- Dave (8/5): Perfect for short stay with more space than a hotel room - Staff were friendly & helpful, parking space was secure in undergorund car park, apartment was 2 bedroom and a spacious lounge. we has the balcony doors open and we experience no noise from anywhere. As has been the issue recently the lift was out of action, however it was easy enough to use the stairs and we were on the 4th floor.

It was so clean in fact that the carpets and furniture were still damp from a vacuum wash. We heard nothing for the two nights we were there, it was so quiet. Ubers are necessary but really quick and cheap. Great value for money and wouldn't have an issue in returning.

I had to call the police one two separate occasions due to various violent situations that where occurring at the property, I even had to come down and let them in as there where no members of staff available to help. I discussed this with the manager in the morning and he said “these things happen” argued with me, and then has pretended I did not return the key and is refusing to return my deposit. Nothing. Pretty awful re the cockroaches - all over the kitchen at night and in the bathroom, shower and toilet! Awful communication via email and days to get replies!

- Marianne (6/5): Light spacious apartment, very clean but can do with an upgrade in parts. - The property was a good size with an equipped kitchen. Was very clean but what let it down was the filthy windows inside and out, especially the door to the balcony. Would have been nicer to have been able to look out of a clean door. The strong smell of sewage was coming from the en suit bathroom toilet. I did let them know at reception on leaving but they said it was coming from outside! Not convinced it was! Parts of the apartment can do with an upgrade, ie. Wardrobe was falling apart in one of the bedrooms and there were lots of stains on the carpets. The bath panel has seen better days aswell.
- Adib (1/5): Horror Nightmare - Absolutely nothing nice about the property The property was dirty with stains on the walls. The most disgusting aspect was the unhygienic situation with cockroaches running in the kitchen which were found inside the door of the fridge and roaches falling on to the floor. They were roaches roaming on the kitchen counter and hidden inside the kettle appliance. The kettle itself was disgusting with scratches inside it. The bathroom had roaches on the walls and on the sink area and crawling inside the bath tub and floor. Given the time being 1am in the morning and having paid a deposit of £150 (which is not made clear at the time of booking) we could not find any other place to stay. Also the deposit monies can be held up for a month from what I was informed. I am still waiting to get this deposit back. We were on the 6th floor and the lift was not working. Anyone with a handicap would have faced an absolute horror trying to go up the stairs. You cannot give this place any less than a 1 as it does not go any lower than this number. I suggest anyone that is looking to stay here please don’t make the mistake we did and find a better place to stay. This place is not worth the money they charge.
- Anonymous (6/5): Pleasant - Well after a little problem with the first room we was given then gave us a second room straight away which was clean, very comfortable beds, all amenities to use When we first checked in an given the keys the room we was given, had rubbish left in the kitchen, it hadn’t been cleaned beds left messy hadn’t been changed towels all over the floor in the bedroom an bathroom, but they changed us to another room straight away which I couldn’t fault so it was dealt with straight away the only let down is there’s no mirrors in the bedroom only in the bathroom which obviously there’s no plugs in the bathroom, plus the shower in the main bathroom, you couldn’t change the temperature so it was red hot, but that is the only downside in the property

This was particularly frustrating to arrive back to having run a marathon earlier in the day and wanting to shower and relax in a clean apartment. The deposit was unexpected it does not state that at the begining before you book it. Furthermore there is parking however it is paid, this is also not specified before you book.
- Valeriya (6/5): Apartment with lovely view to park and a river not too far away from city centre - 1. Apartment was located on the high floor with beautiful view towards park and river below. Noise from river is extremely loud, you can hear it even when balcony doors & windows are closed so if you are a light sleeper it can be a problem. 2. Location of the apartment is not too far away from city centre so you can walk there. 1. I could not connect to WIFI router in the apartment, login & password on router did not work as expected. 2. Apartment had only 2 dining chairs although you can book a place for 4 people. 3. Couch was not comfortable for sleep.

- Samuel (2/5): No value for money - The location is good and apartments well maintained. The bed was awful. The spring mattress was very uncomfortable. I’ve been suffering back and body pains since I left 3 days ago. They should replace the mattress in Apartment 521. Not good at all.

- Paulo (5/5): Passable - Is clean and reception tried to solve problems (electricity) No elevator. Rooms in 4 and 6 floors... Room without electricity in floor 4, we had to move to 6 floors with elders. Beyond that the apartment are good.
- Emmanuel (9/5): VERY GOOD PLACE TO STAY, BUT HAS VERY HIDDEN EXPENSIVE DEPOSIT. - clean environment and space The unmentioned deposit is ridiculous, imagine depositing amount far way higher than the booking fee, and you where not pre-informed before booking its bad. Many customers was left stranded because they couldn't pay the deposit. too bad and the hotel needs to do something about this.
- Stevian (6/5): Friendly staff but a few problems. Wouldn’t be winning any prizes on Four In A Bed - The guy was very friendly and tried to help us when we had problems. He was unable to give a solution but this was not his fault and he was very apologetic. The views from the balcony were lovely. We were given the wrong apartment so there wasn’t a bed for my daughter and we couldn’t all sit together to eat. There was also no hairdryer in the apartment despite being told on booking.com there would be so we weren’t able to wash and dry hair. There was a strong smell of cannibis from other people smoking on their balcony when we pulled up. One of the mattresses was damaged on one side so it sunk in when lay on meaning my husband didn’t sleep well. Whilst beds etc were clean walls and floors were not. One of the balconies had very lose decking which I did not feel comfortable letting my children out on.

- Shafaq (1/5): Very very unprofessional - We were offered a room on 4/7 floor with no operational lift I had my parents with me on wheelchair. No help was offered They asked us to pay £150 more to take some other building apartment even though we had alerted paid to booking.com I had to take another place with some Airbnb for the night . Very unprofessional. Infact I reported to booking.com but never got any money back. Highly disappointed No lift working. They tried to scam us

- Michael (8/5): The most rememberable and I’ll probably talk about it for years was the very energtic, charismatic host, he was spot on. - Really good value for the money, everything worked and it was clean The area was a bit gritty, either building site or derelict but the inside was fine, Noisy neighbours but you can’t knock the property for that,

- Aiden (1/5): Poor communication and support from staff. - N/a Was turned away at point of check in - arrived after a 6 hour drive and was told we were unable to check in due to a maintenance issue, this was not pre warned or communicated to me. Did not offer any alternatives or support on finding other accommodation - following this we were left stranded and had to be $850+ for 1 night elsewhere. Please be careful when booking as staff do not communicate well.

Manager and this guy big liars saying for each guest arrives sorry the elevator broke down just today and the elevator never work I stayed few nights give me room at 7 floor from check in till check out no elevator . My lowyer working now on opening case against them as I had issue in my knee and I have medical report for that . I asked them upon check in to cancel the booking as there's no elevator they said no we can't cancel which is quite ridiculous and rude . Plus they ask you to pay 150 pound upon check in ( there's no mini bar in the room ) and rooms service only cash so what's the point to collect people money . Overall very bad experience They will destroy your holiday. Advice for the owner you must change the management as they are unprofessional and they know nothing about hospitality and hotels From in till out

Flexible check in and friendly reception staff. Peeling wallpaper in the bathroom. Only one teabag and no coffee provided. Very soft beds.

- Lana (7/5): Good - On arrival we were told that the previous guests had broken the mirror and someone would come to replace this shortly. No one came duruing our stay to replace the mirror. The property itself was not kept to a good standard and had lots of marks on the walls and skirting boards, stains on the carpet, sticky floors, and toiletries left from previous guests in the bathroom. I also had booked a duplex apartment and this is not what we got.

No proper signage Unable to contact reception staff who were not on seat/site. Waited over 30mins. Communication captured my messages on booking.com Lifts were not working, yet they put me on sixth floor and charged the who amount The bed was small and sprung and very uncomfortable I practically tossed all night and did not sleep yet had to work the following morning. Shower dial was stiff. They only communicated about Deposit of £250 after booking confirmed- I would not have booked and then stated that it would take 30 days to refund. Then there’s the £20 cash that has to be paid to use the car park, despite not declaring this clearly at booking

- Samuel (4/5): 5/10 - The apartment itself was roomy and nice and clean Was a mission everytime we took our vechile out for shopping etc as they didnt have designated parking etc and had no way to get into carpark when we returned and had to ring him everytime we went out and when we returned so he could open basement and then we didnt have the same carpark...bit of a circus really...then when we left we couldnt return keys etc as guy woukdnt answer his phone but luckily someone was comng out of office block so we could leave them in key return box in office. Pretty mickey mouse setup really. The beds were also small and really uncomfortable and the washing machine needs updating bigtime. Hardly works
