erika (9/5): - L'appartamento è eccellente davvero ben arredato, funzionale e pulitissimo. La proprietaria è gentilissima e super disponibile. Ottimo per chi viene in treno, è accanto alla stazione porta Nuova ed ha un supermercato H24 al portone accanto L'ambiente circostante non è eccezionale, purtroppo come tutte le stazioni la frequentazione non è delle migliori

Anna (10/5): - Posto molto comodo vicino stazione ferroviaria di Porta Nuova, c'è anche supermercato Carrefour la casa era pulita e accogliente, lo staff Diego era molto disponibile.

Giuseppe (8/5): Buono per un rapido soggiorno a Pescara - Monolocale pulito e in buona posizione Colazione un pò troppo minimalista. Nemmeno un tovagliolo in cucina.

Tracey (10/5): Great accommodation, location and communication - The apartment was very secure and clean. 2 minute walk to Pescara Porta Nuova train station. 24hr supermarket under apartments. Great location. 5-3minutes on the train from Pescara Centrale. So easy to access Pescara main centre.
Cristian (8/5): Bello ma un po’ rumoroso - Bell’appartamento con ampio bagno, ben tenuto e ben arredato, situato abbastanza vicino al lungomare. Le ampie porte finestre del terrazzino affacciano su un bel panorama ma anche sulla stazione dei treni e l’appartamento è in traiettoria con l’aereoporto di Pescara, quindi si sentono rumori di treni e aerei abbastanza frequenti. Zona difficoltosa per trovare parcheggio.
LYDIE (1/5): - L'appartement est bien agencé et agréable par contre très mal situé car juste derrière la gare et au bord des voies de chemin de fer donc très bruyant la nuit et les avions décollent au dessus de l'appartement donc nuit très désagréable....sans compter la clim qui fonctionne très mal car refroidit très peu l'appartement et très bruyante quand elle est en fonctionnement donc impossible à laisser la nuit du coup il a fait très chaud en plus du bruit des trains et avions 😟
