Wygodne łóżka, mnóstwo szafek, TV w salonie i w jednej z sypialni oraz pełen sprzęt w kuchni (m.in. ekspres, toster, mikrofalówka). Super lokalizacja, blisko market, świetne tawerny, a do metra spacerem około 10 minut. Kontakt z właścicielem po prostu rewelacyjny.

Everything was excellent — the apartment was cozy, spotless, and thoughtfully prepared down to the smallest details. A special thank you to the host, who was always available, regularly checked in to make sure everything suited us, and truly created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The apartment had absolutely everything needed for a comfortable stay: household supplies, personal care items, basic medicines, as well as coffee, tea, spices, and many other thoughtful touches that made the experience even more enjoyable. You can really feel how much care and attention the host puts into making guests feel at home. We will definitely return here again and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay! -

• Sarah (10/5): Perfect base for a city escape - We loved the apartment. It's clean, spacious and has everything you need for a comfy stay, including salt, oil etc. for cooking meals. Alexandros is one of the most helpful hosts we've ever had, offering really quick responses and fab recommendations. It was Easter weekend during our stay and he gave great advice and tips for enjoying the celebrations and avoiding issues with shop/activity closures. The apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood and it's an easy walk to the metro. We enjoyed walking the 30 mins into the city via the beautiful National Gardens. Both bedrooms are a great size so a fab option for families or 4 adults. We fell in love with Athens and this was the perfect base to explore it from. Would definitely recommend and think it would be ideal for longer stays as well as holidays. We hope to come back one day. Nothing.

Location was good too, easy reach to metro and good restaurants and coffee places around. The host was very nice, communicating with us all the time, answering all our questions and going that extra mile for our comfort. He even let us stay longer on the last day for free. Highly recommend, we would stay there again for sure. Nothing. Everything was perfect.

• Panos (10/5): - Ο χώρος ήταν μεγάλος και άνετος, πλήρως εξοπλισμένος και πολύ προσεγμένος με λεπτομέρεια. Ο ιδιοκτήτης επίσης πάρα πολύ φιλικός και εξυπηρετικός. Μου έκανε αρκετά θετική εντύπωση τα φίλτρα του κλιματιστικού τα οποία ήταν πεντακάθαρα. Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ καλή για όσους ενδιαφέρονται να είναι κοντά στο κέντρο της Αθήνας. (στο μπάνιο υπήρχε φαρμακείο που είχε μέσα ακόμα και αντισταμινικο χάπι, στην κουζίνα αρκετή ποικιλία απο καφέδες ώστε να διαλέξεις τον καφε της αρεσκείας σου) Πραγματικά το ένιωσα τόσο οικείο σαν να είμαι σπίτι μου καθώς δεν έλειπε τίποτα και αυτο ειναι το σημαντικότερο για εμάς που ταξιδεύουμε για δουλεία.

• Oleh (9/5): W pełni satysfakcjonujące miejsce :) - Bardzo miły i pomocny wlaściciel, wszystkie udogodnienia są, lokalizacja jest w porządku, lekki spacer i są przystanki autobusowe, żeby dojechać do centrum. Sklepy bardzo blisko, tawerny żeby zjeść tradycyjne jedzenie też. Nie nazwałbym to minusem ogólnie, jedynie ze względu na małe dziecko z którym byliśmy, dla nas to było. słychać hałas z ulicy, nie na tyle żeby przeszkadzać dorosłym, ale dziecko się budziło, kiedy jakiś głupek na motorze przejeżdżał

He was available at all times and gave me lots of great recommendations—from the basics, like how to get there, to suggestions on how to spend my time, where to go, where to eat, and much more. • Marzena (10/5): Perfect stay. Felt very welcomed. - The apartment is located in very convenient area, very close to the shops and restaurants. The owner was extremely thoughtful, provided us with the refreshments like biscuits, several bottles of water etc. He also was checking on us on regular basis if we needed anything. We felt very welcomed and had absolutely stress free stay. Highly recommended. Nothing, everything was perfect.

• ΚΡΑΣΟΝΙΚΟΛΑΚΗ (9/5): - Το σπίτι καθαρό ,άνετο ,,ο Αλέξανδρος άριστος οικοδεσπότης. Η περιοχή ήταν πολύ καλή με ταβερνακια ,καφέ super market ακριβώς δίπλα .Με τα πόδια σε 10 λεπτά στο μετρό, σε 3,4 λεπτά στη στάση λεωφορειων. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ.Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα και σίγουρα θα ξαναπάμε

There are plenty of shops, restaurants and cafes in the surrounding streets, so everything is nearby. Alexandros is an excellent host who, in addition to organizing transportation from and to the airport, recommended a lot of nice places to visit and go out, he even reserved a place for us in a restaurant and was at our service for everything we needed. Informacje dotyczące zameldowania były przekazane w sposób jasny i szczegółowy, dzięki czemu cały proces przebiegł sprawnie i bez stresu. Apartament był czysty i dobrze wyposażony. • Akman (9/5): Kaldığımız yerden çok memnun kaldık, ve sahibimiz çok iyi bir insandı - Çok temizdi, bir evde ihtiyaç duyulabilecek her türlü malzeme evde nevcuttu, eşyalar çok temiz ve yeni idi. Ev sahibimiz çok iyi bit kişiydi. Bize her türlü yardımcı oldu. Daya Atina’ya ulaşmadan bizimle iletişime geçti. Her türlü sorumuza hemen yardımcı oldu. Evin bulunduğu muhit çok güzeldi, yakınında birkaç market mevcuttu, yakınında kafeler vb yerler mevcuttu. Metro durağına biraz mesafe vardı , ama merkeze çok uzak değildi. 5 kişi rahatlıkla kaldık, evde 2 adet 2 kişilik yatak bir de bir kanepe mevcuttu. Tekrar gelsek tekrar aynı yerde kalmak isteriz, herkese tavsiye ederiz Metro durağına biraz mesafesi mevcut olması

A. was so willing to help, since the booking was done. We also had the transfer managed by him. The apartment is just beautiful, well-equipped and placed in a great area close to Metropolitan and Old town - coffees and restaurants. Nothing against.

The apartment was nice and clean, everything necessary was there, plenty of kitchen appliances. The host was great, helpful, great communication from start to end. My market is nearby, and there are plenty of restaurants around. Walking distance to the War Museum, Museum of Cycladic art and Sindagma square. We fully recommend and when we come to Athens next time we hope to come back here.
