- Hayley (4/5): - The location was perfect for tube bus and shops Very noisey road with ambulances at all hours and only single glazing very unclean and unsafe light switchs ect with doors missing rubbish and dirt left in cubords at over 115 per night it was not at an acceptable state
- Joanna (1/5): - Location the windows are leaking and it's terribly cold and I'm terribly cold, and the kitchen smells of rotten eggs, it's so terribly unbearable. Everywhere is dirty and someone left a smelly and dirty mop in the bathroom. The location is nice, but the rest would be worth investing in tightness of the windows or replacing and generally refreshing the apartment.also that you had to pick up the keys after the trip, there should have been a key box installed and you didn't have to go especially far to get the keys, so this is another minus more information
- Vesna (5/5): - Its close to the bus station and underground and the apartment was warm It was not cleaned good in quite a while, also the pots and pens are in need of new ones, the lights swithes are sticking out of the wall and you can see the whires…

- BC (3/5): - Location was convenient for us but the facilities provided by hotel was very disappointing. Not satisfied at all. No cleanliness, everywhere dust particles, there was no door in Master bedroom, lacking of kitchen stuff , late response from hotel manager and not satisfactory results. Specially toilet was very poor condition and was very difficult to flush. Shower head and pipe was leaking. We couldn't get satisfied at all.

- maria (1/5): Disgusting - Disgusting. This place hasn’t been cleaned in years. Last night my husband was bitten by something — we thought maybe it was nothing. Today, morning at 5 a.m., I woke up covered in bites. I believe these are bedbugs.
The windows are so bad that you cannot sleep at night because of the noise from outside.
Avoid this place

- Kacey (4/5): Disappointing - I like the comfort of the beds and how spacious it was in the apartment The apartment wasn't prepared to accommodate 3 people which is what I booked the apartment for which is very disappointing. Some of the lights were either shattered or broken which was also disappointing. Windows were dirty. Just overall very disappointing.
- Chelsey (1/5): The property I originally booked was under refurbishment so they put us in another one we went for a concert all the way - Nothing Everything
- Qurat (6/5): Pleasant -
- Happiness (1/5): Bad -
- Hiller (8/5): i was happy - location perfect all facilities available but rubbish in bedside draws
- Mattia (1/5): disgusting - One of the most disappointing stays since I live here back to 2017 Dirty, bad condictions overall of walls and rooms, broken chairs in the dining room, disgusting pans in the kitchen and no cutlery at all dirty over, blook on the bed sheets and haird as they have not been changed. in a few words: terrible stay.
- Sharron (3/5): Poor - That the location was ok for us The place was dirty.. beds were uncomfortable mould on the window frames .. paint peeling off the walls ... No knives or forks one glass two cups dirty pots and pans ... The place was disgusting
- Roger (7/5): Good -
- Chris (2/5): Very poor -
- Pete (4/5): Disappointing - Being stood waiting for access
- Pete (5/5): Convenient - Local to all amenities Hassle with phone calls to get access
- Skog (1/5): Horrible stay - Met at agreed time to get keys, but apartment was not ready to be taken over. There was a boiler issue which was agreed to be fixed, but they did not manage to fix it the entire weekend. Options offered were unsuitable and host was very rude and got angry over the phone. Never met such inhospitable and unprofessional people in my life.
The apartment was dirty, kitchen awful and unsafe cabling in the bathroom.
I do not recommend anyone staying here.
- Luis (1/5): Do not do it - Norhing The appartment smells really bad
Garbage outside (where plants should be)
People urinates in the building and our room was half below the ground level
Backdoor do not have a secure way to lock them
Window in kitchen does not have glass is just covered with paper/fabric
Really dirty curtains, weak chairs in living room, wires all over the place in master bedroom
Nobody ahould stay there
- Andy (9/5): Excellent place to stay in london
3 miles to Westminster and london eye
Close to tube station & shop - Glasses
Toaster
Kettle
Shower
Comfy beds
Good size Old decor but thats being piccy
I think if the place was freshly painted it would look even better
- Patrick (9/5): excellent facilities in great location -
- Teresa (4/5): Disappointing - On main road. Very noisy. Poorly equiped
- Jo (7/5): Had a great time but the apartment needs some love & attention! - The location was perfect (we were heading to Hammersmith Apollo). Someone met us with the keys, had call a number & wait 10 minutes but that was fine. It is easy to find & there are shops nearby.
There were 3 bedrooms (with TVs) to choose from & luckily one room had a really comfy bed & they all had clean bedding & a towel & shower gel. No sofa/TV area but a room with table & chairs & access to the back for a crafty cigarette! There was a kitchen & a really nice fridge freezer which we used. Was hot weather so being a ground/basement apartment was handy to stay cool. The floors & kitchen were really really dirty, i am not a clean freak but had to wear my flip flops everywhere as my feet went black when we first arrived! The poor boiler is over running constantly, not working properly, so hot water was hard work but got some in the end. (I'm sure it would be cheaper to fix it than leave it to overrun.)
Oven fan didn't work (didn't use/try oven only the hob which was fine)
No glasses to drink from & only 2 dirty mugs (i cleaned them, even lip drips still on them!) & another broken one. Hardly any cutlery but we made do, plenty of cooking implements though!
Was going to iron my outfit but couldn't find the iron, only a board, not so important but does state there is one on Booking.com.
The chairs around the table were mostly wobbly so was a bit scared one may break. There are also a good few light bulbs not working.
Glad we didn't go with other people as it wouldn't have been ok but as only 2 of us, was fine.
All of this sounds awful but i feel the owners need to know & do something about it as it could be a great apartment.
- Amy (5/5): Passable - The toilet light didn't work and the beds were very uncomfortable.
- Anonymous (1/5): Bad -
- Kayte (4/5): Disappointing -
- Andrew (1/5): Taking them to court to reclaim my losses. - I contacted the property to cancel when I read about the RAT issues on other reviews. They refused to refund me, despite booking com agreeing that they should. They refused so it will now be going to court. RATS Who would rent our an apartment with RATS inside?
- Keith (1/5): Disgusting - Location was very noisy Decent beds shower could do with replacing and over all could do with a good clean and locks on the windows as there was coat hangers keeping it closed, there was a rat in the kitchen bin and rat dropping behind the bin
- Micheil (1/5): did not dirty and shabby - nothing dirty, rats outside, total cutlery one dirty plastic wine glass. beds bad. could not sleep there we left sadly lost our deposit. I am sure many have walked out. you should not have these premises on your website
- Leslie (2/5): Very poor -
- Steve (3/5): Poor - Rats, Coldwater, extension leads, filthiness. Play.
- Agnieszka (1/5): Bad - We were pleased with the location, we had a nice walk to town. We basically just had breakfasts and were sleeping there. There was no cutlery, furniture and equipment was in terrible condition, we had to buy something to clean as the place was... to put it nicely- very dirty. Thankfully the bed sheets and towels were changed between the guests, but I don't think anyone cleans this place between stays.
Absolutely wasted potential.
- Diana (1/5): Bad - The property was really dirty and disguising. I think the worse accomodation I be ever had. It was really noisy over the night and I couldn't sleep at all. The kitchen was poorly cleaned. The walls and ceilings had various stains. The smell was bad. I would never recommend or come back again to such a property. Besides, when we came in, the light was turned off from the central panel and no one gave us related instructions. Sad experience overall.
- Louis (1/5): An unhygienic place to lay our heads, luckily we spent most of our time outside visiting London. - 15min walk from Hammersmith Underground station. The flat has everything you could need amenity wise, but in a very poor and dirty/unhygienic state. It looked like someone had tried to kick off every door, burn marks on tables, the handle for the bathroom didn't work meaning it needed someone to help you get out, the first bedroom didn't even have a lock on the window that gave onto the street meaning anyone outside could have gotten in, the fridge was full of standing water and stains I had to clean, I had to clean splash backs on the toilet (I actually went to the local Sainsburys and bought cleaning supplies and air freshener on arrival to make the place habitable for 2 nights!), and there are rats in the flat (they ate the food we left out on the counter). I tried to explain to the host and he didn't give a damn.
- Bishnu (8/5): Very good - I like the Appartment, it's worth it!❤ The bed sheet, quilt cover wasn't clean properly...
- Matthew (1/5): barley liveable - other than it being a lot bigger than we thought it was really hard too like for a start there was rats inside the walls floors and in the kitchens, the water pressure for the toilet was terrible, there was no cutlery and the little cutlery we did have was still dirty, above the cooker was covered in grease, the kitchen smelt like a hamster cage, towels where somewhat dirty, no windows couldn’t even be locked, there where cobwebs in every corner imaginable and too finish it off they where late too checking us in by about 40 mins so all round terrible experience
- Neil (1/5): If you want a squat or crack den experience it would meet your expectations - DO NOT STAY HERE - Nothing at all - my advice would be to everyone DO NOT STAY HERE under any circumstances - it is dirty and unsafe and a disgrace. No one was at the proporty to meet us at the agreed time and took 40 mins to arrive. Was told that the person coming with key was at property when thy were still 5 mins away. DO NOT stay here. Despite informing the company twice that our arrival would be between 5 and 5.30pm - and being told that after 5.30pm would mean we had to collect the keys from another location we arrived at 4.55pm and waited till 5. It was about 5oC and quite windy stood on the pavement. At 5.05 I called to be told they would send someone with the key and it would take 10 mins - after many calls we got into the property at 5.40. Unfortunately the accommodation was worse than standing freezing on the pavement - the whole place was dirty and all doors clearly damaged so the locks did not work, also the window in the first bedroom, (at ground floor) could not be locked and so security was zero - both for our belongings and us.
- Leon (1/5): dismal stay in a dingy hole with no recompense from the owner, - not much to like really, very outdated. the beds weren’t that bad but that was about it where to start. dirty, smelly. Grime around the bin, the walls, there was blood on one window, every door had its latch broken, the boiler didn’t work. looked like the floors hadn’t been cleaned or hoovered, and and dust and grime everywhere.
lights with electrics exposed.
in all my time staying away I have never been offered somewhere this horrible.
- Ry (1/5): Broken Electric Sockets nearly killed us! - Leaving Everything. It was filthy. The wooden floors hadnt been hovered or mopped. Upon entry there was two huge bags of dirty linen that stank to high heaven. Everything in the kitchen was covered in grease. No cups or cutelry was provided and what pots and pans were there were you guessed it... Covered in grease!
One entire kitchen island moved if you leaned against it. There was a rancid mop and a pair of crutches hidden behind the fridge.
Two plug sockets were hanging off the walls. Which gave me and my friend an electric shock. Booking gave us 25 as an apology. Lol
The bedding and towels were gross. Even the clean ones we found in a cupboard inside sealed bags were crawling with some kind of bugs. We slept in our clothes lol. And happily left. Vile and ill looked after. One of the internal windows had a bin bag on it.
Shame as the actual apartments lovely and the lay out is charming but AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
- Mikeyblue (2/5): Very poor - Well on the day we arrived we got informed that this place wasn't available and that we wouldn't be able to get into the place till the following day. They said they would but us in a 2 bedroom apartments which wasn't the case at all its was a 1 bedroom apartment with another bed in the living room.
- Sheehan (7/5): Good -
- Sean (6/5): Pleasant -
- Spn2015 (1/5): I wouldn't leave a animal here for the night! - • Self checkout - leave keys on the table in the flat before leaving.
• All bedding was clean on our booking, I checked all beds after seeing a previous review.
• Good WiFi Be aware the photos on here are not very accurate & I wish I could have added ALL my photos to this review.
I knew it was going to be bad from previous reviews but it was VERY bad.
This apartment is a ground floor/basement flat that you have to go up and down a small set of stairs.
So this apartment consists of the following..
• 3 bedrooms
• Small bathroom with a shower cubicle, toilet and sink.
• small kitchen that STINKS of mould and damp and very little in the way of pots and plates.
And final room is a small room with a dining table in it that will seat 5 people.
This apartment has a TV in all 3 bedrooms but x2 don't work as either wrong remote controls or there is an issue with them. And 1 isn't great for channels.
All have indoor ariels but the 1 TV that does work it doesn't do a whole lot for it.
When first walked in here, it was hot and absolutely stank of cigarettes
There is a back door that can be opened to air the place and some windows can open.
If your planning on actually sleeping here, think again.
Buses pass this apartment about every 2 minutes and they run very late into the night.
There is a flight path to Heathrow overhead so low planes flying over regularly.
There are neighbours upstairs and nothing heard all afternoon until it got late and then it sounded like an elephant was walking upstairs.
Banging and shouting right up to 4am in the morning.
The nicer of the 3 bedrooms, the first one backs onto the lobby/enterence so can hear everything when people enter and exit the building.
Doesn't feel very secure with front door as a lot of glass in it that could be smashed to gain entry even with the 1 yale lock and 2 bolts on the inside.
- Emma (1/5): DO NOT BOOK!!! - Nothing! We had to wait 45 minutes for someone to meet us with the keys, even though we’d given an hours warning on when we would be arriving. We were offered no apology.
The apartment smelt horrible, everywhere was dirty and there were fruit flies in the bed. The whole apartment is damaged and generally very very unpleasant.
I would never return, even if they paid me!
- Abdelrahman (7/5): Good -
- Peter (8/5): Very good - Cheap and cheerful. The mattresses were kind of ruined and need replacing
- Jaime (1/5): Disgusting apartment - Nothing, disgusting The apartment was an absolute mess.
We did not have hot water nor heat.
The service was really nad. Do not come here
- Roberto (10/5): Exceptional -
- Dora (2/5): Very poor -
- Thang (4/5): Disappointing -
- Jon (2/5): Please do not stay here - Location I didn't like anything it was all broken including the beds there were pugs hanging of the wall it was extremely dirty the tv didn't work
- Kurt (8/5): Very good - the windows are old, so outside sounds like sirens and mopeds are frequent through the night.
- Liz (6/5): Pleasant -
