• Vlad (10/5): Great place overall - The studio was spacious and equipped with everything we needed. It was very clean and comfortable, the hosts were nice and available on WhatsApp for any help if needed, and the location was great, within walking distance from the old town and also with a bus stop right in front of the property. The bed was a bit squeaky and the pillow was very flat (this is of course personal preference).

• Krystian (10/5): One of our best stays - Room 9.5/10, location 9.5/10, host 11/10, so 10 overall :). Some of the nicest hosts we've ever encountered. We managed to get an early check-in and they were attentive to our needs. The apartment is well-equipped, the layout is also very good, and the soundproofing is excellent. We highly recommend it!

• Tristan (10/5): O alegere inspirata, o proprietate extraordinara. - Gazda este deosebit de amabila si de comunicativa, receptiva la toate doleantele. Proprietatea este situata intr-o casa veche, frumos si cu gust renovata, intr-o zona linistita, aproape de centrul Brasovului. Am gasit aici tot ce am avut nevoie, bucataria fiind complet utilata. Totul este aproape nou, modern, in foarte bune conditii si perfect functional. Nu e de neglijat faptul ca am gasit loc de parcare in vecinatate. Am avut parte si de mici surprize placute din partea gazdei, fapt pentru care ii multumesc! As reveni oricand cu placere aici.

La comunicación con el anfitrión fue muy buena y amable, se preocupó en todo momento de que estuviéramos a gusto. La cama muy cómoda y la cocina tiene prácticamente todo lo que puedas necesitar para unos días. Nos encantó Brasov y repetiríamos en el mismo apartamento sin dudarlo. Es un poco confuso el aparcamiento en esa calle porque dejan los coches encima de la acera, a lo que no estamos acostumbrados, sin embargo el anfitrión nos informó muy bien de cómo podíamos hacerlo.

The center can be reached within a twenty-minute walk, or by bus or taxi for 2.5 euros. Kaufland supermarket is within walking distance If the hot water suddenly stops flowing, turn off and then on the water heater again.

• Sergio_Est (9/5): - Fácil acceder llegando en coche, pero no tiene parking incluido. No obstante, pudimos aparcar sin problema por la zona. El apartamento está bien equipado y es cómodo. Está a unos 10 minutos caminando de un supermercado y a unos 20 minutos del centro de la ciudad. No tiene parking incluido.
• Victoria (10/5): Minunat - Este minunat să vezi ca ești cazat într-un apartament cu toate facilitățile, începând cu aparat de cafea și continuând cu fier de călcat și multe altele. Cu siguranță vom reveni la această cazare când vom fi în Brașov. Amplasarea e superbă, lângă o cafenea 10 din 10 și la 15 minute de mers pe jos până în centru. -

Este frustrant sa rezervi o camera cu pat dublu si sa ajungi sa iti petreci vacanta de o saptamana pe o canapea. Bucataria nu este dotata corespunzator. Baia este extraordinar de mica. Dusul este practic in acelasi loc cu wc ul.

A fost curat, zona turistică accesibilă chiar si pe jos in 15', interior plăcut (pozele reflectă realitatea) Mulțumim pt mesajul de întâmpinare personalizat🙂 Pt. mai multe zile, e util cuptor cu microunde, deasupra frigiderului

• Catalin (10/5): Un oras minunat , locatie extrem de primitoare !!! - Cum bine am fost obisnuiti , totul a fost foarte Ok. Am revenit cu drag .Foarte curat , tot ce ai nevoie in materie de electronice . Chiar si jucarii pentru familiile cu copii micuti.( va multumim din suflet , fetita s a bucurat enorm ). Foarte aproape de centru Brasov , mijloace de transport in comun, in imediata apropiere , supermarket , cafenea . O sa ne reauzim cu drag pe viitor . Nimic de obiectat .

• Vica (10/5): - Locatia este aproape de centrul vechi, la 15 minute de mers pe jos. Apartamentul a fost curat si echipat cu toate cele necesare pentru o sedere placuta. Nu a fost nimic care nu ne-a placut, dar ar fi util sa existe un loc pentru pus lucrurile la baie (o polita/raft/dulapior).

• photomaschine (9/5): Brasov zum Genießen. - Bin gleich ein zweites Mal ins Greenhause gegangen, weil es mir bei ersten Mal so gut gefallen hat. Da gibt es nichts hinzu zu fügen. Musste leider bald weiter, komme aber sicher wieder. Alles bestens.
• photomaschine (9/5): - Nachdem die Unterkunft, die ich jahrelang genutzt habe, geschlossen wurde, habe ich mit den Greenhouse Studios einen würdigen Nachfolger gefunden. Es passt wieder alles zusammen, Lage, Kommunikation und Preisleistungsverhältnis. Selbst das Frühstück im Cafe Connect um die Ecke in studentischer Atmosphäre passt wunder bar. Es war alles perfekt.

Apartamento com todas as comodidades para confecionar pequenas refeições/ pequeno almoço. O estacionamento gratuito é limitado nas imediações, mas não é realmente um ponto negativo

Locația este ideală, aproape de tot ce ai nevoie, dar în același timp ferită de agitația centrului istoric, ceea ce oferă liniște și confort. Personalul este cu adevărat excepțional, mereu atent și amabil, ceea ce face șederea și mai plăcută. Decorul este realizat cu mult bun gust, iar atenția la detalii se simte la tot pasul. O cazare pe care o recomand cu încredere!

Un apartament situat la aproximativ 15-20 minute de centru, foarte curat, camere spațioase, bucătărie complet utilată, iar gazdele își dau interesul pentru o ședere cât mai plăcută. Am ales locația pentru o noapte de tranzit, dar cu siguranță vom reveni pentru câteva zile aici ca să vizităm Brașovul. -

The best part is how understanding and helpful the hosts are — they are always ready to assist if you need anything, and they do it with genuine kindness. Very responsive and supportive people. The apartment itself is great, very comfortable, with lots of useful amenities. The location is also very good, easy to reach anything you need in the city. Definitely worth the money. • Abhijit (9/5): Lovely accommodation in Brasov - Very clean accommodation, comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen and a good shower. It is possible to walk to Brasov city centre straight along Strada Lunga and to Autogara 2 for bus to Bran and Rasnov. Gara Bartolomeu and Kaufland supermarket is also within walking distance. Although the property is close to Strada Lunga there was no noise at night. The team of Green House Studios responded very quickly to my queries and were most helpful. Nothing A drainer board to keep washed dishes and cutlery, couple of cloth kitchen towels (although a kitchen roll was provided) and a pair of kitchen scissors would be very welcome.

Pana in centrul vechi,se fac cam 20..25 min. mers relaxat! Comunicarea cu proprietarii de nota 10! Exista chiar si Netflix pentru cei care vor! Cu siguranta cand vom reveni in Brasov,vom alege Green House! Nu a fost nimic care sa nu ne placa!

• Carlos Alberto (7/5): Bien - Estaba limpio cuando llegamos y había una manzana y dulces, y nota de bienvenida. En general estaba muy ordenado y fácil para entrar y para aparcar. Está a 25 mins andando al centro pero hay una parada de autobuses muy cercano, por lo que es muy fácil ya que llevar el coche al centro es muy difícil por qué no hay parkings. Tiene varios supermercados cercanos y en general, a pesar que la ventana da a la calle directamente (piso bajo), no había nada de ruido, es una vía secundaria Tienen publicadas diferentes fotos de apartamentos, crei que íbamos a tener un sofá donde ver tele y estar un rato, porque eran 3 dias y no, nos dieron uno que solo tenía habitacion y cocina y baño. El baño está bien pero la ducha no es cerrada por lo que moja muchísimo todo, el suelo siempre estaba mojado y luego el apartamento también. La cocina muy muy linda, pero tiene pocas ollas y no tienen trapos para limpiar, era muy difícil porque también estaba siempre mojada.

Il centro di Brasov è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi, come un grande e ben assortito supermercato. Una perfetta pulizia, la silenziosità e un ottimo materasso completano il tutto. Davvero consigliabile
