• Alexandra (3/5): Nu m-aș mai întoarce la acea cazare - Locația, aproape de magazine, restaurante, centru. Nu mi-a plăcut ca mirosea a închis, cearceafurile nu erau curate, se vedeau pete pe ele. Internetul nu funcționa, am reușit să am conectez la cel al vecinilor. Geamul se închidea și nu se închidea, într-o zi a plouat și a intrat apă în cameră.

• Ciklusic (1/5): - Absolut enttäuschende Erfahrung und definitiv keine Unterkunft, die man guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen kann. Bereits direkt nach dem Check-in waren überall Ameisen in der Küche. Später kamen sogar Ameisen aus dem Toaster. Statt das Problem ernst zu nehmen oder professionell zu lösen, wurde einfach Ameisengift durch die ganze Küche gesprüht und behauptet, das würde niemandem schaden – obwohl der chemische Geruch im gesamten Apartment extrem stark war. Das Apartment selbst war zudem sehr schmutzig und unhygienisch. Haare, verschmutzte Bettwäsche und allgemein ein ungepflegter Zustand. Das Bett war komplett instabil, hat extrem gewackelt und wirkte, als würde es jederzeit zusammenbrechen. Am schlimmsten war allerdings der Umgang des Vermieters mit der Situation. Unsere Beschwerden wurden nicht ernst genommen, stattdessen wurden dumme Kommentare gemacht wie, dass so etwas „normal“ sei und sogar in 5-Sterne-Hotels vorkomme. Über die Ameisen wurde sich eher lustig gemacht, anstatt eine vernünftige Lösung anzubieten. Wir haben dort aus hygienischen und gesundheitlichen Gründen keine einzige Nacht verbracht und mussten kurzfristig ein anderes Hotel buchen, was zusätzliche Kosten verursacht hat. Für uns absolut inakzeptabel und definitiv keine Empfehlung. Nichtmal einen Stern Wert..

• Jana (8/5): Location is very good and host is very nice but there are a lot of construction works around and the noise is kinda anno - Location of the property is amazing and it looks very modern and nice overall it has everything for the kitchen that’s amazing. There are construction works all the time and the noise is really annoying and the workers are spying on you through the window and there are a lot of ants in front of the apartment doors so if you leave some food they come inside, but they don’t bother people they just looking for food so its ok we didn’t mind that, however there was no hot water sometimes so thats kinda bad but its ok its not too cold. Clothing iron does not work so thats kinda bad but not a big problem.

• Maria (2/5): - Τίποτα Μια εξωτερική σκάλα που με δυσκολία ανεβαίνεις,δεν υπάρχει ασανσέρ, ένας μακρύς διάδρομος για να φτάσεις στο διαμέρισμα, σε περίπτωση πυρκαγιάς δεν υπάρχει έξοδος διαφυγής, λειτουργεί από κάτω εστιατόριο όπου όλες οι άσχημες μυρωδιές φτάνουν στα διαμέρισμα, όταν φτάσαμε έντονη μυρωδιά από το μπάνιο. Το κρεββάτι με σπασμένο πόδι, να ξημερώνει και να βρίσκεσαι σε κατάσταση πανικού. Πολλά άλλα, δεν παρέχει καθαρίστρια, σεντόνια μία φορά την εβδομάδα, ζητήσαμε ένα μαξιλάρι που δεν ήρθε ποτέ, το τηγάνι άχρηστο όπως και το κατσαρολακι.Μενεις15 μέρες σε χώρο που δεν σου είναι ευχάριστος .φεύγαμε από το χώρο πρωί και γυρνουσαμε βράδυ.

• Pató (1/5): Borzasztó - Semmi A tulaj egy arrogáns személy.A szállás teljesen eltér a leirtaktól. Be sem jelentkeztem mert olyan koszos zajos kiábránditó volt. A tulaj a foglalás első napjának estéjén egyoldaluan lemondta a foglalásom és a kifizetett összeget sem téritette vissza. Messze kerőljék el a helyet. Az első képen laz ablakból látható szálloda valószinőleg csak egy látványterv. A szálloda most épül.

• Hilde (5/5): Vanskelig å kommunidrre bare gjennom Booking,, jeg fant ikke noe telefon nummer til dere. Vi ønsker - De var storm og hele taket falt ned i oppholdsromet ogregnet og blåste inn, vi ble flyttet til et lite studio siste uken, der var badetsket full av mugg! Vi fikk ødelagt den siste uken på grunn av denne situasjonen, men været kan ingen gjøre noe med, men det var dårlig bygget.

Hot tub got quite dirty and needed to ask for it to be cleaned/refilled but I did stay over Christmas and new year so not anyone’s fault.

Nie było idealnie posprzątane, ale dało się wytrzymać. Zimą trochę czuć wilgoć, ale jest klimatyzacja i można dogrzać pomieszczenia.

It's good that there was a washing machine, we washed the bedding so we could sleep comfortably. The heater in the bedroom wasn't heating because it was very old.

• Nikol (4/5): Zdecydowanie nie polecam tego miejsca. Cena absolutnie nie odpowiada standardowi, a podstawowe warunki higieniczne i kom - Na plus można zaliczyć dobrą lokalizację, bezpłatny parking oraz jacuzzi dostępne od ręki, bez konieczności wcześniejszej rezerwacji. Niestety w pokoju nie ma kontaktów przy łóżku, co jest bardzo niekomfortowe. Klimatyzacja działa tylko po „prośbie” – za każdym razem trzeba było dopominać się o jej doładowanie. Zarówno w łazience, jak i w sypialni unosił się nieprzyjemny zapach. Największym problemem była jednak pościel. Brak poszewek na kołdry, a właścicielka stwierdziła, że możemy je sobie wyprać, jeśli mamy wątpliwości co do czystości. Tylko jak miałyśmy to zrobić, skoro nie miałyśmy pod czym spać? Dodatkowo kołdry były brudne, żółte i wyglądały jak osikane. To absolutnie niedopuszczalne. Kanapa była cała brudna, w bardzo złym stanie. W łazience woda leciała raz ciepła, raz zimna – dwa razy musiałyśmy kąpać się w zimnej wodzie. Kran w umywalce przecieka, co tylko pogarsza sytuację. Dla osób planujących pobyt zimą: okna i drzwi są nieszczelne, przez co bez klimatyzacji w pokoju jest bardzo zimno. Internet działa bardzo słabo, momentami wcale albo się ciągle przełącza. Na koniec kwestia sprzątania — pokoje nie są rzetelnie sprzątane. W komodzie znalazłyśmy skarpetki po poprzednich gościach, co mówi samo za siebie.

The one bad thing that bothered us was the entrance. The stairs were too long and it looked sketchy. We had to go behind the building to get to the stairs. It would have been better if there was a better entrance to the apartment complex.

• Maciej (9/5): - Styczniowa pogoda nie była straszna dla klimatyzacji i w apartamencie było ciepło, Budowa za oknem też nie była uporczywa, bo zaczynała się kiedy nas nie było w pokoju, a kończyła przed przyjazdem. Korzystaliśmy z jacuzzi co było miłym dodatkiem do spęczania czasu. Bliski bezpłatny parking to też atut. Nie było dla nas kłopotem pokonania 3 pięter aby dostać się do apartamentu. A nawet schody były niezłą atrakcją dla dzieci. W pokoju czysto i łatwo utrzymać czystość. Woda gorąca nie była kłopotem. Wygodne główne łóżka były wygodniejsze od dostawki.. Mogłoby być więcej naczyń do gotowania, choć dla nas te które były były w sam raz.

The soap bottle was in fact water !!! The jacuzzi water was dirty too even tho it was corneas during the stay.

• Daria (8/5): - Wszystko w porządku. Blisko plaż i innych restauracji i sklepów. Sklepik na dole bardzo dobrze wyposażony i z dobrymi cenami. Powitanie w lodówce woda i piwka oraz wina czekały, więc miłe zaskoczenie. Dwie łazienki w jednym z naszych apartamentów. Drzwi od naszego apartamentu zamykane na zatrzask, jeżeli ktoś pukał to trzeba było ciągle wstawać i otwierać ponieważ od zewnątrz nie było klamki którą można było nacisnąć i otworzyć drzwi. Przejściówki nie każda działała. Tylko to

• Peryt (9/5): - Lokalizacja i apartament świetne, jeden z lepszym wyborów na Ayia Napa Wszystko było świetne, nie ma na co narzekać
• Sebastian (8/5): Alles ist perfekt, bis auf den Lärm, verursacht durch die benachbarte Werkstatt - Insgesamt sind wir zufrieden. Wohnung groß, schön, gut ausgestattet sauber. Personal äußerst nett, Dankeschön! Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, wenn das Lärmproblem in der Werkstatt gelöst wäre. Es ist nicht die Schuld des Hotels, ich habe das bereits in den Bewertungen gelesen. Direkt unter den Zimmern befindet sich eine Autowerkstatt, die manchmal bis spät in die Nacht einen unbeschreiblichen Lärm macht. Entweder hört man ständig einen Kompressor oder es läuft Musik in Hochzeitslautstärke! Es wird dringend empfohlen, etwas zu unternehmen, bevor Sie Ihre Gäste verlieren.

• Ingrid (10/5): - Velmi strategické místo na hlavní ulici a zároveň všude dochozi vzdálenost. Vzhledem k tomu, že okna jsou na druhou stranu byl klid na spaní. Vypíchnout musím i ochotu personálu a jejich uvítací balíček v lednici 💯‼️🥳.. Bylo to velmi milé, děkujeme. Vše ok, držíme palce, aby se k ubytování chovali slušně hlavně hosté a ubytování zůstalo stále tak krásné jak je. 👌🙏‼️

• Robert (8/5): Czysto, miło i cholernie głośno - Apartament w dobrej lokalizacji, dobrze wyposażony, czysto Hałas! Byliśmy po sezonie więc nawet nie chcę wiedzieć jak jest w primetime. Na dole jest wypożyczalnia kładów i bardzo słychać jak te pojazdy hałasują, obsługa je czyści itp. Niestety buggy i sportowe motocykle z głośnymi wydechami przejeżdżają non stop główną ulicą a to słychać. Wywóz śmieci o porąbanych godzinach i do tego prująca ryje obsługa która wydziera sie taķ że budzi.

• Karyna (10/5): - Гарний вид на море, чисто, залишили привітальну водичку, пиво та вино, було дуже приємно, все розказали то показали, запропонували заселитись раніше, що ми і зробили. Поруч супермаркети, магазини, автобусні зупинки щоб доїхати на всі популярні пляжі, все зручно та доступно. Вода зранку ще не встигала нагрітись від сонячних батарей, але це ми були у жовтні, в цілому можна підлаштуватися під це, тим паче знали заздалегідь, вночі ресторан по сусідству бʼє скло, тому буває гучно, але це недовго, якщо спати з відкритими вікнами тільки чутно

• Lillian (6/5): Fin leilighet innvendig. Sliten bygning utvendig. Sentral beliggenhet - Fin leilighet, stort bad, vaskemaskin. Aircondition både på stue og soverom. Gode senger. Et sett med handduker. Var vin og vannflasker i kjøleskapet ved ankomst. Trivelig personal. Det er selvhushold. Må sørge for rengjøring og tømming av søppel selv. Var vaskeutstyr. Skulle vært kost og støvbrett i leiligheten, ikke måtte bruke det som ble brukt ute i fellesarealet. Kun et sett med handduker, ble ikke skiftet. Utvendig fasade står ikke i stil med leiligheten. • Вероника Моргун (10/5): - Дуже гарне місце для відпочинку, є всі зручності, зустріч неймовірна, ми приїхали в 3.00, але все легко знайшли як попасти в помешкання, і було дуже приємно що нас чекали приємні сюрпризи від господарів, 11 днів пролетіли, як один день, дуже гарно відпочили, джакузі сподобалось!
