Guest Reviews
- Phuong (9/5): -
- Adam (9/5): Good budget hotel - Great staff, especially Nhu. All of the staff was pretty helpful though. Amazing location. Great value for your money. WiFi was usually pretty good but got occasionally spotty around 8PM. It's a budget hotel so temper your expectations. Don't stay in the M room -- it costs more and has more space, but has a serious noise/light pollution problem. Multiple times guests checking in between 12-1am woke me up and kept me up because you can hear them walking above you. Big no-no. Staff wasn't helpful there. Sometimes you simply get inconsiderate neighbors who are loud. Luck of the draw. M room also has a big problem with mosquitos because the window is broken. Stay on 3rd floor for best results.
- Thu Ha (4/5): Not a quiet room - Short walking distance to Gia Dinh and Ung Buou hospitals so fit my purpose. There are many services around like laundry, hair salon, cafe. Staff was lovely. Bed is comfy. The room I got did not look like the photos in Booking.com. The two rooms I was in were very small, no window, no noise isolation. I could hear every noise from outside. The bathroom door cannot be closed from outside and there is a big hole to connect the AC pipe to the next room, so every conversation from the next room could be heard. Lots of mosquitoes if AC is not on.
- Van (9/5): Good value - Second stay at the hotel, we got the same room as before and it met our expectation. Comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful staff. There were mosquitoes in the room, be sure to close the bathroom windows and asked the staff to spray for mosquitoes.
- Sjoerd (7/5): good value for money in a cozy basic hotel. - staff was super friendly, free wifi works great, and the little streets around the hotel are very cozy and nice for a stroll although the pictures on Booking.com show it i did not realise when booking that the room has no outside windows...
also, there is no breakfast provided, and they only accepted cash payment, no credit card
- Duy (10/5): - Staffs are awesome. Tv dont work sometimes.

- Yazgeldi (7/5): - The lights in the room must be checked and replaced as they are flickering.
The Wi-fi was not easy to connect and was extremely slow.
The partition between the toilet and room must be covered with window or something because it was giving a safe access to the bugs, flies and mosquitoes.

- Strauß (9/5): Decent affordable hotel, clean and modern facilities, hot shower - After reading the other reviews I was a little worried about this place.
But in fact it is actually a very nice, decent hotel for that price. My room (room 403) and also it's bathroom was very clean, in a nice condition and even pretty quiet (which can be hard to find in Ho-Chi-Minh-City).
Also this was one of the rare hotels, where I could take an actually hot shower!
The matress was comfortable, AC powerful and too very loud. Also free water and coffee/tee was provided. While the room was quiet small, in overall I was very satisfied and couldn't find any reason to complain - especially for a price of ~450.000 VND
- Huong (10/5): Exceptional - Staff
- Jodie (8/5): Very good -
- Jonathan (4/5): Disappointing -
- Anh (10/5): Exceptional - Everything good

- Pyi (5/5): It was alright but I wouldn’t go there again. - The bed. The location, The thin pillows, lack of proper facilities, The staff being unable to speak English, the small rooms.

- Ky (7/5): Good -

- Phúc (6/5): Pleasant - The staff were super nice and care for me. They can clean the room much better
- Csracing17 (9/5): Superb -
- Thomas (1/5): Never comeback - Nothing Location, room very bad
- Chou (5/5): Passable - Bathroom is not clean. The bathroom ceiling is broken and dirty
- Dr (10/5): Exceptional -
- Thanh (1/5): this hotel has been downgraded, not as good as when we first stayed - staff was helpful, warm and friendly - The first room that we were allocated in ground floor next to the reception was dirty and filthy as there was a cockroach ran into the room when we just arrived. The room was covered in the odorous smell from the toilet upstair. Bathroom wall was leaking and stained with yellowish colour.
- Then we asked for a room change. There was a dead cockroach lying there when moved up. The head shower was not working properly at all, on and off.
- rooms are not clean, no room services or water topped up at all during the stay (even though daily water topped up was mentioned as the complementary).
- Reasa (7/5): Good -
- Minh (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tâm (8/5): Very good -
- Lau (8/5): Very good - Abit hard to find as it is tucked away in a corner, friendly and helpful staff, and great room for the price. The shower heater could have been warmer, but the cold showers are refreshing for Saigon weather
- Ngọc (4/5): Disappointing -
- Long (9/5): Superb -
- Vy (9/5): Superb -
- Kunam (5/5): Passable -
- My (2/5): The room was dirty and smelly - nothing Bathroom, wall, TV, bed
- Thanh (10/5): Exceptional -
- Chun (1/5): when I booked the room and finished whole process, the app told me that my booking is already accepted, but this hotel sen - nothing everything
- Arun (7/5): Good -
- Uyen (3/5): Poor -
- Nguyễn (8/5): Very good -
- Irena (1/5): False information provided. No hot water, damp room with no windows. - at least spent the night not on the street I needed a room, for 3 hours, not far from the bus station where my bus from Nha Trang was arriving.
I booked a room for one day, and send the message to the property, in advance “I won’t be there during the day, I’ll arrive at night.” I asked if the reception would work so that there would be no problems (I had such problems in Vietnam and more than once, if it says that the reception works 24 hours, it does not mean that it really works). So, I waited for the answer “yes, we work, no problem”.
The next day, after a 9 hours of an intercity bus, I arrive at the hotel, where I am not expected. I show the booking number but the receptionist tells me that they don't check in that late. Further he said that there are no rooms.
After some time of scolding, the receptionist found me a room where to sleep.
I had 3 hours before my next trip. I couldn't sleep, there was terribly cold, and no appropriate blanket. Three hours later, when I was about to leave, and decided to take a shower, I found that there is no hot water either.
- Peash (5/5): Passable -
- Ricardo (4/5): You get what ypu pay for - They had a menu, but there was nothing available, no food or drinks. I mean they had warm water bottles dow stairs, but thats it. They tactics they use to get you there are questionable. It said like 205,000 vnd but when i get there they said "that deal is for 2 hours" so i got the full night, because i was already there. I asked for a late checkout and they said 50,000 per hour extra, which made me think, why the 200k "deal" online, if its ok 50k an hour.
- Nam (3/5): Poor -
- Robert (2/5): Friendly stuff but dirty, dark and stinky rooms - nothing Very dirty, the pictures of the rooms from the advertisement for this hotel are fake. Not shiny, big and nice. Dirty, dark and stinky dirty. Sorry to say that because the stuff was quite friendly
- Tunnoh (8/5): Very good -
- Marina (1/5): bad - The lowest review I’ve given before is 7 they tried to charge us more saying that the room we booked wasn’t available and that we had to wait even though it was 9pm for our room. no soap. but had cgood confoms
- Nguyen (8/5): Very good -
- Nguyen (6/5): Pleasant -
- Sathish (5/5): ok ok - good staff…. the location of this hotel is scary at night times…
- Liam (7/5): Good - room doesn’t look and smell clean. there was neighbour karaokeing until 11pm and i could hear it in my room.
but well for the price it kinda makes sense
