• Yi Jun (10/5): Comfortable stay in a beautiful house - 1) the toilet was very clean and comfortable; 2) paula was a very hospitable and friendly host who offered food occasionally 3) the house has a nice swimming pool (it wasn't open) but it could still be used for sunbathing 4) location is quiet and pleasant the bedsheets were slightly rough but that's my personal preference. just be mindful that the single bed is small and if you're bigger (>1.65m) it might be a bit too squeezy, but everything else other than that was perfect

• Ann (10/5): Home from home - Saracini's Homestay was just that! Like staying at home, an authentic Maltese home. The host, Paula, was very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Her home is situated in my favourite part of the island, just a stone's throw from the peaceful San Anton gardens and on the main bus routes to most places of interest. 'Santa Lucia's' cafe opposite was an added bonus! I would definitely recommend staying at Saracini's Homestay. Because of necessary maintence work the pool area was not available, but the weather was not really conducive to sitting out. It is a good sized pool though.

• Artur 🇵🇱 (10/5): I advise everyone to stay :) - Hospitality of miss Paula. Breakfasts are a large portions. Water and hot drinks are always available. Towels, beddings were fresh :) All rooms and hall were clean. I recommend to bring your slippers to not get the floor dirty :)

She washed my clothes (for only €5), gave me to use a beach towel, even made a dinner for me, the traditional Maltese Rabbit Stew. Her whole house is spotlessly clean, the bed was very comfortable and long enough even for tall people (I am 198 cm). There is a direct bus line (214) from the airport to suburb Attard and bus station Warda 2 is only 6 minutes walk to Saracini's Homestay. The location is great since it is in the middle between Walletta and Mdina/Rabat. Busses are very frequent (every 10 minutes) and it takes 20-25 minutes to reach Valletta. N/A I liked everything and I will definitely be Paula's guest when I visit Malta again.

• Reg29 (10/5): Great, clean room in a good Location. - We had a Great stay in Paula‘s guesthouse. Paula was extremely helpful and attentive to our needs and interesting to Chat to. The room was a good size and very comfortable. It was possible to make hot drinks in the room and there was also a fridge. The shared bathroom was just down the corridor and was big and very clean. The breakfast area was nice and breakfast was very good. We got. a very homely feeling staying there. The Bus stop was about 3 minutes Walk away and there were several other Bus stops near by. It took about 20 — 25 minutes with the Bus to reach Valletta. There was a Mini Market about 5 minutes Walk away from the guesthouse. Attard was quiet and beautiful to Walk around. There were also other small Shops and Restaurants near the guesthouse. Everything was great.

• Joseph (9/5): Nice place and staff, make sure you like clean and quiet places. - The house is kept with a pristine condition full of nice well kept items and furniture. Paula was very nice and attentive. She even let me have a couple of special concessions for me to use at her place. Just make sure you follow her rules :p It felt a bit too much all the instructions, rules and indications provided and pasted into the walls. The bathroom at least had 8 different signs on what to do and not to do. Similar things in the rest of the house. But I understand she gets students and young people, and she has a very nice place to keep.

Small supermarket near by has good quality products, if you want even greater selection for a good price PAMA mall is 15-20 min walk. Less crowded, more green area. A bit fat from the center.

• Kramer (9/5): Gute und preiswerte Unterkunft - Die Gastfreundschaft und die Ausstattung von Saracini's Homestay war in jeder Hinsicht gut. Hier ist auch der schöne Swimmingpool im Garten des Hotels zu erwähnen. Obwohl das Hotel in einem ruhigen Vortort (Attard) vom Großraum Valletta liegt, kann man über nahe gelegenen Bushaltestellen und Buslinien Valletta und Mdina bequem und schnell erreichen. Das Ambiente der Herberge war geschmackvoll ausgestattet, immer sauber und das landestypische Frühstück war frisch und mehr als ausreichend. Letztendlich hat die authentische Freundlichkeit der Gastgeberin Paula den Aufenthalt abgerundet. Satacini's Homestead kann ich nur empfehlen, wenn man eine gute, ruhige und landestypischen Aufenthalt sucht. Gerne immer wieder. Nichts, alles war gut.
• Jacqueline (10/5): Entspannter Aufenthalt in ruhiger Lage - Paula war sehr bemüht, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist liebevoll und charmant eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich wie Zuhause. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend. Busse halten in der Nähe. Es gibt 2 Supermärkte und auch ein paar nette Restaurants/Cafés in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Ich komme gerne wieder.

• Ivor (10/5): Exceptional - The entire experience was just wonderful. Everything is very clean and well looking. It is a homestay after all and some people will find it a bit awkward but I prefer it to hotels and empty apartments where you don't have in person contact with the owners. The owners are very kind and you can ask them anything. I liked the small booklet you get in your room as a guide for places to visit, that is very considerate! I will definitely like to come back there if I can and will recommend it further to my friends.

As a child I used to live in Attard and Paola's place was not far from my old house. Paola was helpful and welcoming in every way. Unless you really need to facilities of some grand hotel I would highly recommend a stay here. nothing.

There are a lot of bus stops around Paulas house. So it's easy to go direct to every corner of the island. The breakfast is included in the price with many different options. Paula herself is a great host taking very good care on her guests. Simply loved my stay at her place. If I could I would have stayed a lot longer

Excellent value for money and away from the tourist masses. All locations of the island are accessible by a fully integrated bus service. Several local restaurants and grocery stores a short walk away.. Nothing

• Kryštof (10/5): Very nice homestay - I didn’t expect much from this but I was eventually very happy with my decision to spend my days in Malta at Saracini’s Homestay. Paula was very helpful and kind to me. She lent me many things, we had fine chit-chats and she wanted that my time spent in her house was pleasurable. Her chihuahua dog, Shakira, was also cheerful and welcoming. I had the advantage that I was the only guest during my stay and that may change perspective on some things. The kitchen was well supplied. You can make yourself dinner or lunch without much problem. If you miss something, I believe, Paula would provide you. The dining area was big and quiet. The bedroom of mine had everything you need. There is an AC, enough of store room, and a comfortable bed. There are towels and a bathrobe, too. Paula provided soap and shampoo. There is also a possibility to wash your clothes as there is a washing machine for guests to use. Paula offered me to use her pool so if you come during summer months, that’d be an advantage. The Wi-fi was stable. The pictures of the place correlates with reality. Talking about breakfast that’s included in the price. I basically had my stomach full with the stuff provided and if you miss something, ask Paula, I believe she’d be willing to help, as in my case. If you come to Malta unprepared reguarding of like touristy things, there is a little brochure concluding all the information you need in your bedroom. There are places to see in there, typical food, best sunset views, best beaches etc. I reccommend bringing your own slippers. The floor is from stone and my feet were a little cold. I’d also bring one outlet adapter of my own. You can ask for them, but it would be more comfortable for you to bring one of yours. Next downside is probably the location. The busses were kind of unreliable, but on the other hand, you’ll be accommodated in the center of the island. So Mdina and Dingli Cliffs are not as far away as from Valetta or St. Paul’s Bay.

• Kathrin (10/5): Exceptional - Paula was an amazing host providing everything needed and so much more. The house is amazing and super comfy. Breakfast options are plenty and the house and bathroom are impeccably clean. It is also located very centrally with a lot of different bus stoos nearby so you can reach any destination on a short time. Mosta, rabat, mdina and valletta all within a 10-20 minute bus ride. I'll be sure to come back next time.!

Room, bathroom and shared areas of the house were super clean and equipped with all comforts to spend a week of holiday in Malta. • Smith (10/5): Attard stay. - The Host Paula was very welcoming,the place was spotless! and had a lot of Maltese touches that made it very traditional.There was a lovely pool although I didn't use it as the weather wasn't great but would be perfect for lazing round in the Summer. I felt a bit out of the way as I've never stayed at Attard before but once I knew where the bus stops were it was really easy to get around.

• Jug (10/5): Pleasant, especially for students. - For breakfast there were a lot of options, also some additional food like waffles, pancakes and pop tarts. Paula (the owner) refilled the fridge vigilantly and was over all really sweet and always available when we needed something. Shakira (her chihuahua) was also really sweet.
• James (10/5): Good Value Relaxed B&B - I had a Bed & Breakfast stay in a single room with a fridge and had a shared bathroom, but was fortunate to not share the bathroom with any other guests. The guidance provided verbally, written and as occasional posters was straightforward and easy to follow. I had breakfast most mornings, which was a relaxed self service buffet before going out for the entire day. The evening return to the accommodation was hassle free, I simply used the key safe to access the key for unlocking the front door. I liked the use of CCTV, I think it’s something most people accept as normal; it allows Paula to monitor activity in and around the property. There were the occasional days when I didn’t see Paula, however it was not problem as I had everything I needed and I knew that if needed anything that I could easily call or message her. There is a swimming pool, which I was invited to use, however I was literally only using the accommodation as a place to sleep and have breakfast as I was always out all day. Paula assisted me with my laundry and overall provided an excellent service. During my stay I travelled all across the island by bus, there are a number of bus stops within a short distance of the accommodation. The bus stops have timetables and the Tallinja app allows routes to be planned.

If we’re going to back to Malta one of the main reasons will be this house and its incredible hostess Paula (and Shakira of course). We’re so happy and we recommend you this stay if you want warm comfortable hostel, with good location and best hospitality with very affordable price.
