Guest Reviews
- Megan (8/5): -
- Paul (10/5): Supreme inn Boston - The location. It was on a busy road but couldn't hear much traffic noise. The layout of the room was great. Plenty of hot water. A fan was in the room because of the heat. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Although 2 lights had missing light bulbs there was plenty of light in the room. The breakfast was a good size for the price but I thought it didn't have much flavour
- Daniel (1/5): Would rather stay in Iraq then this hotel - Absolutely nothing Rude staff, long term residents of the hotel sat out side drinking and smoking weed while shouting, the rooms were filthy, there was no hot waterbin the whole hotel as the boiler was not working, complained and was handed a book to write my bank details in for a refund and could see hundreds of people's names addresses and bank details so a massive data protection issue,I take my dog to better kennels then this hotel
- Kevin (8/5): - Staff on reception were super friendly and really helpful , somewhat basic room facilities but was clean and comfortable
- Gordon (1/5): I would never ever recommend staying here. - Location Dirty rooms - we were given three rooms! One still had leftover food lying around!
Hygiene was appalling.
No hot water for two nights.
Extremely rude woman on reception.
- Anthony (1/5): Wild west - Leaving All of of it room wasn't what we booked food wasn't fit for my dog dirty room bugs bites empty bottles on wardrobe historic TV was tiny
- Tom (9/5): Great value and lovely staff - Ideally located just off the carriageway near Boston with 24hour services located closely. We stayed in the family room which had plenty of space for 4 of us. Breakfast was really tasty with juices, hot drinks, toast and cereals self service followed by a served cooked breakfast. And best of all, only £4.99! Anchal was really lovely and couldn’t do enough whilst making smiles with the little ones. We will definitely stay again when passing through. Nothing
- Tony.... (7/5): - It's adequate for a working man i wouldnt stay with a family or partner. Don't have the food.
- Rahul (10/5): -
- Jennifer (5/5): Needs work - Whole place was a bit tired throughout. Just needs repainting, although everything inside was very clean. Breakfast could be improved with better quality food but can't complain for £5. Better quality food should higher price. Staff were really good and helpful. Only complaint was no hit water as boiler broke during the night. We would stay again!! Need better pillows. Windows needed cleaning along with outside areas. Hole in plaster in room. As said needs repainting everywhere and get rid of pool table.
- HARRISON-CARROLL (2/5): Dreadful, definitely not value - Not a lot Dirty, shower didn’t work, walls had wet substance down them, stained ceiling. Awful
- Amy (10/5): -
- Amy (10/5): -
- James (10/5): - Great value great staff big clean rooms free car parking good location Nothing to dislike
- Kirsty (5/5): Perfect to just get ya head down on a budget - Prices are low and reflect what you get.
Staff are friendly No food and run down
- Janice (5/5): Okay that’s all - Handy location for our travel Outside was very unkempt from look of hotel and gardens were very unkempt weeds everywhere grass not cut breakfast was Luke warm had to make own drinks
- Shaun (5/5): Cheap and cheerful, rough round the edges. You’ll get exactly what you pay for - Good location out of the way Bathrooms weren’t very clean, showers were poor. Breakfast was half decent food. But waiting ages for it to be topped up and waited 10 mins for some cutlery
- Taylor (8/5): - Staff were very helpful and enjoyed breakfast
- Crampton (10/5): - Perfect, lovely hotel, helful and friendly
- Lorraine (1/5): A dump - Nothing It was disgusting, smelled of old chip pan
No bar or manned communal area
No soap or working hand dryer in foyer toilets despite telling staff not replenished soap or even hand towels
Needs a total refurb ( a clean now and again) stained sheets (blood on pillow) pubes in sink and worktops and beds
Strobing of corridor lights
For Turn bathroom light switch and wait an age for brightness
Guests smoking in rooms and hanging out of windows
Rubbish everywhere outside
Whoever owns this dive of an establishment get your shit together
Avoid avoid avoid, wide berth
- Gemma (9/5): -
- Simon (10/5): - All Nothing
- Tanya (2/5): Dont recommend - Comfy bed Blood stains on bedding
Lots of rats running outside the hotel
No bar open
No food (proberly due to rats )
Flickering lights
Rubbish all over carpark
- aidan (7/5): - Location near family
- Deborah (9/5): Excellent value for money overnight accommodation - Very comfortable, lovely quiet location, everything you need in the rooom, nice view from window nothing
- Geraldine (1/5): Awful place, don’t stay here - Nothing Dirty, smelt bad , stained pillow, hair in bed, mould in shower, filthy shower head, no bar. No handwash in reception toilets, hand dryer didn’t work, roll of toilet paper to dry hands. Dust everywhere.
- Matt (1/5): -
- Richard (2/5): Grubby and it smells. - Leaving Staff were mainly absent.
Room was grubby, see photos. There were spiders and webs in the curtains and bath room. The mirror was grubby. The carpet around the edges of the room had a ridge of dirt where the vacuum misses, need to get the nozzle out! No plug for the bathroom basin, no knob on the bath tap, but plenty of scale and grime. The hook behind the bathroom door has been removed.
There were two dirty tea cups, one tea bag and no spoons. Only two bath towels.
Some of our friends rooms were worse and asked to be moved. Some declined to use the shower as it was too dirty.
There were No Smoking signs on the room doors, but there was a pervading smell of tobacco smoke everywhere.
- Goodwin (3/5): - Very comfortable bed Room was not cleaned well and basically rather tired looking. Broken biscuit (?) on floor and old light tube left in corner. Evening meals are no longer available and breakfast was a shambles with one girl having to do the cooking and serve tables.u
- Simon (10/5): - Lovely staff! No vending machines for drinks.
- Stephen (4/5): -
- Kachelle (1/5): Dirty, poor cleaning, rats and not hot water!’ - Price was low Rats running around near the bins and near the kitchen, tv didn’t work in multiple guests room and no hot water for 3 day stay! Appalled
- Dan (10/5): -
- Marie (6/5): Felt disappointed on this visit - Friendly staff We always stay here because we have a little boy that has severe autism and he feels comfortable here we stayed from thrusday /monday but on Monday morning my partner went down for breakfast with our son and no breakfast was available and there was no staff on reception for him to speak to about this he went down on the times that were given and this didn’t go down well with our son because he was expecting his breakfast like he had the last two days
Also the cold water pressure wasn’t running properly for my son to have a bath we asked them to look at this they couldn’t sort it asked us if we wonted to move but all our luggage was unpacked We was informed that they would let us know if this can be resolved before the end of the day we actually didn’t get any response from anybody two let us know what was happening with the water pressure we feel a bit disappointed after this visit paid a lot of money for this day as it was a special visit due to a 50th birthday of my own with my family
- Louise (5/5): Questionable - Good location, friendly staff. No hot water, rats running around outside
- Samantha (3/5): Cheap and cheerful - Cheap No hot water
- Michael (3/5): Desperately needs renovation / care! - Convenient location for an overnight stop whilst visiting neighbouring villages. Front staff were friendly & helpful whilst trying to resolute an issue with the hot water and bed was comfortable. Property feels rather run down and in DESPERATE need of TLC. Rooms and bathrooms felt dirty, thick dust all over. Bedding and towels were however clean. Unfortunately, not hot water was available which was advised upon checkin due to an issue with the pump; being a bank holiday weekend, no fix time was available. Room and corridors had a very musty stale cigarrette smell lingering, which was off putting. If the hotel was looked after and freshened up, it could be a fantastic hotel, but unfortunately it’s so run down and nothing seems to be being done about it.
- Marzena (10/5): -
- David (9/5): Supreme Inn Boston - The location, service, and cleanliness were great. The bed was very lumpy
- Duarte (2/5): -
- Sean (9/5): - Spacious room plenty of parking and very good value good breakfast at sensible price
- Guest (9/5): -
- restall (8/5): - Good value for the money great staff
- Esmond (10/5): -
- Piotr (10/5): - Pokój duży, czysty. Pyszne śniadanie. Bardzo miły i pomocny personel!
- Katharyne (5/5): -
- Claire (10/5): - It was a lovely place to stay N/A
- George (4/5): -
- Edwin (1/5): Rood staff and the hotel stunk of weed when I told the receptionist he made excuses and did nothing so me and wife and k - Nothing Nothing
- Lucia (5/5): - The staff at the hotel was very kind and helpful. The lady at the reception and the female cleaner were especially lovely and really saved this review. Unfortunately, there was also a male staff member who was not pleasant. Parking was also very good, with plenty of free spaces available. Sadly, these were the only positives. On the negative side, the hotel is very outdated. If you use O2 as your mobile provider, you will have no signal at all. The Wi-Fi barely worked and kept disconnecting, so there was basically no internet access, neither mobile data nor Wi-Fi.
The walls are very thin, so you can constantly hear the neighbors. Overall, we did not feel comfortable during our stay.
- Warren (10/5): -
- peter (7/5): - Location The hotel looked a little outdated and tired.
- Rubina (6/5): -
- Som (10/5): Comfortable stay - Friendly and helpful staff and the room is always clean. Had such a comfortable stay throughout
- Jake (5/5): -
- Thorndyke (8/5): Value for money as reflect in price and good breakfast - Location perfect clean but dated rooms which reflect on the price clean and comfortable beds and fluffy white towels and breakfast and value for money pre booked the evening before plenty of cereal toast tea and coffee and cooked breakfast eggs were cooked on your arrival so do not go rubbery as the rooms were near a main road it was not really noisy which was surprisingly good
Would visit again Advertise as restaurant with meals and bar on asking no bar facilities or meals
- Shukri (8/5): Peaceful comfortable stay. No stress. - I had 2 single beds. I slept on one and it was uncomfortable. Luckily the other one was ok so I used it.
- Muhammad (5/5): - Very economical, friendly staff. The showerhead was leaking, the lamps were faulty, the bed was quite uncomfortable, the wardrobe door was hanging off, and the kettle was not clean inside.
- Steven (6/5): -
- Kate (1/5): I was bitten by a bed bug here - I was bitten by a bedbug(s) here. I saw it on my bed on the morning after my stay but didn't know what it was at the time.
I have told the hotel & sent them the bill for fumigation of my flat but had no response.
- Marie (8/5): I stood my autistic son and was happy to help in any way and we stay here because it’s close to my family as we travel 3 - Friendly staff and happy to help The mattress of the bed was very uncomfortable but we noticed on leaving the mattress had been put on bed upside down that’s why pillows were so flat had to ask for more but wasn’t no better
- Zhana (10/5): -
- Elaine (8/5): I’d stay again as convenient from main road - Easy to find
Basic room but very clean and quiet even tho near busy services ! Mattresses , both in twin room 209 were awful I could feel every spring ! So laid on one duvet and used the other to cover me !!!!!!
- Lucy (8/5): -
- Tom (7/5): - The bed was very comfortable and the room had everything I needed. Staff were very friendly and the location was great with a petrol station on the doorstep. Noise from other rooms could be heard through the walls and the room was cold. However this was due to me forgetting to put the heater on. Other then that the room was perfect and would stay again.
- Peter (8/5): -
- Wayne (10/5): -
- Zhana (10/5): -
- Zhana (10/5): -
- Maryna (8/5): Great price, nice staff, cheap and good breakfast. -
- Luke (2/5): The bedding was clean, however the bathroom was not- there were hairs (not ours) all over the counter by the sink and in - Good location Not a lot to do near by but that’s the nature of where it is.
- Richard (4/5): Supreme only by name - Starting with the positives, the location was good, the shower was hot, towels were clean, and the yoghurt was nice. This really is a case of you get what you pay for at the misnomered Supreme Inn. The reception area was cold and poor, the chap on reception had to sit in his coat to keep warm and looked like I was disturbing him from browsing the internet. Despite listed as having a restaurant, this wasn't open and the bar just had cans of drink. I was directed to GR-EGGS at the adjacent petrol station, which by 8.45pm was also closed. The corridor to the bedrooms was ropey (threadbare carpet, flickering lights) and had a bad smell. The room was cold with a single 'dimplex' style electric heater on the wall. After drawing the curtains I found several dead mosquitos over one of the beds. I was given a twin room - so I had a choice of a very soft mattress or one where I could feel the springs. The breakfast was poor - help yourself buffet with rubbery fried eggs, a mix of tongs that could have been used for meat and veg, I don't know if it was bacon, the bread was only sliced white, and the fruit juice tasted like squash. (the prepacked yoghurt was fine) By the morning the car park was littered with rubbish.
- Duncan (8/5): -
- Som (10/5): Really nice and good price - Friendly staff and comfortable room.
- John Churcher (5/5): Convenient - Good price It needs a bit of a facelift
- Akshata (1/5): - It was very bad experience and not clean.
No hot water at all No hot water. Not clean
- Mauro (6/5): - Very good value for money
- Mauro (6/5): -
- Rob (8/5): Cheap & cheerful - It's a remote location with ample free parking for guests near to a petrol station and shop.
Pricewise it's unbeatable and breakfast is just a fiver.
Plenty of hot water and clean, fluffy towels.
Great staff and a 11:00am check out time. There's no bar or restaurant and it's a bit of a drive to the nearest pub, bar or restaurant.
Overall, the facilities are a little tired but for a couple of nights it was adequate and great value.
- Muniz (10/5): -
- Hejnar (2/5): - Price Heating stop working, was cold in the room , was problem with card to coming in to the room . Drain in bathroom was block and was going very slow water after showers
- Zhana (7/5): -
- Philip (5/5): It was very cheap to stay, I needed a shower and bed and that’s what I got, even if the shower had a mind of its own. Th - Nothing positive I can really report about the property.
Towels were fine. The property is very tired, worn out. It feels cold and damp. Room windows are drafty. I kept the curtains closed to try and retain some heat. Discarded pizza boxes outside window. No bin in room. Rubbish had to be taken to a large rubbish bin within the restaurant. No sockets either side of the bed. Wall fittings hanging off. Toilet rolls on side as holder broken. Every time I left the room the key card deactivated. Smallest TV ever in a hotel room,
- Raimedas (5/5): -
- KARAMI (9/5): - I was happy totally and regularly book this hotel every week for my demands, especially friendly staff who are looking after their guests well.
- Caroline (4/5): We travel to Boston once a month but won’t be staying here again - The location was perfect for us and staff lovely When we booked said breakfast included but when there was told kitchen and bar closed
Room was dirty. Dust and cobwebs on lamps, tv and ceiling. Everything dated and headboard fell off wall straight away. Base of bed was broken (they did change this for us) but mattresses old and warn. Every time you moved you could feel springs
- Cooke (10/5): - Staff were lovely.. room was great and was warm .. everything was perfect 👌 Nothing
- David (1/5): Won't be staying here again - No breakfast The room wasn't clean and bathroom
- KARAMI (10/5): - Everything was great, nice and big room, professional lighting, bathroom was clean and big, I would like to send my thanks to Miss Mou. She's really friendly and helpful. I do recommend this hotel to everyone.
- Crampton (10/5): - Always friendly staff, clean and comfortable Nothing, all was great
- Karen (9/5): -
- Karen (9/5): -
- Karen (9/5): -
- Cookson (3/5): SHOCKING! - The shower was powerful The room had a strange smell to it
One of the chairs had some green flakey plant substance on it.
There was a gap under the mattress on one side meaning there was absolutely zero support under the mattress
No plug in the bath / sink
Paint flaking away on both ceilings in room & bathroom.
Noise emanating from other rooms
Extractor fan in bathroom extremely noisy
- Steven (10/5): Christmas dinner with family - Every thing was spot on Nothing
- Kerri (8/5): -
- Mrs Angela (7/5): Friendly and welcoming - Good selection food plenty of choice Hot food could have been a little warmer
- Johan (2/5): Terrible - A few years ago it was very good . However I hear it has changed hands. There is no more bar or restaurant. The break fast was poor . The mattress had several broken springs . I heard that it had been used as a refugee Centre . It wouldn’t surprise me if it was true .
- Mukund (9/5): -
- Darren (7/5): Good value for money. Good breakfast at additional - Breakfast on site
