• Emily (3/5): There is NO PARKING with this apartment - There is a small kitchen, coffee maker, and microwave. The air-conditioning and Wi-Fi were good. The host Roberto was condescending and abrupt. His initial message was “you didn't provide an arrival time for tomorrow's check-in.” When we asked about parking which he had said was available in the posting, he said that we were arriving too late to arrange this at 8 PM. However, he had not said anything about this before that time. Some advanced communication about parking would have been appreciated. When we arrived, the loudspeaker screeched out something about the second floor and “ by the elevator,” then seemed upset when we could not find the apartment and said that he had told us to come up the elevator. Also, there is not parking with the apartment. There is a paid parking lot down the street that you can use for $15-20 per day if you arrive before 8 PM. There were not Linens on the second bed. We did find some in the cupboard, but we had to put them on ourselves. The apartment is located in a side alley and Is Somewhat dark, but is spacious. We asked him to show us how to use the washing machine and he essentially just said that you push the button. We really struggle to use it, ran it twice, but it did not seem to spin efficiently, and the clothes came out sopping wet, despite doing another spin cycle. There was coffee left in the coffee maker. The cleaning was fairly good but could be improved.

• Renate (9/5): Super, wenn man wie wir lieber eine Wohnung als ein Hotelzimmer hat, aber zum Essen ausgeht. - Sehr gutes Bett, freundlicher hilfsbereiter Vermieter, gute Lage inkl. vorbestellter Parkplatz (hier kann man direkt ZTL Tickets kaufen) Durch das verwinkelte Gebäude und die enge Gasse ist die Wohnung ziemlich dunkel. Für zimperliche Fahrer ist der Parkplatz ungeeignet. Für uns völlig ok.

• Ana (9/5): Odličan smještaj - Stan je u samom centru, ne znam što može biti toliko u centru, a da imam parking na 50m. Za doći na parking je uska uličica, ali auto ide sasvim normalno. Domačin odličan. Objekat odličan. Mišljenja sam da osoba koja čisti ne provjerava suđe. Posuđe je bilo dosta masno i onako prašnjavo. Doručak smo jeli u apartmanu i prije korištenja smo morali dobro oprati suđe. Eto možda samo na to pripaziti.
• Katja (8/5): - Een fijn appartement midden in de bruisende stad. Omdat het aan een smalle staat op een bovenverdieping us, is het er rustig. Perfecte uitvalsbasis om de stad te verkennen. Bij aankomst zijn we perfect ontvangen door Roberto, hij was ook altijd per app bereikbaar. De auto kan vlakbij op een bewaakt parkeerterrein staan, 15,- per dag. De weg erheen is wel door de smalle straat, maar het past! Eigenlijk niets

• Ingrid (8/5): A comfortable, well located property from which to explore the centre of Palermo - The apartment was very well located. Central and close to all the main sights in the old city centre yet set back in a quiet street and private courtyard. It was very comfortable for three people and equipped with everything we needed. The offer of a transfer from airport to property was very welcome as we arrived pretty late.
