• Vincenzo (1/5): Non consigliato. - Nulla Ambiente sporco e disordinato. Se si aspettano ospiti non puoi far vedere l’appartamento in quelle condizioni. Ti organizzi per pulirlo prima dell’arrivo degli ospiti. Ma secondo noi i tappeti non erano stati puliti da molto tempo. Abbiamo deciso di non alloggiare in questo posto, ma hanno voluto lo stesso essere pagati. Volevano che pagassimo cash dicendo che la carta che avevamo dato per la prenotazione non aveva soldi a sufficienza. Ma non era vero. Alla fine abbiamo dovuto pagare in un negozio che non c’entrava nulla la somma con la carta. Si sono accordati tra loro.

• Gina (1/5): Dishonest owner, buyers aware. - Central, “tourist central”, where you get hassled every ten steps. Dishonest owner. The place was double booked. The owner staged a power outage, made up a lie and moved us to a hotel he owns down the street. Trust is the first thing in business, and that trust has been breached, hence the score. Nothing’s wrong with the facility, except a non-functional fridge and uncleaned kettle with tea leaves left from the previous guest, minor compared to the former reason.
• Claudia (10/5): Lovely gem in the heart of Istanbul! - Volkan, the host, was fantastic! He was incredibly attentive and always quick to reply to my WhatsApp messages. He even arranged a discounted visit to an authentic Turkish spa, which was such a lovely experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Istanbul and staying in this apartment. The house is well-equipped and comfortable, featuring a double bed, a single bed, and a large downstairs living room with a sofa bed. The kitchen is modern and includes a dining table, a washing machine, and all the cleaning and washing supplies you might need. There’s also a downstairs toilet and an ensuite bathroom with a spacious shower. We visited during the winter, so we didn’t get to enjoy the beautiful balcony with its stunning views over Istanbul, but I can imagine it’s perfect for summer stays. The location is absolutely amazing. Most of the main attractions, like the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia, were within walking distance. Additionally, there’s a small breakfast provided at a nearby hotel, which was a lovely feature for those mornings when we wanted something quick and easy. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. If you’re looking for a quiet yet very central place in Istanbul, this is an excellent choice. The only slight downside is that it can get a bit noisy at night, and the house doesn’t have proper sound insulation. However, this seems to be common with traditional Turkish houses and didn’t affect our experience too much. We highly recommend this place and would love to come back! -
• Jiří (5/5): Average rating. - Location was perfect. We had a little trouble with breakfast. We waited about 15 min for bread. This can happen when hungry guests eat in front of you. Unfortunately, the fruit in front of us also "disapeared".

• Maria (8/5): Generally the place is decent for the price. I chose perfect apartment hotel nearby but it was $170 a night so we decide - They provide dishwasher tabs and washing machine detergent, tho washing machine doesn’t dry there’s drying rack on the rooftop terrace. Big bed mattress is firm which we like. The small bed mattress is softer. Full kitchen with everything needed to cook. bathroom sink was leaking and water was on the floor. It’s very noisy all day and late night - during the day additionally construction across going on. There’s a local restaurant next and the music and loud voices wouldn’t let you sleep till probably 1am.

• Carol (10/5): Big roomy apartment near all the wonderful sights of Istanbul - The apartment is very roomy and in a great location to see all the sights. The place is very big and has everything you will need, and is organized on four floors so if you have difficulty with stairs this place would be difficult. There is a spiral staircase connecting all four floors. The area is very lively but it is quiet after 10:00 pm.

Everything you need to see is right in that part of town and everything is very close. Volkan, the owner of apartmant, is at on your service 24 hours a day for anything at any time of the day. Hi is always smiling and cheerful. I wil 100% come again and recommend to everyone :) thank you Volkan
• Alexandra (9/5): Superb - We were greeted by the manager, who regretfully had to wait for us for about an hour and a half, becouse we got stuck at traffic on the way from airport. Beutiful 1 bedroom and 1 leaving room apartment, very well equiped with aroof terace. Total of 4 levels (ground - kitchen, above ground - leaving room, second floor - bedfoom, third floor - roof terrace) whole house to ourselves, absolutly private. Dishwasher, laundry machine, kitchen, 2 toilets, neverending hot water, good air-conditioners, wooden floors, carpets in leaving room, quite modern but cozy design. Comfortable beds and pillows. great location in Sultanahmet frenchlike small streets. As from the second day, it's becoming harder to move up and down on the stairways. Firstly it's charming, later on considering you stroll around Istanbul on foot for long time each day, it's getting hard to use the stairs. Dishwasher was full of dirty dishes that were not cleaned before our arrival, and wet towels were left undried in the washing machine. Another important issue, after we booked and booking was confirmed, week before our arrival we got a call from manager of the property, saying they made a mistake in system and the house is not free for our dates. So we booked another hotel, luckily space was still available as it's peak season now. A day after, we got a call saying that all sorted and we can arrive. So we had to cancel the other hotel (good thing it was booked with free cancelation option otherwise it could have been a problem for us). Also, strangly, the manager or the second contact person did not reply to us on check out morning so we had no idea how to act or where to leave the keys. so we had no choice but to leave the keys outside in mailbox and go. Wrote to them several times by what's app, and called but did not get any reply at all. So overall there is a bad feeling of trust issue with the management of this property. Which is too bad, because the property just great.
