• Edit (1/5): Don’t stay here. - The location It’s an old building. t’s an old building.The walls are basically cardboard, and you can hear everything from the room next door, to the point where we could even feel the vibration of the other guest’s phone in our room. The pillows are extremely hard. We asked to change them, but they didn’t have any others. Also, you can feel every spring in the mattress. When we arrived, the shower didn’t even have a curtain, so the whole bathroom got wet every time you took a shower. It’s cheap because of the location, and it’s close to Shibuya and Shinjuku stations. There was also confusion about my check-out date. One day before my actual check-out, a girl came to clean the room, so I had to show her my reservation. She kept insisting that I had to leave, until eventually, after speaking with her manager on the phone and through messages, she told me I had to pay extra money for the additional day I was supposedly staying!!! Do yourself a favor and don’t stay here!

• Tomasz (10/5): - Lokalizacja super 5 minut do metra, a zarazem cicho i spokojnie. Łóżka szerokie i wygodne choć na pierwszy rzut oka na takie nie wyglądały. Łazienka mała ale funkcjonalna, mikro kuchnia i super szybkie wi-fi. Polecam.
• Cesario (6/5): Centrale e ben posizionato, ma dentro scomodo e claustrofobico. - Ottima posizione, facile da raggiungere e facile per raggiungere qualunque punto di Tokyo, quartiere tranquillo e poco rumoroso. I cuscini, due per camera, sono duri e alti e ho dovuto comprarne uno dopo un giorno perché non ne avevano altri. I letti sono molto leggeri, quindi si spostano spesso. La casa è minuscola, non c’è l’armadio e abbiamo dovuto aprire un bagaglio per volta e poi metterli sotto al letto. Il bagno è invivibile e stretto (e sono magro e alto 1.70). La cosa peggiore, però, è un vicino di casa (al piano di sopra) particolarmente molesto. A ogni minima chiacchiera o rumore involontario, anche alle 12 o alle 17, prende a cazzotti il muro più volte. È stato molto stressante stare a casa con poco spazio e poca libertà.

• Marco (5/5): Ottima posizione, ma deludente - L'alloggio aveva un'ottima posizione e i dintorni erano davvero tranquilli: si trova vicino a una strada colma di ristoranti e market e a due fermate della metro. La casa è davvero molto piccola, è una stanza con cucinino e letto. Tuttavia il punto debole più grande è sicuramente il bagno, minuscolo e quando abbiamo alloggiato noi era anche senza tenda della doccia. Eravamo già abituati alle dimensioni ridotte degli alloggi giapponesi in quanto abbiamo trascorso 25 giorni in Giappone, ma era davvero tutto molto piccolo. Inoltre il nostro soggiorno è durato OTTO GIORNI e ci sono stati forniti solamente due asciugamani per la doccia (uno a testa) senza la possibilità di lavarlo o farlo asciugare bene dopo essersi lavati.

• Tabares (9/5): Muy buen sitio, en un excelente lugar - La ubicación es excelente, cerca de todo, tiene dos estaciones cercanas y se encuentra en un pasaje comercial, facilidad de adquirir víveres, Se encuentra en un tercer piso y no cuenta con asensor, lo cual es un inconveniente si se viaja con bastante equipaje o si está muy pesado

• Happytraveller (7/5): Nice stay for a few nights, good price with cooking facilities. - Having a hotplate and sink to cook a meal of wagyu beef was great. Large clear umbrella available to use. Large soft pillows. Quiet street. WiFi, Air-conditioner. Not enough kitchen utensils, such as cutting knife, dinner knives. No shower curtain. Bed was good, but a soft overlay on the mattress would make it great as you could feel the round springs.

• Mandana (8/5): Good stay with authentic local feel - Located in a calm neighborhood, with a commercial street not too far with numerous supermarkets/konbinis and restaurants. No tourists around, a very local feel. The room is spacious enough to open luggages and still move around. Owner/manager was very responsible and helpful when we had questions. There is also a washing machine, which is a big plus. Clothes can be dried in the laundry mat close to the apartment. Note that there are stairs, and no elevator, to reach the 1st floor. The building is a bit old, but we already knew it, on a positive note it gives a very authentic feeling. The insulation though was not very good, but there is a heater which warms up the room very quickly. The neighbor though kept banging at either the wall or the floor, which was a bit scary from time to time…and we were very quiet so it was not about us. We thought we wouldn’t be too far from Shinjuku station, but after a long day, or waking up very early we ended up always taking the metro to get our connections at Shinjuku station.
• Larissa C (1/5): Don't bother with this option. - Nothing Everything. The location seemed strange, unsure if I arrived at the right place especially as there was no signage. Could not use the fully paid for service at all due to lack of communication about check in procedure from the owner of the property. I was meant to receive check in information a week prior to my arrival instead I received it l after I had already arrived/waited at the accommodation and then forced to find alternative accommodation due to lack of communication from owner. I was also never provided with information about how to access the room, only a steep set of stairs available. The provider refused to fully refund all monies and admit any wrong doing therefore taking money they didn't deserve.

• Pond (1/5): This is a scam. I was canceled the last minute with no money back. - They canceled me the last minute and I had to pay a lot for an airbnb. Booking.com dosnt talk to anyone so I had to dispute the charge with the credit card. the owner of the property insists that I cancel the booking with booking.com and they would give me the money back. Too fishy and Im convinced that this is a scam. No service from booking.com or booking holdings.

Многие вещи, которые стоят копейки, отсутствовали. Набор посуды- ровно 2 кружки, 2 тарелки, 2 ложки. Нет шторы в ванной. Нет полки в ванной, куда поставить свои уходовые средства. Нет светильников у кровати. Одно полотенца на человека - и для рук, и для ног, и для лица. Нет тряпки вытереть со стола. Матрас продавлен. Здесь я встретила единственный унитаз без подогрева. Вся сантехника из 50-х годов прошлого века. На крышке кастрюли - слой пыли. Люстра сломана. Общение абсолютно не клиентоориентированное.

• Dina (1/5): A nightmare, dishonest owners - The only think that was working It was the TV. On the first night, the bed completely broke because the leg was already broken and held together with duct tape as in the attached photo. The owner told us he would have to order a new bed and it would arrive after we left, so my partner slept on the mattress on the floor. He also asked us if we wanted a refund, which was never received despite being requested twice through Booking. I wouldn't have expected this from a Japanese B&B. Everything was extremely dirty, including the encrusted cups. The bathroom was freezing and the air conditioning didn't work well. The water temperature was cold and kept low by a thermostat with a sign saying not to change the temperature. Also, there was no mirror in the bathroom. We asked the owner and he said they removed it for security reasons. Too bad it was in the Booking photos, so for the whole stay we had no mirror in the room.The windows are old and the balcony one didn't close properly. All in all, I would definitely avoid this place

Air conditioner was clean, which is not common in airbnb, so we did appreciate it a lot. Not much space, but enough to fit in. The window was not transparent, so there was no view. It was cold inside so we had to heat the room every day. It would be great if there was a big mirror in the main room. There are no outlets in bathroom. It would be great to put some more hangers specifically for towels. But in general it was a pleasant stay:)
