- Quynh (1/5): Mất an toàn, dịch vụ kém, không đủ tiêu chuẩn vệ sinh an toàn cho dịch vụ lưu trú - Sẵn chỗ ăn dưới sảnh Mùi thức ăn tràn vào trong phòng, tolet dơ, không có bản chải đánh răng, phòng gia đình chỉ có 1 khăn tắm. Tại địa điểm nghỉ không có bảo vệ, không nhân viên trực dịch vụ lưu trú, sáng dậy thấy khoá cửa, khoá rào xung quanh, gọi điện cho chủ không nghe máy. Với điểm như vầy không đúng tiêu chuẩn để kinh doanh dịch vụ lưu trú. Đề nghị booking gỡ hợp tác. Chúng tôi sẽ có thông tin đến chính quyền địa phương về vấn đề này.
