• Ilie (4/5): - Locatia este buna si apropierea de mall e un mare plus. Foarte util faptul ca sunt parcari disponibile in zona. Curatenia lasa extrem de mult de dorit, iar prosoapele miroseau urat. Nu a fost deloc apa calda (desi stiu ca asta nu depinde de proprietar)...

• Camelia (1/5): Atitudine execrabila - N/A Comunicare foarte proasta cu proprietarul, camera nu a fost gata la ora de check-in si nici nu a fost capabil sa-mi spuna cand va fi gata. Aveam nevoie de cazare inainte de o programare la medic, iar pentru a intarzia cat mai putin a trebuit sa mai iau o camera altundeva. Proprietarul a refuzat restituirea banilor si anularea cazarii. A indraznit sa-mi spuna ca am o atitudine nepotrivita pentru faptul ca intrebam cand va fi camera gata. Dupa mai mult de 2 ore de asteptare in parcare (care nu este a lui asa cum pretinde in anunt), a trebuit sa plec sa rezolv treburile pentru care venisem. Nu recomand sub nicio forma si in nicio circumstanta acest proprietar!

• Sandor (1/5): Groaznic - Lipsa curățeniei, a apei calde și a bunului simț din partea proprietarului primează. Pereți murdari, mobila ruptă și geamuri pline de excremente ale porumbeilor, coșul de gunoi negolit, prosoapele galbene, miros îngrozitor în interiorul locuinței, aragazul murdar .. Atitudinea proprietarului față de mine, absolut nepăsătoare! Nu recomand, nu merită să plătești bani pentru asemenea condiții!

Plates, glasses, cups, utensils, fridge coffee machine included in rental, great for eating a basic meal Missing essentials like a microwave, kettle, cooking pans, hand soap and dish soap. Shower needs a curtain, water goes everywhere without it.

• Lavinia (10/5): - Apartamentul este foarte bine poziționat, chiar lângă ParkLake, într-o zonă liniștită și ușor accesibilă. Curat, modern și bine echipat, ideal atât pentru șederi scurte, cât și mai lungi. Gazda a fost amabilă și comunicarea excelentă. Recomand cu încredere!

• Cosmin (6/5): - Locatia este buna, fix langa Mall Parklake si langa parc. Bucatarie ok, baie ok-ish. Salteaua destul de comoda, marginile din lemn ale patului pot fi o problema. Destul de simpla cazarea, ofera o senzatie ciudata cand intri (in comparatie cu altele ceva mai bine mobilate). Cand faci dus in baie se umple toata baia cu apa, oricat de atent ai fi sa nu se intample. Cate un gandac de ala mic, in fiecare camera. Sa aveti la voi papuci de casa, nu este nimic pe jos in nici o camera, in afara de parchet.

• Viorica (1/5): Oribil, nu recomand - Am avut rezervare pentru 16–22 noiembrie, dar după prima noapte am fugit efectiv din apartament. Nu am putut închide un ochi de groaza gândacilor care se plimbau prin toată locuința. Locul era într-o stare pe care nu o pot descrie altfel decât deplorabilă. Când am intrat, ne-a lovit o mizerie generală: praf gros adunat de zile bune, pânze de păianjen imense în mai multe colțuri, gândaci vii și morți prin toată locuința – inclusiv în frigider. În baie și pe lângă geamurile din bucătărie era mucegai vizibil. Lenjeria era ruptă, pătată și cu fire de păr pe ea. Nimic din ce am găsit nu sugera o minimă curățenie. Când am reclamat situația, proprietarul a ales să ne ia peste picior, spunând că „pentru prețul ăsta ar trebui să ne bucurăm de cazare și nu să căutăm motive de comentat”, că apartamentul „are facilități”. Cât despre „parcarea” de care se tot laudă: fie te parchezi pe locul cuiva, lași numărul în bord și te rogi să nu te sune nimeni, fie parchezi pe stradă, la o parcare cu plată – 5 lei pe oră. Așa arată, în realitate, parcarea lor „inclusă”. Când am cerut soluții și returnarea banilor, proprietarul ne-a blocat numărul și nu a mai comunicat deloc. Nici Booking nu reușește să ia legătura cu el – nu răspunde nici la telefon, nici la emailuri. Experiența a fost un dezastru total. Nu recomand nimănui această locație.
• Elisabeta (3/5): Rău, rău de tot - Zona in care se află, aproape de ParkLake mall Gândacii. Multe, dar gândacii de departe. Negri, roșii, în bucătărie, in baie, lângă pat. Mirosul de canalizare în toată locația și pe scară. Patul incomod, scârțâie rău, nu pare să mai reziste mult. Curățenia lasă de dorit. Praful nu a fost șters de luni, geamurile la fel. Plasa de insecte de la bucătărie lipsește. A trebuit să cumpărăm furculițe și o cratiță. În rest am găsit farfurii, căni, pahare.

• Craciun (7/5): In mare parte relaxant doar doua minusuri care ar face diferenta! ( goange si lipsa apei calde) - Apartamentul foarte dragut, spatios, primitor. Au fost cateva goange care umblau peste tot si ne a creat un disconfort destul de mare. Iar apa calda fiind oprita in perioada aceea, proprietarul nu ne a spus dinainte de aceasta mica problema cu toate ca stia dinainte asta. Am fi apreciat daca ne anunta dinainte de a sosii acolo la locatie.

• Alkinoos (5/5): Wasted potential - The apartment it self is quite nice, it's pretty spacious, it has a kitchen, a table with chairs and a decently comfortable bed. The bathroom was clean as well as the bed sheets and the towels. It is close to a large shopping mall and public transportation. From the time we first stepped into the apartment we realized something was wrong. There was a weird smell in the room and as we investigated further we found out that the apartment was far from clean. In the kitchen we found cockroaches, flies and worst of all we found forgotten food in the oven that was covered in mold. Other than that there were spiders and cobwebs in the corner of the room, the nightstands, the floor trim and other horizontal surfaces were covered in a thick layer of dust. In the bathroom, the shower had no curtain which caused the floor to become covered with water after every shower, there was no toilet paper or hand soap and we had to go to the store to buy some late at night since we arrived at 21:30. When confronted with these issues the host did not seem to care very much about the lack of supplies or the state of cleanliness of the apartment, although he did pay for the toilet paper, the hand soap and a can of cockroach repellant we bought from the supermarket. All in all, as the name of the review suggests this apartment has great potential to truly be a treasure, both due to its size and proximity to a large shopping center and public transportation, only if the host can put some effort into deep cleaning the apartment and then keeping it clean and property stocked. In it's current state it can only be described as barely passable

But if you would like to park yellow part that’s totally okay but please leave your phone number. We had Internet issues but not a big deal. Because landlord helped us and it was not solvable. Bed was comfortable and there was always hot water. Everything was nice Thank you :)

• Lucian (10/5): Great value for the money - Excellent location, near the Dristor metro stations and ”Râmnicu Sărat” tram station which basically makes the property easily connectable to pretty much everywhere in Bucharest by public transport. The apartment is in an old commie block but it's very clean and very acceptable for this price. It's located at the ground floor and easily accessible even for most disabilities. I traveled alone but it's also well fit for a couple too. The bed is extra large and comfortable. The fact that you can hear the intercom ringing from the neighbors. I realize this is not the host's fault, but it's a fair warning for the light(er) sleepers out there.

• Raluca (1/5): An absolutely awful experience. - I don’t know what I can say I liked, the location was perfect, being next to the mall and close to the metro station, but other than that, it didn’t impress me at all. What didn’t I like? The place was disgustingly filthy. There were cockroaches in the kitchen, i’m glad I didn’t have time to use it, I couldn’t even take a shower because I was so disgusted. The owner hadn’t even vacuumed, the floor was dirty, there were no slippers, the bedsheets were used and visibly dirty, and the towels smelled as if they hadn’t been washed. The toilet hadn’t been cleaned, making it impossible to use the bathroom for personal hygiene. Not to mention, water had been added to the soap and shower gel bottles to “increase” the amount of product. I wouldn’t have minded if the furnishings were a bit old or of poor quality, like the creaky bed, but at least it could have been clean and well-maintained. It’s clear the host didn’t care at all or bother to clean. I do not recommend this place, it’s the worst location I’ve ever rented. I left with itchy skin, considering I barely managed to sleep for an hour.
• Alain (5/5): Not as expected - The appartment is big enough for a couple for a few nights and is very well located close to shopping center with supermarket and to metro station. As we were travelling by car, before confirming our reservation I asked the owner about the free parking and he answered me that he has a solution and it will be ok. BUT on the day of arrival he informed us that parking is on the main street and that you have to pay (30 Lei/day) via an application... So take care information on booking is not correct. Other not correct information: no balcony and no bath but just a shower that you have to keep in hand as there is no fixation on the wall. Moreover when we enter the appartment on arrival, we disturbed a cockroache walking in the bathroom. The first night at 3 am a neighbor open TV so loud that we could sleep till 7 am. The second evening no heating and no hot water.

The apartment in general was clean, but because of old building construction, there were some cockroaches. • Cristian (3/5): Poor - The location was the only positive during the stay. I regret to say that our stay at Parklake's Treasure apartment was highly disappointing. The lack of cleanliness was evident in the foul odor that clung to the towels and bedding. Despite temperatures soaring to 37°C outside, the absence of air conditioning turned the apartment into an unbearable sauna. The absence of hot water and the unpleasant smell emanating from the cold water made basic hygiene impossible. However, the absolute low point was the infestation of cockroaches throughout the apartment. This drove us to abandon the unit in the middle of the night and endure uncomfortable conditions in our car until morning. Without a doubt, this was the worst booking decision we have ever made.
