- Hernandez (9/5): - Overall, our stay at the hotel was fine. However, there were some issues that affected our experience. When I made the reservation, I was charged twice for the room, including the deposit and the resort fee, and I was also charged for one extra night. I was informed that this amount is being refunded, but this situation made the experience less pleasant than expected. Additionally, the room we were given did not match our reservation. We booked a room with a king-size bed, but we were provided with a room with a queen-size bed instead.

Was told a manager would contact me to get things sorted out. No contact has been made. I have reached out 4 times but still no contact. Looks like I will need to stop using this hotel and booking.com.

- Alan (9/5): Over all very nice room, nice people, clean with comfortable beds and nice decor - Nice hotel located near the casino which had a very nice steakhouse that served breakfast lunch and dinner The loading area (front entrance) was not very big and the parking lot was a ways from the entrance. If you wanted to get ice or use a microwave you had to take the elevator downstairs near the front desk.

We asked for room service and they gave us extra towels but the cleaner left the dirty towels. We had to ask again for room service downstairs and make sure to have them take the dirty towels.

- Nikki (1/5): Never ever again. I left feeling like I needed a shower - The location was good The bathroom fan stopped dripped nonstop. I contacted Gina Gwen at the desk, who told me to "turn the fan on and you won't hear that noise." Well, no, i won't, but the fan had to run constantly. The room was dirty, and I found good left by previous guests in that room. I didn't sleep. There was blood on the side of the sheet, so the sheets were dirty.

- Michael (7/5): Pleasant - Nice location. Friendly staff. The air conditioning units in the room were very loud. Made if hard for some in our party to sleep. They also did not offer a complimentary breakfast that is common at other hotels. The mattresses were also just average.

Was a bit disappointed at first with its location, but the town shuttle would drive you around for free. Great casino! We couldn't believe there were no USB ports for electronics, or even plugs in the lamp bases. The only TV you can get there is streaming. No access to national stations (ABC, CBS, NBC). Odd.
