• Jane (9/5): Perfect reasonable good price apartment for our needs - The apartment was perfect for our needs and the bed was very very comfy , best bed on any holiday had. Lovely shower room , Amazing host picked us up from airport for €30 and got the key out the keysafe for us .lots of nice swimming areas too Nothing really even though you are at the top of the resort by motorway it was Not a problem for us ,if you don’t mind stairs and walking up which we didn’t

Tienes todo al lado, si vas para disfrutar un finde de desconexión este es tu sitio Faltaría por poner un estor mejor para la sala y la ventanilla del dormitorio ya que refleja demasiado la luz para descansar. El soporte del televisor cambiarlo por uno móvil para poder mover la tele a la hora de verla en el sillón. Y para mí gusto también sería hora de cambiar el sillón ya que en tiendas como dormitorum pueden sacar un sillón cama así sencillito que sirva para el apartamento. Y ya por cuestión de espacio, habría que poner un mueble o algo para guardar la compra ya que estuve 5 días y al no tener espacio para guardar en las gabetas la tuve que tener en las bolsas

• Ana Isabel (8/5): - Las piscinas del complejo de apartamentos están muy bien, pero no son climatizadas. Recomiendo neopreno, al menos en esta época del año (enero). Resulta necesario contactar con Tania con antelación para obtener indicaciones sobre cómo acceder al recinto y al apartamento, ya que no hay servicio de recepción. Gracias Tania. Muchos gatos dentro del complejo. Algunas zonas en los límites del complejo de apartamentos olían mal. No lo recomiendo para personas alérgicas.
• Miikka (3/5): Sijainti ok. Hinta keskinkertainen. - Sijainti hyvä. Kohteeseen vaikea mennä, huonot ohjeet majoittujalle. Kohdetta mainostettiin merinäköalalla, mutta todellisuudessa näköala sotkuiselle takapihalle ja moottoritielle. Jos oikein yritti, niin meren näki kaukaa yhdestä kohdasta parvekkeelta. Sänky oli surkea ja pyyhkeinä halvimmat rantapyyhkeet merkadonasta.
• Paul (1/5): Terrible. DO NOT BOOK HERE - Nothing Terrible, TV didn’t work, Patio doors extremely difficult to open, sofa had to be moved before you can attempt to open Patio doors. Wardrobe doors all off runners. Awful location right next to main road, no sun on small balcony. We had to bang on gates to get in as nobody met us. Owner not interested. DO NOT STAY HERE
• JOHN (1/5): Our stay was disastrous and very disappointing. - Nothing. Host was unapproachable and uncooperative. Took us 45 minutes waiting at several gates for other guests to open the gates to allow us to obtain the keys from a lock box. TV never worked throughout stay only found out on arrival only had U Tube which still did not work. requested host to come and repair TV, request was ignored. Room and facilities were in a poor state of repair. View from balcony mainly the dumping area of the complex and a rubbish skip. Balcony was untidy and dangerous to sit on (cracked and broken concrete overhang). Bedding was torn and old curtains were used as settee throw over.
• Goria (7/5): нормально, если вы едите на океан и только для ночевки.это хорошее место + хозяйка организовала для нас такси - Чисто, есть балкон, теплая вода. Хорошее расположение близко к океану. Был фен и много полотенец. Еще был бассейн и зонтики на пляж можно было взять а еще есть большой круг. входная дверь заклинила. но хозяйка быстро приехала решить вопрос.
• pascale (5/5): Cauchemar la serrure ne fonctionne plus plus de 20 minutes pour essayer d ouvrir cette porte !!! - Nous n avons rien aimé l appartement est très basique l accueil inexistant ... personne pour nous conduire à l appart tres mal indiqué pas d infos la serrure a des gros soucis et surement que le barillet est sur la fin de sa vie mais nous avons mis environ 20 minutes avant de pouvoir ouvrir cette foutue porte . un stress énorme car c etait le soir il faisait noir et pas de reception donc démerdez vous . le lendemain encore le meme souci mais enfin au bout de 7 minutes cette porte s est enfin ouverte . De très mauvais souvenirs avec cet appartement et cette satanée porte et le proprio qui est en Suisse au lieu d etre pas loin pour ses clients .Un veritable cauchemar cette aventure dans ce complexe sans nom 1 nulle part il y a le nom de la résidence "Best Holidays Fanabé." on suppose que c est là mais sans être certain et on attend devant une grille fermée et personne ne nous attend et ensuite on voit sortir une personne un résident allemand et on lui demande où est la réception et il nous dit qu' il n y a pas de réception !!!!!!!!!!!!! oups comment faire mon GSM est plat et c est sur celui là qu' il y a peut être les infos ; nous allons jusqu au bar et on demande pour charger notre GSM mais c est pas possible . pfff c est alors qu' avec le GSM de mon époux j appelle Booking pour expliquer ce que je viens de dire . La personne me dit qu elle va contacter le proprio et qu il va me resonner sur mon gsm qui est plat !!!!!! je lui explique qu il peut m appeler sur le gsm de mon époux celui avec lequel je l 'appelle à l instant mais elle me répond que le proprio doit m appeler sur le gsm de l enregistrement !!!! oui mais quand ce dernier est plat on fait comment ?????? Pendant ce temps mon époux à trouvé une prise de courant qui fonctionne à moitié pour essayer de charger mon gsm . le proprio appelle et explique qu il est en Suisse !!!! et bien tiens donc et nous on fait comment . il donne le numéro de l appartement G 30 oui mais dans ce complexe il y a plus de 400 appartements et on fait comment nous???? On est aidé par une personne qui nous explique la route pour y accéder . on arrive devant et les clès sont dans une boite à clés ( très impersonnel ce système je déteste ça ) il nous faut le code on appelle le proprio qui nous le donne ouf on peut enfin rentrer découvrir cet appartement qui se trouve on ne peut plus pres de l autoroute avec toutes les joies que cela comporte .

• JM (6/5): je n'y reviendrai pas - la piscine excellente les alentours de l'appartement très sales benne à ordure toit de bâtiment dessous tout cassé autoroute bruit +++ le matelas est très vieux
• Mitchell (10/5): Absoloutly what i needed and more - I couldnt get in at fisrt and did panic but i was in touch with the property manager and she helped me get access Didnt like anything... LOVED EVERYTHING. definitely recomend this property. It had everything i needed and everything i didnt realise i needed, the complex is beautiful and close to everything i needed to have a lovely relaxing break away. Cant thank the hosts enough for letting me stay at there beautiful appartment. Id love yo return in the future

• Connor (8/5): Well appointed aparthotel, nice balcony and kitchen! - Very clean, well appointed aparthotel, with air conditioning, a lovely balcony and great service from the host's service partner Nadia. Lovely bathroom, good cooking facilities, and fairly affordable! The sea view is limited and from the balcony only. There was a security deposit to pay via international banking which was a faff. The location is fairly near the main highway, though the room was insulated well enough and there wasn't enough noise to bother us.

• Jodie (5/5): Bit disappointing. Not quite as pictured. Expected a bit better. Passable but very shabby. - There was a fan in the room which we used which helped with the heat. They provided 3 bath towels of varying sizes and there were 3 toilet rolls. There was a washing machine, good kitchen supplies (cups/plates/glasses) and the fridge was clean and had a small section in the top which was a freezer. (We only used the fridge freezer as we ate out). The shower area was big. There was a sofa in the kitchen/ living area. There was an airer on balcony. The balcony did have a table and chairs. There was a pool bar which seemed popular (but we did not use this). The pillows on the bed were firm and plump, which we liked. There was also a large wardrobe if you wanted to unpack. They provided a childrens high chair, we did not use it but it was there if needed. There was a small window in the bathroom, this had metal bars and netting to keep out the bugs which we left open which let in some airflow. Past the highway is scenic hotels that look quite nice at night when lit up and then the mountain. When we arrived the instructions on how to get into the room was not clear at all. You actually need a key to enter the premises as it’s a locked compound. We were sent a picture of the back of the premises where it overlooks the road. I had to message the owner to ask how we could get in and she just said there was a lockbox. After walking around the outside of the compound and getting very confused some random person was coming out and let us in. We then had to walk a significant way, up several flights of stairs (not wheelchair/ elderly friendly IMO). Outside the front door of the room was the lockbox, which had the key to get into the compound and the front door. Thankfully we worked it out but it made the start of the holiday a bit stressful. They offered the day before we arrived 30€ transfer, but we already arranged it so they did not meet us on arrival. The room was at the very back of the complex, very far from the pools or the bar area. The balcony is NOT a sea view. It overlooks some trees and then the main highway. The small stools on the coffee table in the living area were grubby looking. The pictures do NOT reflect the room as it is now. It seems very worn since they were taken. There was grubby marks all over the walls, the floor felt gritty, there was a hole in the wall near the front door. The silicone in the bathroom was yellowed or mouldy looking in patches. The shower struggled to drain away after a small 3 minute shower. The balcony had a blanket tidied up covering the table and the conopy was broken, the outside light also was hanging off. The sofa was a dingy brown one, not as pictured. The bed sheets easily pinged off the mattress. The room was incredibly warm. Even with the balcony door open it was stifling. Many other people in the complex had their front doors open. There was a broken wall mirror on the floor near the wardrobe.
• Vicki (5/5): Passable - Location was ok , apartment was smaller than we thought pictures make it look it bigger , no oven to cook in , washing machine was a bonus , apartment are the back of complex overlooking the main road noisy in mornings can't have window open in bedroom . Spoke to friend who was over on holiday at same she said she stayed in apartment about 5 years ago and it was studio then Size location
• Stacey (7/5): Great complex - Location of complex very close to bars restaurants and supermarkets and fantastic pool bar on site. Great view of mountains from bedroom and balcony. There were a few issues with the facilities in room but these were promptly sorted out by the host and housekeeper. can’t really fault anything

• Helen (6/5): A stay with lots of walking to get to and from the resort - We were met at the main entrance gate to be shown to the location of the apartment this apartment is really not suited to anyone with mobility problems as it is quite a distance from the main gate along several alleyways and flights of steps
• Inga (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect location, very close to the beach and supermarkets. Very nice and cosy apartment - would book it again.
