- Stephen (8/5): Beautiful house & garden, but with some shortcomings! - Nice house with spacious and modern shared living space, with beautiful gardens and grounds. Balcony in upstairs provided views of surrounding countryside, but still easy walking distance. Despite large room, bathroom was tiny. Bed was also small for 2 people. Also room was not made up or bins emptied during 3 night stay.
- Tristan (10/5): Peaceful slice of heaven! - This is a little slice of paradise! A bit up from town makes it quiet and peaceful. The beds were great, really good hot shower with great water pressure, fast internet, and a wonderful, filling breakfast. Really kind staff, and beautiful grounds that are lovely to walk through in the morning as the birds are waking up! No issues at all! We loved it!
On recommande fortement.

- Greta (10/5): - The property is amazing, very big, clean and well maintained. The staff is very chill and available. The breakfast is very good. It was an amazing stay, perfect for people who love nature and chill
- Emilija (9/5): - The host was very informative and welcoming, and the location of the house seemed beautiful and safe. Only a minor thing - one of the towels had some old stains visible on it.
- Soruco (10/5): -
- Duncan (10/5): Un magnífico lugar para vacacionar - El desayuno estaba rico :)

- JaneB96 (9/5): Amazing! - Our room was amazing.
Very kind personel they even let us come back and wait for the bus when we came back from Amburo. -
- Frederick (10/5): An “off the beaten path” treasure. - Incredible value. Very nice staff and owners. A real chance to have some “home time” while traveling. Samaipata has excellent day trip opportunities and a good number of excellent places to eat. We walked into town town for dinners. It was safe and pleasant, but folks who are not comfortable with dark and dusty roads might want to arrange rides.
- Carmen (10/5): 1A - Super herzige Unterkunft mit allem was man braucht.
- Barbara (10/5): - Super place with a beautiful garden, but first of all with the very helpful staff. Henia did everything to make our stay more than comfortable. Thank you Henia!
- Maria Andrea (10/5): -

They were incredibly helpful with everything! Every morning we enjoyed a delicious and extensive breakfast, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The nature is everywhere, everything is super well maintained, the breakfast is great, the family and staff running the place are super friendly.
We booked the room by the small lake, and it feels like a fairy tale. You can hear the frogs sing at night, and you can see a lot of fishes during the day.
Overall, one of my best hotel experience ! Because of the lake, the room smelled quite musty overall due to humidity

Bill and Melissa (the owners) were also incredibly warm and lovely people to chat to when you occasionally see them pottering around.
I HIGHLY recommend this place! Absolutely nothing, you should definitely stay here :)
- Josie (10/5): A home away from home! - The loveliest place I've stayed in the whole of Bolivia! A gorgeous house hotel with the friendly, community vibe of a hostel. It was my birthday one of the days we stayed here, my mum (back in UK) got in touch with the hotel staff and they organised to buy me flowers which was so nice of them. Melissa the lady who runs the place with her husband (from America) had made cupcakes for her son's birthday and gave us some for a snack on our hike when she heard it was my birthday which was super kind ❤️
The buffet breakfast was amazing, fresh made pesto, tomatoes, cheese, eggs, really good wholemeal bread, muesli, fruits, yoghurt, coffee, teas - honestly what more could you want! And a short 10 minute walk down to town. Gorgeous garden, really lovely private rooms.
Carlos the manager was fantastic, so hospitable and lovely to chat to. He gave us a lift back down to the bus station at the end of our stay and really made the time there feel like a "bit of home" while we were travelling. I would 1000% recommend !
- Alexandra (10/5): A wonderful stay and a home away from home. Beautiful views, clean rooms and fantastic breakfast - A wonderful stay at Casa Samai- they have thought of everything you need. As soon as we saw the place we extended our stay from one night to three! The house is beautiful, with wonderful gardens and lots of places to sit and enjoy the view. It feels more like a home and very welcoming. The kitchen is fantastic to cook in. The breakfast is the best I've had so far in South America. Absolutely recommend. Nothing!
- Emily (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful setting. Very comfortable beds. Exceptional breakfast
- Mariel (10/5): Amazing stay - couldn’t recommend it more! - Truly amazing stay! The property & grounds are stunning, everything was super tidy, the staff were absolutely lovely, breakfast was yummy, kitchen was well stocked, showers had great pressure & heat and beds were sooooo comfortable. We booked for 2 nights, stayed 5 and still found it hard to leave! Excellent value for money. Nothing to note here! I’ll just mention there is a cat & dogs around the property (for allergies) and kids around at times (for those who don’t love them). I wouldn’t change a thing!
- T_koen (9/5): Wonderful stay with great people - Beautiful house and garden with plenty of space. Really clean as well and a good breakfast. The staff was also really nice and gave us several recommendations for our trip. The single bathroom with toilet was a bit busy for 4 (or 5?) guestrooms together.

- Hugues (10/5): Great place to stay - Great hotel right outside of the center (5-min walk), comfy beds and very good breakfast.
The owner, manager and all staff are very friendly
We stayed in casa lagunita and loved the quietness. Hot shower everyday, which is not always the case in Bolivia Nothing :)
- Lea (10/5): 10/10 would recommend. Spending time on the outside areas was really what we needed and everything was cared for per - It really is the perfect place to relax. Lovely staff and beautiful surroundings, within walking distance of the center. Staying at casa samei boutique really is the best decision you could make, we enjoyed every minute there. Plus the first place in Bolivia that really was clean which was super appreciated!

The breakfast is great and varied, and the rooms are cozy. Well recommended! Not really central but a short 10 minutes walk to reach it. Not too bad though. Payment only in cash, no credit cards.
