• Jocelyn (9/5): - Très bien situé à 7 mn à pied de la Basilique et dans un coin calme. Des tables de jardin permettent de ce poser à l’extérieur, à l’arrière fleuri de l’hôtel. Restaurant agréable et bon. Les dirigeants son très serviables. L’emblème nécessiterait un rafraîchissement, mais l’hôtel reste confortable et l’on s’y sens bien.

• Wim (9/5): In een woord fantastisch. Heerlijke onbezorgde dagen genoten. Prachtige omgeving en idyllisch hotel. - De badkamer was ruim, goed verlicht en zelfs voorzien van een jacuzzi. De douche was heerlijk. De inrichting was rustiek. Het ontbijt was heerlijk met verse broodjes, pain au chocola, croissantjes en zoetigheden. Lekker gekookt eitje en goede ham. Koffie erbij en een toetje.Echt compleet. De bediening en het gezellig praatje met de eigenaren Simone en Fabrice deden ons echt welkom voelen. Fabrice is een geweldige kok. De zelfgemaakte Foie Gras was heerlijk en de maaltijden voortreffelijk qua smaak en opmaak. TOP gewoon!! Buiten was het nog wat rommelig. De Paas-versiering was deels opgeruimd. Maar daar werd aan gewerkt gedurende ons verblijf.

• Silke (10/5): Der perfekte Erholungsurlaub - Der Aufenthalt war perfekt: die Küche ist hervorragend, die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und aufmerksam und das Hotel liegt ruhig und mitten im Wandergebiet. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr sicher wieder.

• Godtschalck (8/5): Pour un dépaysement total - Hôtel très simple. Parking gratuit. La patronne est à l'écoute des ses clients. Personne très courageuse, car elle s'occupe des petits déjeuner, les repas du midi et soir, en plus des nettoyages des chambres. Bravo Mme. Hôtel dans un village désertique, même pas un bar. Nous sommes restés une semaine et le patron n'est jamais venu nous dire bonjour. Pour l'accueil du premier jour, Hôtel fermé, les clefs sont dehors sur le pied de fenêtre, débrouillez vous. Un soir pas d'eau chaude, chaudière à l'arrêt. Réponse du lendemain fallait nous appeler. Pas d'excuse ni de geste commercial. Lit en Barreau métallique des années 60. Petit déjeuner très simple servi à table. Attention pas de salé, j'ai fais la remarque, j'ai eu droit à une tranche de jambon par jour.

• Severine (8/5): - L'Hôtel offre un curieux mélange de confort contemporain et de charme totalement désuet. On a été très bien accueilli par le personnel et la patronne, vraiment très sympathique, et la cuisine est excellente.
• Jean Claude (6/5): DECEVANT - jolie chambre confortable bien chauffée ainsi que la salle de bains spacieuse, WC separés repas du soir excellent le verre de jus d orange frais du petit déjeuner La chambre avait une baignoire jacuzzi qui ne fonctionnait pas le robinet du lavabo etait branlant pas de frigo ni plateau de courtoisie PDéjeuner très léger pas a la hauteur d un 3 étoiles! ne comprenant que du sucré, au moins 6 petits pots industriels de la meme confiture! beurre, petits pains ronds décongelés ainsi que des mini viennoiseries décongelées !! 3 yaourts, 2 barquettes de fromage frais et c est tout! ni charcuteruie, ni oeufs, ni fruits! heure du diner imposée a 19h-19h15 De plus aucun tarif affiché sur le prix des chambres, ni a l exterieur, ni derriere la porte de la chambre. dehors un panneau indiquant chambres jacuzzi mais ca fonctionne pas, alors il y a un tarif de chambre avec jacuzzi et un tarif de chambres sans jacuzzi sauf qu on ignore la différence et finalement on ne sait pas ce qu on paie!

Het ontbijt is naar Franse begrippen: smeerkaas en potjes jam. Koffie of thee werd ruim geschonken. Daarbij ook heerlijk zoete druifjes. Het ontbijt wat meer aan assortiment.

• ERICH (9/5): Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Bei schönem Wetter sicher idyllisch. - Reichhaltige Karte, gutes Essen, sehr guter Riesling (von der Wirtin empfohlen). Die Zimmer liegen alle im ersten Stock und es gibt keinen Lift (für Schwerbehinderte schwierig).

• Jean (8/5): Clean, comfortable and practical place to stay along the Alsace Wine road. - There are only few hotels around this lovely part of Alsace, and we were lucky to find this one. Rooms are clean, cute and have a special character, we might say they even look a bit like a dollhouse style. But comfortable, with AirCon. Hosts are friendly and caring, hotel has a great parking area and is located inside the little village but within grasp of nature and Thierenbach church and surroundings. We would consider this place great value for money. Breakfast was a little basic, bread basket, croissants, chocolate bread, bread all homemade and very good, served with yoghurt and cream cheese + jams. However, we would have probably enjoyed a fried egg or an omelette with some veggies.

• Frank (9/5): Cosy, quiet and value for money. - Staff was very kind and helpful. Our arrival was well prepared even though the staff was not on site at the moment of our arrival. The room and bed were comfortable. Quiet during the evening and night. Meals served at the restaurant were quite nice. Great value for money. On the outside, the building looks old and not too well maintained. Since our room had been renovated and we just stayed for one night, we did not worry about the exterior. Visitors should realize that breakfast is simple French style (no problem for us)

The hotel is run by a lovely couple who were very helpful and accommodating. The rooms and beds were super comfortable. We enjoyed our stay so much we booked again for a second stay! Perfectly placed for driving south, e.g. to the Italian lakes, if you want to stop off on the drive down close to the Swiss border. The photos definitely don't do this place justice!
