• Mirela (1/5): Allt var bra med hotellet väldigt dåligt organiserad med taxi osv - Det var i centrum och lokalt Vi betalde taxi extra. Vi hade redan betalat från flygplatsen till hotellet sedan hotellet till flygplatsen och idag när vi skulle åka 23 maj så kommer en annan taxi chaufför och säger inget är betalt och att vi skulle fått som något bevis/pappret att vi hade betalat och den första taxi chauffören nekar och hotellet med sin engelska gick knappt att kommunicera. Dock fick vi nu när vi var tvungna att betala igen för den andra taxi chaffören pengar inte heller nåt kvitto eller nåt som han påstod att vi behövde. Allting är väldig oprofessionellt.

Smacznie i zdrowo. W pokoju typu studio w wyposażeniu aneksu kuchennego bardzo okrojona ilość szklanek i sztućców.np. brak otwieracza do wina.

• JUDITH (7/5): - Tres bien situé. Déco pourrait être améliorée. La terrasse n’est pas vraiment privée. La séparation avec celle d’à côté est beaucoup trop basse. Mes voisins ont beaucoup profité de leur terrasse jour et nuit (et de façon très sonore) rendant l’accès quasiment impossible pour moi. De leur terrasse ils avaient en plus vue sur ma chambre donc aucune vie privée. Dommage car la vie est très belle.

Pedi cambio de habitación y me dieron una habitación minúscula. Cuando habia contratado una doble. Nadie se hace cargo. Tenia la caja de seguridad en el piso del pequeño placard

• Mykhailo (10/5): Все было отлично, рекомендую отель и приеду снова. Считаю что мне повезло с этим выбором отеля. - Отличный номер на верхнем этаже с большой верандой и шикарным видом. В парковку попадаем на лифте для машин, очень интересный опыт. Место в парковке хватило и достаточно просторно. Завтра был хороший, очень вежливый персонал оставил приятное впечатление. Шикарное месторасположение в дали от толпы туристов и при этом не далеко от главных достопримечательностей.

• sina (8/5): - The room was clean. The front desk people were polite, helpful and friendly. The air conditioning system was still on winter mode and the room wasn't cold enough for sleeping. I opened the window and I was fortunate that the weather in Prague was cold enough to sleep well. It can be a problem for another person.

• Ferenc (3/5): - Közel volt a szállás a Metróhoz,könnyen megközelíthető volt a város bármely pontja.A reggeli megfelelö volt. Sajnos amikor megérkeztünk egy olyan szobát kaptunk amin egy kis ablak volt,semmi fény nem jött be az ablakon ..Nem lehetett kinyitni igy egy áporodot kellemetlen szag volt a szobában . Volt egy tévé felszerelve a falra de csak az egyik ágyból lehetett rálátni,aki a tévével szembeni oldalon feküdt az nem látott semmit ,mivel egy fal volt a tévé előtt .Szerintem ez a szálloda ezért a szobáért nagyon magas árat kért,nem a vendégeknek megfelelő kényelmet biztosított.Próbáltunk másik szobát kérni nem adtak sajnos.A szálloda alkalmazottak nem voltak túlzottan kedvesek,és segítőkészek. A jövőben ebben a szállodában nem szállnék meg. .És nem is ajánlanám egy ismerősömnek. Amikor a szállodát lefoglaltam a fotók ,és leírtak alapján nem azt kaptam amire számítottam.Üdvözlettel:Turcsán Ferenc

• Gergely (4/5): Good located but not good hotel. - Hotel has a very good location and the room was clean. The bathroom has a bath thub with "jacuzzi" function. This hotel offers "Luxury apartments" which really looks like that. But in reality no! My room had big windows wiew to the street, which is amazing but that street below is very noisy. Other way by the description was written "soundproofing". You could hear the steps from above and the cleaning staff slamming the door in the morning. Barely no sleep in 5 days! Other hand there was no window to open, not even a small part of them. There is a ventillation system in the room which works but not properly! This building is weird from the 1990's, completely not in good condition. The breakfast was poor and the bread and pastry was every day dry and old! Not recommend this Hotel to stay in Prague! There are better value in that city.

• Monika (7/5): Hotel okrem lokality nema nic pozitivne! - Lokalita je vyborna a velkost apartmanu To,ze je hotel na krizovatke naznacuje,ze bude pocut hluk z ulice,ale izby su neodhlucnene a pocut vsetko aj z vedlajsich izieb. Zasadne chyba ventilacia na toalete/v celom apartmane nie je moznost otvorenia okna/. V nedelu o 7,50 uz bol pocut hluk z vrtaciek. Ranajky najslabsie ake sme kedy zazili,absolutny nepomer ceny/kvalitny,tento hotel naozaj nikdy viac!

Daily housekeeping. • The room was nice and clean, no bugs or dirt. Clean mattress. • The continental breakfast was nice and good coffee. • Good location plenty of choice for dinner around, and very close to I.P. Pavlova metro. • If you struggle sleeping in hot weather then I would not recommend as the air conditioning did not bring the room below 25ºC. • The WiFi is acceptable on my phone but is extremely slow on my laptop. I had to hotspot the connection for this to work.

Tive 2 reservas para o mesmo dia e ele nao nos ajudou em nada. Por esse motivo, tive que perder uma diária. A Recepção deixa muito a desejar....
