Guest Reviews
- Robert (9/5): - The impressive woodworking details enhance the rustic atmosphere. The room was very comfortable and roomy.
Nice having the restaurant/tavern adjacent to the hotel. Great food and super nice woman behind the bar. The water temperature is hard to regulate. You have to be very careful not to scald yourself. I was unable to set the shower at a comfortable temp. despite 10-15 minutes of trying.
- Christina (9/5): I would stay here again if I came back this way. - I enjoyed the motel because it had a peaceful, woodsy feel. The water did not stay hot long enough when showering but everything else was amazing. They let us check in late and the restaurant was family friendly and had many choices.
- Robert (5/5): Great location for hiking but hotel needs to do a much better job for the price charged. - Great staff and location. Excellent for hiking the 46 AC did not work properly and kept shutting off every few hours. Deck furniture was broken and missing arms on chair. MANY flies alive and dead in room every day of stay on windows and on the floor and in bathroom. Flies could be a seasonal issue but the rest needs to be addressed for the price charged. Also, bring your own pillow as there are only two options.
- Elizabeth (9/5): Superb - Lovely meadow behind building that could enjoy from balcony. The room had a lot of great features. I question the lock code. It was clear all rooms followed the same pattern, so it felt like anyone staying there or who had stayed in the past could unlock all rooms. That caused an uncomfortable feeling.
- Yelena (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean, modern place. Very comfortable bed.
Restaurant right on the property. Large room with small refrigerator and microwave. Beautiful view from the balcony.
- Elizabeth (10/5): Exceptional -
