• Philippa (9/5): Lovely apartment - The location was close to the high street, especially if you hire a bike from one of the local hire companies. It was also convenient to get to the next town. Staff are attentive, contacting me before and during the stay. They arranged my local airport taxis and offered local advice. The views across the salt lake and mountains from the upper apartments are stunning. Security is good also, I was comfortable staying here as a single traveller Ideally a brush and cleaning products would have been helpful to use mid stay but that's a small point. I want in the apartment a much as I was enjoying the local area
• Kalliopi (10/5): Άψογη φιλοξενία - Ο χώρος ξεπέρασε τις προσδοκίες μου, ήταν άνετος με όμορφη διακόσμηση και πλήρως εξοπλισμένος με βασικά αγαθά. Εξαιρετική πινελιά το ότι είχε στο κουζινάκι ότι θα μπορούσα να χρειαστώ. Η περιοχή πολύ ήσυχη. Η επικοινωνία με τον ιδιοκτήτη ήταν εξαιρετική και παρόλο που έκανα κράτηση τελευταία στιγμή εκτός εποχής μου ετοίμασε ένα δωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι.
• Vanessa (10/5): Top Unterkunft- Ich würde hier immer wieder buchen! - Ich war 3 Wochen hier untergebracht und hatte keinen Tag Heimweh. Jiannis ist ein mega Host und Gastgeber. Das Appartement war sauber es hat nix gefehlt. Ich hatte sogar Wein, Saft, Wasser, Trauben und Sandwich + Wurst/Käse im Kühlschrank. Handtücher und Bettwäsche werden gewechselt und das nicht weil ich darum gebeten habe sondern weil Jiannis nachfragt 🫶🏼. Das Appartement hat alles was du brauchst. Geschirr, Kochgeschirr, Herdplatte, Sandwichmaker, Küchentücher, Waschmaschine, Klimaanlage, Bügeleisen, Föhn, Safe, alles da. Fernseher hat Appfunktion so konnte ich meine Serien schauen :). Ich hab von 3 Wochen, 1 Woche gearbeitet im Homeoffice, Internet stabil. Jiannis gibt dir Tipps wenn du fragst und hilft wo er kann. Ich habe gleich am 1. Tag meinen Schlüssel verloren 🤦🏻‍♀️ was mir extrem peinlich war, aber Jiannis hat souverän reagiert und alles für mich erledigt. Die Lage ist super in Tigaki, nicht weit vom Stadtkern, nähe zum Strand, Salzsee und Flamingobeach. Nach Kos Stadt mit dem Auto 15-20 min., zum Flughafen 15 min., nach Kefalos 30 min. Parkplatz vorhanden. Ohne Auto, Bushaltestelle in der nähe zu Fuß zu erreichen. Bäckerei und Supermarkt in der Nähe. Also mir hat nix gefehlt, hab mich wie zu Hause gefühlt und wollte nicht mehr weg. Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen!!! Ich komm wieder. Danke Jiannis 🫶🏼 Also ich habe nichts zu kritisieren. Das einzige was manche vielleicht stören könnte sind die Hühner die einfach in der Umgebung wohnen, die können morgens schon mal krach machen. Aber wenn die Türen zu macht ist alles gut. Aber das ist keine Kritik, ich fands witzig.

• pifferina (10/5): - La facilità del check in e check out, la pulizia e soprattutto la disponibilità e gentilezza del padrone di casa che ci ha assistito in tutto. Nel frigorifero poi c'erano bevande, frutta, pane e formaggio. Il bagno era dotato di shampoo e bagnoschiuma nuovi. Anche in cucina c'erano capsule per caffè, the e biscotti. Veramente un'ottima accoglienza. Lo consiglio vivamente!!!!
• Dirk (10/5): Man kann ankommen und Urlaub machen. - Alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Sogar Kaffee, Waschpulver Duschbad Fön was zu essen was zu trinken wie Wasser und Bier. Nichts
• Dan (8/5): Decent at a very good price - If you want luxury and expect top conditions then this is definetly NOT for you. But if you want a decent space at a very good price with all the basic things that you need(air conditioning, tv with youtube, fridge, washing machine, bathroom shower gel and shampoo) then it’s for you. If you don’t have a car you have to walk to center Tigaki about 15 minutes(for all the greek islands I recommend renting a car/scooter/atv or some kind of transportation different from the buses). The owner is a very very nice guy and you can talk with him about everything. There are some roosters in the back of the house that will sing every single morning and by morning i mean 4, 5, 6 am. the property is situated along a road and cars pass by so if you’re sensitive to sounds you might want to take this into consideration.

• Beatrice (4/5): Non ci tornerei assolutamente… - Le foto non corrispondono assolutamente alla realtà della struttura… non centrale, su strada periferica di passaggio a più di 1 km dal centro, arredi vecchi, pulizia discutibile… il retro della struttura è completamente abbandonato e sporco… pensare di stendere i vestiti li’ è qualcosa di inaccettabile…non abbiamo neanche aperto la finestra …. Il letto è l’unica cosa “moderna e ben tenuta”…. Per fortuna…. Il bagno è piccolo, vecchio e assolutamente inadeguato … Non posso davvero dare una votazione che si avvicini alla sufficienza…forse 4 e’ anche molto… detto sinceramente…. Unica nota positiva forse il titolare , che comunque si è dimostrato disponibile … Siamo rimasti una sola notte e alle 6 di mattina siamo andati via….
• Vladimiro (10/5): Perfetto!!! - Tutto! Tranquillo,pulito, vista meravigliosa sul lago salato e sul mare. La sera un bellissimo tramonto. Il proprietario è super gentile, premuroso, appartamento completo di cibo, acqua e set x il bagno. Niente.
• Oliver (9/5): - Das Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet, man hat alles um sich selbst zu versorgen. Der Bus nach Kos hält direkt vor der Haustür, bis zum Strand ist es auch nicht allzu weit (ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß). Der Kühlschrank war bei der Ankunft schon mit dem Nötigsten gefüllt - das hatte ich tatsächlich noch nie! Das Apartment ist auch sehr sauber und ruhig gelegen. Die Terasse hinten heraus war nicht so toll, der Boden war recht staubig und man sitzt im Prinzip direkt vor einer Wand.

The house is surrounded by blooming roses and shrubs, with the scent of mint and the salty breeze from the nearby lake filling the air. Here, time seems to slow down. Inside, absolutely everything you need and more is thoughtfully prepared. Spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable, and amazingly – not a single mosquito or fly! The layout of the apartments offers complete privacy – during two weeks we never saw or heard neighbors, even though the place was fully booked. If you are lucky enough to book this home, fortune has truly smiled upon you. Our holiday was one of the best of our lives. On this small island, everything is magical: crystal-clear sea, a stunning salt lake, a unique thermal spring at the foot of a volcano where you can meet friendly mountain goats and feed them fresh basil. We visited the ancient Asklepion – the sacred site of the first doctors, wandered through the mountain village of Zia, enjoying breathtaking sunsets and the scent of pine trees, stood under the legendary Tree of Hippocrates, and had so much fun at the nearby waterpark. But above all, we are grateful for the incredible kindness and care of our host, Yannis. He made us feel not just guests, but truly part of this wonderful place. His warmth and attention surrounded us throughout our stay, giving us a sense of safety and happiness. Yannis is the soul of this home. We leave with deep gratitude, a piece of our hearts left in Tigaki, and a dream to return to this paradise on the homeland of Hippocrates, where the sea, mountains, and people truly heal the soul.”
• Davide (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was absolutely perfect! The apartment was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and well-located. But what truly made the difference was our host, Jiannis. He was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always available to help with anything we needed. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel at home and provided us with great recommendations for places to visit and eat. His warmth and hospitality made our stay even more special. Thank you Jiannis — we would definitely come back!
• Charles (10/5): Great place - Jiannis was an excellent communicator, speedy to reply, and couldn't have been more helpful. The room was just what I wanted, and I slept super well in my bed. • Suzanna (10/5): Absolutely lovely - The appartment was absolutely lovely. It was so cute, so relaxing, very nicely decorated. The terrace is amazing. Great location for pretty sunset.. Contact with the owner throughout my stay was also good. Would 100% recommend. Nothing. I cant wait to come back.
• F. (10/5): Exceptional - The sleeping area was very bright and nicely decorated. A very nice view from the balcony. Everything you need is there. The owner is very friendly and helpful. It was nice and pleasant to stay here. It's a relatively quite place, near the tourist area. Sometimes i could hear that but it wasn't annoying. The bed was firm and comfortable. Good AC, not noisy. In the kitchen there is a sleeping couch so I suppose more people could sleep there. It can get very warm there so it would be a good idea to cool the area with the AC and leave the connected door open. Or maybe a fan or a smal AC would be handy is you would like to close the connecting door The shower is small, not a problem for me but if you are a person that needs more space you have to get a bit creative. If you are with the car it is easy to park. The exit from the highway to Tigaki is not very clear so be mindful for that. I found it easier to navigate to the big supermarket bevatte that exit was more clear. I really enjoyed my stay here!
