• Ha Min (7/5): - Cute interior design, clean, very convenient and quiet location. Beautiful setting near the canal. Free lockers in reception to store luggage after check out. Tiny room. Reception not always manned and even when it is it was a bit cluttered and unprofessional with even the staff's cigarettes on view.

Sauberkeit sehr gut. kleine Aufmerksamkeiten (Kaffee, Wasser) wurden sehr gutiert Alles in allem genau das was man erwartet bzw sich vorstellt. Zimmer doch sehr klein, was in Venedig auch verständlich ist und auch so kommuniziert wurde. Das nur zur Vollständigkeit und keine Kritik

• Jagdeep (8/5): Short but sweet stay. Please sort out address confusion. - Centra location, Iovely decor, clean and has a balcony. Friendly helpful staff. The address given on the email sends you to the wrong street, which caused confusion, delay and I got a little wet as it was raining.
• YUKA (10/5): Stunning - Check-in was quick and easy. The room was modern and spotless, and the bedding was a bit thicker and very warm. The minibar was well-stocked—and free! After check-out, we were able to store our luggage in a coin locker until the evening, which was very convenient. If you stay here, definitely choose a room with a balcony! Stepping out onto the balcony and seeing the city instantly gave us that exciting feeling of truly being in Venice. It was easy to hear the sound of doors opening and closing from the surrounding rooms.

• Kaori (10/5): - 水上バス停留所から徒歩５分くらい場所で、階段橋が一つあるものの、スーツケースでもその階段だけ頑張れば容易に辿り着ける。 シャワーの圧力もちょうど良く、排水口の詰まりもなく、清潔だった。キッチンはないが冷蔵庫はある。窓を開けると小さな運河が下に見えて、ヴェネツィアの雰囲気を感じられる。おすすめ！

• Sommer (10/5): A stay on the canals - Loved my stay, a fabulous place right on the canals in Cannereggio. Clean, modern, comfortable beds and great showers! Laundry facilities, storage lockers and a pin code so no need to deal with keys! Very convenient and a great location. An easy 10 min walk from train stn or the airport water bus. I highly recommend a stay here! Nothing!

Stanza molto piccola, dettagli come qualche presa a muro rotta, doccione pieno di calcare, mancanza di mensole ed appoggi sufficienti nel bagno, mancanza armadio.

Highly recommend! - Great location, clean, feels new - most accommodations in Venice feel grim and outdated, but Numa feels updated and modern! Have been to Venice many times and this is our preferred neighborhood. Highly recommend. They overbooked us on the first trip we took here and had to downgrade our room. The room was still great and they gave us a voucher.

• Alison (10/5): - I love location and also the room at Numa Venice Forcola! This is my second time in Venice, I absolutely love this location, away from the major populated area, has it is own peace and charm with lots of boutique restaurant and bar around. The room decor is modern and designer based! Love it; since I am a fan of designer objects. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom and friendly and helpful staffs! Will definitely come back again! I can hear a very low vibrating sound from the AC, I know not every one will get irritated by that specific frequency, but I personally do. The stay provides ear plugs, however I don’t think it works well for me. I have a noise cancelling airpod, that s how I use to sleep throught to night. Not really a super big flaw, just a note for people who might get irritated with specific frequency. I recommend have some noise cancelling equipment ready.

• Clélia (9/5): - Très pratique de la gare et pour faire tout Venise à pieds. Encore plus pour prendre les vaporetto vers Murano et Burano. Très calme le soir. Nous avons utilisé la cuisine a plusieurs reprises, c'est parfait pour le petit dej ou pour le soir quand on en a marre des restaurants (je vous conseille Fried Land à deux pas qui fait des pâtes à emporter) Je recommande !
• Ria May (10/5): Amazing stay in an Amazing City! - The location- EXCELLENT!! Digital experience prior to arrival very handy with all the necessary information one might need, but really appreciated having staff available on site for any further inquiries. Amazing to have storage lockers for luggages! The common area to have some coffee was also a great bonus to have! Room was clean and perfect size for the two of us! There was also extra boxed water for us in the fridge when we arrived and it was very much appreciated considering how hot it’s been! Wishing we had extra time spent there, but looking forward to coming to visit again. External signage to property could be more visible, as I almost missed it considering how busy the street was.
• Aida (9/5): It was great. - The room was as shown on the pictures. It was exceptionally clean and comfortable. There was everything needed for the stay, but also if you needed an additional towel or shampoo, they had fresh ones downstairs. The location is really good and for me it’s the sweet middle between the top center but also having supermarkets and other conveniences around. Nothing related to the property, rather the fact I asked for the specific room I saw on the pictures but was not given that one.

• Guest (10/5): Excellent hotel - Great location, close to Piazzale Roma, the train station, the sights and only 5 minutes from a vaporetto stop. Very nice rooms with lots of amenities and comfortable bed. Staff was very nice, happy to answer our questions before we arrived and even helped us upgrade to a better room after a couple of days!

• Ulises (9/5): - The place was clean, staff were very helpful. Train station is around an 8 minute walk. If you’re coming in by ferry from the airport, the first stop is around a 10 min walk. I liked that they had free luggage storage early morning before check in and flexible hours after check out. At the time of my stay the elevator wasn’t working. And the room that I requested with balcony wasn’t available, I was informed of this the morning of the day of check in. We did get a discount for the last minute changes and the elevator inconvenience.

• Ya-Hsuan (10/5): - 是一個超級讚的房間，應有盡有，咖啡也很好喝，保險櫃很好操作，床也超級舒服，餐具通通都有，附近有一家漂亮的超市，從超市買回去房間後，因為有這些餐具，我們可以在房間好好享受一餐，也有冰箱跟開瓶器。也有提供寄物服務，還有免費使用的洗衣房，真的超讚！以後如果有機會回來威尼斯這裡是我的最佳選擇。 房間偶爾會出現三四隻螞蟻、冷氣不太涼，但都不是什麼大問題，一切都還是很讚

I love the little balcony in my room especially in the morning I can just open it and let the sunlight in. I saw there are spider web in my room under the seat. Didn’t feel very comfortable when I saw it. And the hangers are dusty. I think at this price it should be more clean. Also the room is not very soundproof. You can hear people come back and some noise after midnight when they get back.

• Patrik (5/5): You go to venice to visit not to stay in the hotel - Bathroom was okay, the faucet wasn’t properly fixed to the sink, if you have more than 6 feet you will have issues with the space provided in the bathroom. The receptionist was very nice Balcony was present with a big block probably some sort of AC component. View into a backyard non interesting. Woodlouses in the room and bathroom, just disgusting floor, probably wasn’t cleaned because there were multiple dead ones. Picture provided. Bed was okay nothing to be exited of after a long day in venice, get’s the job done. Just a bad room and expensive.

• Charlie (10/5): Lovely stay, highly recommend. - Gorgeous view of the canal from the room. The room had lovely aesthetics, a powerful shower and great air con which was essential for our trip late June. Everything was thought about to make the stay feel luxury, I specifically liked the Ren toiletries and grind coffee pods. Before checking in, we left our luggage in lockers that were easy to use. Overall a perfect stay for what we needed. Only thing I could say is there was no water in the mini fridge. All shops nearby shut at 9pm so make sure to stock up.

As in other reviews, the noise did not affect the room, probably because the room was facing the canal. The balcony was nice. the room was a bit small. if you have more than two suitcases it may not fit.
• Corrie (9/5): Amazing stay in the center of Venice (spacious but a bit noisy) - The hotel has no front office, but the online check-in system worked great. We liked the design of the room and it was a bit more spacious than I expected. The AC was working great, the bathroom looked nice and the bed was comfy. The hotel is located in the center of Venice, next to a busy bridge so therefore there is a lot of noise. If you like a quiet stay then this is not for you. We received some earplugs which helped, but it's less comfortable. Also I really missed an ice cube machine in the lobby/hallway.

I did not even use the tablet. The rooms facing the canal can be loud due to noise of the boat engines, they provide earplugs though. Pricing fluctuate too much throughout the days, it is a bit tricky.

I did not even use the mosquito tablet. Though the duvet cover was a bit weird. Since it does not fully cover the duvet it used to go sideways so you are in contact with the duvet itself. I heard it is like a tradition in Italy it may even be healthier but it is a bit weird.

I appreciated having a pin code for both the building entry and the room, rather than a key. The room was just what we needed for our two nights in venice, clean and comfortable and also stylishly decorated. The location was ideal for us as it was a ten minute walk from the train station and not much longer from the waterbus which dropped us off. Would recommend to anyone staying in venice. Nothing
