Rien d exceptionnel au final - Le cadre est magnifique, le jacuzzi est très bien et très chaud après une journée de randonnée sous la pluie très appréciable! - beaucoup beaucoup de bruit au niveau des chambres standard , mauvaise insonorisation : on entend parfaitement la chambre d à côté, les gens parler au restaurant qui est en dessous, les femmes de ménage le matin à 6h30! On a eu droit un soir à une soirée karaoké jusqu’à 22h - restaurant mauvais - petit déjeuner moyen - les fenêtres donnent sur le couloir principal - douche pas terrible ( faible pression d eau)

Fanny (10/5): Lune de miel inoubliable dans ce lieu unique. - À 4km du centre de Jardin, cet hôtel est un réel dépaysement pour se ressourcer en pleine nature. Les chambres se trouvent tout autour du lac. Entre fleurs, oiseaux et montagnes. Le personnel est charmant et aux petits soins. Le déjeuner est succulent et généreux! Il y a un espace avec 2 jacuzzis et une piscine qui permettent de se détendre si le temps le permet. L’hôtel est plus cher que d’autres proposés sur Jardin mais son offre justifie bien le prix. On aurait voulu y rester quelques nuits de plus! C’est un réel coup de cœur. On peut pêcher dans le lac et déguster ses poissons, c’est assez drôle. Tout était parfait.

Veronica (2/5): - Absolutely a terrible experience. We had paid $200 for our room, they gave us the most compact room sitting on top of the kitchen. After $80, we got an upgrade. No warm water, the remote control had no batteries, we couldn't watch a movie, no phone in the room, raining outside, we couldn't place an order for room service. No customer service whatsoever. The decor was tacky, having a land full of beautiful plants, having plastic plants all over was an eye sore. Will not come back.

Raul (5/5): Make sure you ask any questions before booking - Good getaway location Descriptions of rooms were not true. List rooms as having hot tubs that were none existent. When mentioned this was informed that none of the rooms had hot tubs, when showed them videos of said room and their rooms descriptions they backpedaled and said room with hot tub was occupied, but that they had one available. Didn’t responded when I asked why they had just told me rooms didn’t have hot tubs and now there were some that had them Also the were building a new lot right next to our cabin, so at 8am sharp the banging started.
Cinthia (6/5): Pleasant - The view ,the landscape , the colors, the lake, the lobby 🧡the food was really good and the staff was very friendly. The bed was too small . And they would not let you use the pool or jacuzzi until 10:00 am Witch it wasn’t good because we wanted to enjoy it early in the morning before going in our tour. But it wasn’t possible. 10:00 AM was way too late to open a jacuzzi. Other than that. The place was very beautiful.
Andalee (9/5): Superb - The hotel was magical! It is very beautiful and the views are stunning. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are beautiful and comfortable! The pools and bar have an amazing mountain view, it’s very hard to feel unhappy staying at this hotel! The shower in my room didn’t stay hot for too long but it didn’t go completely cold and was still okay to shower in.
