• Gratiela Nicoleta (10/5): Appartamento funzionale in posizione eccellente - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ *Sejour di 1 settimana – Maggio 2026* Abbiamo soggiornato in questo piccolo appartamento per una settimana e siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi. La posizione è eccellente: in zona centrale, a pochi minuti a piedi da Piazza Ovidio, dal porto vecchio e da diverse fermate di trasporto pubblico. Trovare parcheggio è stato semplice. Raccomando l'abbonamento tramite App. L'appartamento è piccolo ma ben organizzato, con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole: cucina attrezzata (fornello, frigorifero, microonde, macchina del caffè), bagno pulitissimo con doccia, letto comodo e aria condizionata funzionante. C'è anche Wi-Fi, perfetto se devi lavorare da remoto. I dintorni sono vivaci ma non rumorosi di notte. Ci sono supermercati, bar, ristoranti e farmacie a pochi passi. Il prezzo per una settimana è stato ottimo per la posizione. Punti di forza: - Posizione centrale strategica - Appartamento pulito e funzionale - Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo Consigliato a:coppie, viaggiatori singoli o chiunque voglia esplorare Costanza senza usare l'auto. Sicuramente lo ripeteremmo! Non è assolutamente un punto negativo, ma avrei voluto conoscere il proprietario per complimentarmi di persona (vige il self check-in e check-out)

• branislav (7/5): Výborná poloha neďaleko pláže - Ubytovanie má viacero silných stránok, ktoré náš pobyt spríjemnili. Veľkým plusom je výborná poloha – približne 10 minút od pláže, pričom v okolí sa nachádza množstvo reštaurácií a obchodov. Byt je dostatočne veľký a poskytuje pohodlný priestor aj na dlhší pobyt. Oceňujeme aj ochotu majiteľa, ktorý nám bez problémov umožnil neskorší check-out. Na druhej strane sa vyskytlo viacero nedostatkov, ktoré celkový dojem výrazne zhoršili. Najväčším problémom bolo nefunkčné WC – splachovanie nefungovalo a boli sme nútení používať vedro s vodou. K dispozícii bol len jeden toaletný papier, takže sme po jeho vyčerpaní museli improvizovať s kuchynskou rolkou. Kuchyňa je vybavená veľmi slabo – chýbal kuchynský nôž, k dispozícii bol len jeden malý hrniec a jedna panvica, čo značne obmedzuje akékoľvek varenie pre rodinu s deťmi. Výhľad z okna tiež nepoteší, keďže smeruje na neporiadok na streche. Celkovo ide o ubytovanie s dobrým potenciálom vďaka lokalite a veľkosti bytu, no technický stav a slabé vybavenie ho momentálne výrazne zrážajú.

• Adrian (8/5): - Poziționarea apartamentului a fost foarte buna, aproape de plaja, restaurante, cafenele, centru vechi și cazinou'. Prețul a fost unul foarte bun pentru zona unde se afla, fapt care a compensat cumva unele minusuri pe care apartamentul le are. 👍 Netflix inclus. Lipsa locurilor de parcare chiar daca erau cu plata, au fost insuficiente, foarte greu găsești un loc de parcare seara, pe tot bulevardul. Aerul condiționat nu face fata pentru ambele camere, lipsa unei plase de țânțari in cea de-a 2-a camera(daca deschizi geamul riști să te trezești cu o pisica in casa :)). Canapeaua din camera de zi cam inconfortabila. Mirosul mult prea puternic de substanțe/parfumante folosite pentru igienizare/curățare, s-a simțiți mirosul chiar și în cea de-a 3-a zi, înainte de plecare (aici este doar părerea noastră personală, poate unora le place). P.s - sunt lucruri minore care pot fi îmbunătățită foarte ușor.

• Alex (8/5): Nice place, close to the old city and a see, good service from the administration. - The place is fine, owners are polite and always ready to help. Apartments are close to the old city center and very close to the sea. We had some little issues during our time there, but the owners helped us and improved all. A really nice place for that money. No shower gel in the bathroom, just a soap for hands, which is very strange. Very limited number of the plates and other stuff in the kitchen.

The apartment is quiet, facing the back of the building. Detailed Review: This apartment is perfectly situated in a prime area—close to the Old Town, near the beach, and on a charming street filled with cafes, restaurants, and relaxed, stylish people. Here, you can experience both the city’s vibrant vibe and the tranquility of a vacation. The beach is only a 5-minute walk away, and there are shops nearby as well as parking spots across the street or in the vicinity. The apartment has two rooms and a fully equipped kitchen. It faces the back of the building, ensuring peace and quiet, making it ideal for rest. The bed in the bedroom is very comfortable, allowing you to sleep soundly. There’s also a large, extendable sofa in the living room. The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to four people. While the bathroom is beautifully designed with all-new fixtures, there are a few small issues that need attention. The shower tends to flood the bathroom, even if you're careful not to splash water, as it seems to leak out of the shower area. Additionally, the toilet tank fills up slowly, and the sink faucet has some minor issues. I believe these are minor problems that the owner is likely aware of and will address soon, if they haven't already been taken care of.
