• Kerrie (8/5): A lovely house and yard for large gatherings in a great location. - The location was terrific, right on the lake and close to town. Because the house is situated around the corner, where access is via the local park road, and the houses are numbered 1, 1A, etc., it was very difficult to locate the entry to the house in the dark, so we had to ring the host to identify the entrance. The kitchen and the main bathroom were very nice but quite dated, and people had to step up and into the spa bath to have a shower, which proved difficult for one of our older guests, so these two areas really need updating. The floorboards in the dining area are either sun-damaged or water-damaged, and the venetian blinds are all bent and twisted, which detracts from the overall perception of the house, so some money needs to be spent here as well. Perhaps plantation shutters would modernise and be more hardy. The first morning, we were not able to have a cup of tea or coffee as there was no milk, biscuits or condiments provided. The pool was heated, but either the heating wasn't working or was not switched on, so we were not able to use the pool as it was quite cool. Also, the property was listed as pet-friendly, but it was only after booking the house that we were told animals were strictly forbidden in the house, but could stay in the locked patio area. Finally, the information about the house also needs to state that you won't have access to the double garage, as a garage is a basic expectation given the price being asked,

• arnold (10/5): Luxurious - House was spacious; well designed and very well fitted out. Location was on the edge of Yarrawonga town but on the banks to Lake Mulwala with great views. Easy walk to Sebel hotel for coffee or drinks. Happy to return to this excellent property. Shower in main bathroom was hard for an adult to use. Low water flow which meant having to stand directly under shower which proved to be impossible due to large spa tap protruding from wall.
• Jaiden (9/5): A very relaxing holiday in a beautiful location with loads of room for the whole family! - The location of the property is fantastic, as well as the space within the house and outdoors too. We can fit our families under one roof and not feel like we're on top of one another. The property is always very clean and the owner is super friendly and approachable! The addition of a newer TV in the outdoor area as the one out there only picks up a handful of channels.

So many things in addition to the normal stuff in the rental house, you feel like home there with everything you could possibly need and even more! Swimming pool wasn’t warm and we didn’t use it. Sauna was not working

Pool, sauna, huge bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen equipment for preparation of the perfect Chrissy lunch! Fully appointed laundry, including ice maker. We had a four families (including children) at the house and it never felt claustrophobic as it has amazing space and out door area. The personal touches we're very thoughtful. We have stayed in a number of properties in this area in the last six or so years and this by far is the best. The owner was very attentive and responsive and made checkin stress free. Will be booking for next year! There was nothing to dislike about this property.
