• Miriam (1/5): Mala experiencia y un robo por parte del propietario - Malísima experiencia, apartamento lleno de cucarachas, tuvimos que irnos a un hotel en la madrugada por qué hay no se podía estar. Se le comunica al propietario mandándole fotos y la factura del nuevo hotel, parece que en ese momento el propietario iba a poner una solución devolviéndonos el dinero cuando booking se lo entregase, cuando llega el día que él promete hacer la devolución desaparece sin responder ni a mensajes ni a llamadas. Es un jeta y un ladrón. 230€ por pasar ni si quiera horas en ese apartamento, y de no hablar de la mala experiencia que es irte a dormir y notar como te sube una cucaracha por el brazo y tener que salir en busca de un hotel a las 4 de la mañana. Ya no es solo dinero perdido, también una noche entera sin dormir y un día perdido de mis vacaciones.

• D_Mateu (7/5): Bajo céntrico. - Está muy bien situado. Perfecto para hacer turismo, ya que se puede ir andando a todos los lugares de interés. Todo queda cerca: los principales puntos turísticos, restaurantes, tiendas y zonas de ocio. Perfecto para disfrutar de la ciudad sin necesidad de transporte. Al ser un bajo a pie de calle, tiene los inconvenientes típicos de este tipo de alojamientos (ruido de los transeúntes, menos intimidad y alguna que otra cucaracha). Estos detalles pueden importar más o menos según lo que se busque o lo exigente que se sea. Si la idea es descansar, es un buen sitio, pero conviene tenerlo en cuenta.
• ziaJoe (5/5): appartamento in ottima posizione, ben fornito ma "claustrofobico" - appartamento dotato di molti servizi (macchina del caffè, tosta pane, bollitore). Letto piccolo per due persone ma il materasso è comodo. Ottima posizione vicina alle principali attrazioni. Cortesia e gentilezza del proprietario di casa. appartamento con un'unica finestra presente nel salottino che dà sulla strada al piano terra, cucinino e camera da letto con finestre che danno su un piccolissimo patio interno senza alcun ricambio d'aria. Bagno cieco all'interno della camera senza aspiratore e letto matrimoniale piuttosto piccolo. 400 euro per 4 notti a fine settembre lo trovo eccessivo per la tipologia di alloggio.

• Maria (7/5): - Buena ubicación, porque súper céntrico y muy limpio. Apartamento y zona tranquila y sin ruidos. Malos olores y cucarachas.
• xavi (5/5): Alojamiento por debajo de las expectativas por no funcionar el A.A - Muy céntrico y bien ubicado, tranquilo y bien situado. El aire acondicionado no funcionó durante todo ala estancia, el dueño muy amable pero hasta ahí. Tener en cuenta que cuando haga mucho calor es un lugar para pensárselo por qué no se puede dormir si no funciona el aire al ser interior no tiene ventilación alguna.

• Chi (6/5): Disappointed so much, not recommended - The room size and location is satisfactory The cleanness should be improved because I found some cockroaches in the room and the air conditioner didn’t work. However, the price is so high that the room is not worth it.
• Craig (6/5): Overall we had a pleasant stay at El Arenal Apartment. - Modern apartment in a great location with good facilities and very quiet. AC worked well. We had problems initially and later with the electronic door keys (2 doors). It took some time to gain initial entrance. There was a constant drain odour. Also, no direct natural light.
