de toilette, des moisissures dans la douche

• Francesca (9/5): Sicuramente se dovessi ritornare a Madrid lo riprenderei in considerazione - L’appartamento è molto carino tutto ben curato La posizione è ottima proprio di fronte alla metro e sotto casa c’è anche un’ottima pasticceria per chi vuole fare colazione Forse l’unica pecca è che non c’è l’aria condizionata nelle camere ma solo dei ventilatori ma noi siamo stati in un periodo veramente tanto caldo Per noi italiani il letto è un po’ piccolo ma ci siamo adeguati niente che non si possa sopportare

Muy cerca esta el super mercado,justo debajo del apartamento hay un bar tiendas es muy concurrido Muy buena zona 👍 El piso muy bien cómodo tiene de todo un poco,solo tuvimos un pequeño problema con la limpieza al llegar pero lo solucionaron rápido Que no pudimos entrar antes de la hora y que Cuando llegamos a las 15:20 aun estaba sin limpiar pero lo solucionaron rápido

• Colin (7/5): Nice clean and simple 2br apartment perfect for a short visit in Madrid. - Amazing location for walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go for work and leisure It was missing a few essential items we needed for the kitchen, and could have used some extra towels and paper towels, and maybe a work desk.

• Carol (8/5): Easy in and out right at metro and bus stops. Very conveniently located. - Location location location A bit noisy on a main thoroughfare. Otherwise it was great.
• Wendy (1/5): TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. - This property is bait and switch, beware! I was able to see the writing on the wall as soon as I entered the place. It had a rundown look, the walls were scuffed and dirty, the furniture was cheap and distressed, and the apartment looked nothing like the pictures. I am always careful to choose apartments with lots of ratings and clear photos, but this was a total deceit The building on the inside, including the old elevator (lift) looked extremely old and there was mold on one of the windows. I contacted Booking straight away and the host (AmazINN Places Madrid) and send them a WhatsApp immediately to let them know that my 70-year-old mother and I would not be staying. I provided them with pictures and a video showing them the state of the apartment and told them that the place was not up to par as they had advertised it on Booking. The host told me that the pictures and videos that I had sent only showed paint deterioration that would be expected to happen over the course of time and that they would not be reimbursing any monies to me. I know what normal wear and tear is, and this was not the case. This was caused by misuse, negligence, and intentional actions of the host not to upkeep the property, which they should be entirely responsible for. These people have no shame and they fail to maintain the premises to an acceptable standards. DO NOT book anything from AmazINN Places. They are a fraud! Booking.com should also be held accountable as to what properties it lists as a "deluxe apartment". So disappointed! Booking.com you have really disappointed me and did not even try to offer any resolution for my bad experience. NOTHING AT ALL. RUN AWAY. IT IS A SCAM.
• Yan (4/5): Terrible hygiene for the price. We would not recommend this to anyone. - Design is nice and as the photos depicted. Overall we found the hygiene to be appalling. The cutleries were stained, and a few glasses/mugs had lipstick stains on them. There was a hair band stuck in the side of the sofa. Turning to the bedroom, both blankets and bedsheet cover had unknown stains and hair on them. We could not use the disgusting blankets and spent our two nights in chills. There were also strands of hair on the toilet floor. The bedrooms had a mouldy smell. The amenities and fixtures were also quite worn out. The door was unlocked and ajar when we arrived, so it was a scare and anyone could have been staying there. Somehow all faucets in the kitchen and toilet are loose. Location wise, it is close to main traffic and right above restaurants, so we could hear people talking and ambulance noises etc, into the late night and early morning. Side note, the Netflix accounts were in Turkish only which we could not navigate.

• Mustafa (9/5): An excellent stay at an excellent location… - The location was excellent; the metro station just in front of the house was quite useful. The house was very clean and comfortable. We walk almost every corner of the historic Madrid within 15-20 minutes. The only negative thing that I can say is lack of enough closets for storing the luggage and clothes. Moreover, a laundry machine would be very handy.

• Mirjana (9/5): Superb - We liked the proximity to the metro station. The apartment was clean. Near the apartment there are markets, souvenir shops, bakeries and Lidl, as well as nice cafes and restaurants. It was a bit noisy, especially at night, but we didn't mind. We didn't have a hair dryer in the apartment, so we contacted the host, who delivered us a new one in a short time. However, the new hair dryer was not usable because the socket on the hair dryer was not European. We often had no internet.
• Cesar (8/5): Very good - location is quite far from the tourist sites (Madrid Palace, Prado, Gran Via, Plaza Mayor, etc) though public transportation is very accessible. It is also a short distance from the Atocha train station. Safe neighborhood with all essential needs available like grocery stores, restaurants, tapas bar and bakeries. Air condition unit was located in the living room only. The 2 bedrooms have none and temperature was uncomfortably warm. Of course, we cannot open our bedroom doors all night to let cold air in.. Somehow, the electric fan provided helped a bit. Also, the apartment is in an old building with a small elevator. Construction was going on upon arrival and ground floor was quite messy. Anyway, this is a temporary condition and ...overall, I still highly recommend this apartment.
• Herman (6/5): Due to the inefficacy of checking in process were could not use our full three nights accomodation - It was extremely difficult as the code given us to enter the apartment was incorrect. As a result we were unable to access accommodation until after midnight. We made several attempts calling him on the given emergency number but was unsuccessful. The check in process and emergency support.
• Stavros (8/5): Very good - The location was convenient right above the metro station. The museum of reina Sofia was at walking distance. The apartment was large. It had all the basic amenities, such as dishwashing soap, shampoo, even an iron but no hair dryer. The beds were very comfortable. There was too much noise coming from the street and from the other tenants in the building as the walls didn't contain any of the sound. The front door didn't feel very safe and sturdy. On the last day the Wi-Fi gave out. The tap in the bathroom sink was wobbly and half broken.
• Merisa (8/5): Nice - It was very clean, just like in pictures. The location was very nice. I forgot my charger and they give it back to me! Which was very nice.. The internet was not very good, often we didn’t had it at all. The other thing with the heating.. it was also not working properly.
• Maria (8/5): Very good - First of all we liked property location - its entrance locates in front of metro station entrance. Also we liked that we need only codes for opening the doors but not keys. It was comfortable for 2 pairs here. We didn't like that air condition was only in living room, and 2 bedrooms were equipmened with fans only. It can be a real problem in the summer because sometimes you can't sleep with open window because of noisy street outdoors. Also we didn't find kettle and sharp knife for bread in the kitchen.
